“This was the first time we used Jessica, and we were not disappointed. From the messages before the visit to the care and photo updates while we were away, everything was excellent. Boris, being a bulldog, has specific food requirements and a set routine, which Jessica and her family adapted to perfectly. We felt completely reassured knowing he was in such good hands. We will definitely be using Jessica again in the future. Boris does not like the car and we always have trouble on collection but Jessica’s husband helped get Boris in the car with care, he is now snuggled up having had his favourite dinner , doing his favourite hobby of snoozing 💤”

About: I have been around pets all my life! I am a registered complex needs carer who currently works in the care sector, but I would like to care for animals fulltime as I do enjoy walking especially with dogs! I have a caring nature and I like to be physically active in all weathers! I have owned dogs, cats throughout my life. My current work allows me to select my own working schedule and therefore im in charge of my own time management. I would like to pet sit fulltime. Although I live on a busy road im fortunate to have a good sized garden which is completely walled. My home is secure and a good size. I live alone and I'm a non smoker and enjoy the company of animals. I have experience with reactive dogs and understand the needs of anxious dogs. I have experience of caring for adults in their own home and im cleaning and tidy and respectful of people's own homes. I have looked after friends dogs while they go on holiday. I'm happy to adapt walks to suit the needs of the pet - long hikes, medium walks or quick walkies! I can drive in my estate car to secure locations, hire a dog field or just walk locally. I live in a lovely town and have access to beautiful countryside on my doorstep. I understand owners can have particular routines for their pets and im more than happy to keep to routines.

About: I’ve been around animals since I was 8, growing up with a Jack Russell cross and a Staffy, and I’ve always loved caring for animals. I often look after my friends golden retrievers so also used to being around larger dogs. I now have my own 2-year-old British Shorthair, Mimi, who is neutered and very much part of the family. My partner has also grown up around a variety of animals, so we both have plenty of experience and genuinely enjoy being around pets. I’m comfortable caring for senior dogs who may need a little extra attention and understand that every dog has different needs and routines. I enjoy walking and spending time outdoors, so having a friendly dog along for the walk is a bonus! We’re looking forward to helping other pet owners out and giving their pets plenty of care, attention and cuddles while they’re away. I currently work full-time in marketing, which gives me plenty of flexibility throughout the week. My partner also works from home four days a week, so between us, we can easily fit pet care around our working day, whether that’s walks, feeding, playtime or simply giving your pet some company and attention. About: I’ve grown up and taken care of dogs near enough all my life, whether that’s for friends, family or colleagues and dogs ranging from working cockers and springers to Irish terriers to German Shepherds, puppies too. I’m an active person with fields and walks a stones throw, also a fenced back garden and no other pets. Any needs for your dog I’m happy to discuss and accommodate as best as I can. I’m currently full time, however some days working from home and when I’m not I only work 10 minutes from home so can regularly pop in if I’m not already at home. Dogs have free roam to the ground floor of my house and fenced garden. Preferably dogs crate trained, however happy to accommodate if not. But dogs are not allowed upstairs so they will need to be happy sleeping by themselves downstairs if boarding.

About: Throughout my whole life, i have grown up with all sorts of animals from dogs and cats to alpacas! I have 3 dogs in my family home who i help look after alongside my mum and have quite a flexible job which would allow me to look after other peoples dogs too. I have dealt with all types of personalities from agressive/nervous/reactive dogs to crazy/frantic/excited ones! And i love them all. Willing to take on anything and give them the best walks/visits with lots of attention. I'm currently working Monday to Friday in Summerbridge where the hours are flexible therefore able to walk/visit dogs during my lunch break (1hour), before work and after. If needed i can leave at anytime. I have lots and lots of private land! Unlimited running around in a fenced area - perfect for dogs who can't be let off the lead regularly. Also have a kennel area but most dogs would be in the house with my other 3.

Holly kindly sent lots of updates and photos of Pepper having the time of his life during his stay. He had the best time - running around with his ball, playing with Gary the Gull, meeting and playing with his new buddy Ronnie, swimming at Easby Abbey. About: Me & my partner have taken care of many cats over the years and helped out with friends and now have the pleasure of owning our own gorgeous 2 year-old Mimi! She’s used to be around other cats at the Cattery and would love a friend to play with 🫶🏼 She is an indoor cat so she would be indoors however we have an enclosed garden for them to play around in and get fresh air if yours is too! We don’t have a cat flat but happy to accommodate to your cats needs.

About: We commit ourselves to offering the best care possible for your cats by creating a comforting and clean environment. While some cats are very independ we still provide love and attention to them. We are qualified in administering medications and will happily follow any schedule the cats require for their health needs. We always ensure the cats have a pristine environment, especially the litter box which is cleaned at least twice a day.

I’m lucky to have access to a lovely river loop walk, open fields nearby, and regular trips to Thornborough Henges, which is fully fenced and perfect for safe exploring. I work from home most of the time, so your dog will have plenty of company and a calm, relaxed environment throughout the day. They’re more than welcome to join me in my home office — keeping me company as the “office dog” for the day. I’ve had dogs all my life and recently lost my beautiful black Labrador, Ralph, in January. While I’m not quite ready for another dog of my own, I would love to open my home to yours and give them the same love and care. My aim is to provide a true “home away from home” — dogs are welcome to relax freely in the house and garden, and be part of a safe, comfortable environment. I’ll always treat them as if they were my own. I work from home most days, so your dog will have plenty of company and care. I can only accept bookings when I’m working from home. About: I have a love of all animals and treat everyone’s as my own. My home has plenty of space to accommodate all your pets requirements. I work part time from home so I am always around the house so your pet would not be left alone for more than an hour. I have a large enclosed garden with lockable gates to prevent access. My own pets have the run of the house and garden but each animal will be assessed and cared for as an individual and I have multiple rooms should some space from other animals be required.

About: I grew up around animals and have had two dogs and three cats over the years. At home now I've got a male dog and a female cat, so I'm used to running a house with both. The day to day side is second nature. Feeding, walks in bad weather, litter trays, medication, brushing, and clearing up when something goes wrong. I'm happy to spend half an hour on the floor playing with a dog, and I know when to leave a nervous cat alone until it comes to me on its own terms. Two things before you book. All dogs and cats staying with me need to be neutered or spayed. And because I have a cat at home, your pet needs to be comfortable around cats. I'll send photos and updates while you're away, and I'm always up for a meet and greet first so you and your pet can see how you feel about me. I am a university student with very relaxed commitments, I do not work and have a lot of extensive free time to care for the pets. About: My first job as a teenager was walking and sitting neighborhood dogs and I’ve lived with cats, dogs and other animals my whole life. I now volunteer at a rescue and vet practice and study pet first aid too I usually work weekdays from 10am-5:30pm so all visits will be after 5:30. For overnights I will arrive around 6-7pm and leave in the morning around 9:30am. I am able to do multiple drop ins after work and depending on location I can do early morning visits too. Walks are always on afternoons unless it’s a weekend. I am a very laid back person who has a calm and approachable nature with animals. I am trained in safe handling of animals, pet first aid and have years of experience dealing with all types of pets. You can count on me to always be attentive, calm and in control.

About: I grew up in a dog loving family and since being adult I owned a dog myself too. I love being outdoors and walking so dog walking is something I always enjoyed . I am free Monday to Friday untill late afternoons for dog walking , pet sitting, drop in visits or anything that need your requirements when it comes to pets I own dog myself so I know how important daily routine is for them . About: I have looked after dogs/puppies since my Sons left home 10 years ago. I am very trustworthy and treat all dogs as if they are part of my family. I simply love all dogs. I can also arrange dog grooming while they stay with me, a job less for you. My location where I live is perfect and safe for all dogs. I only take dogs from one household at any time so that they get my undivided attention. You are welcome to arrange to visit my home before confirming any bookings. I am retired and can spend all day/night looking after your dogs. I live in a fabulous location surrounded by fields this allows for some great walks. My house is a detatched house located in the middle of fields. My garden is fenced in with dry stone walling. The ground floor of my house is floor boarding and tiles so very practical for dog caring.

About: Since childhood, I have always had a family dog, so being around and caring for dogs has been a big part of my life. I’ve been volunteering most weekends at Holly Hedge Dog Sanctuary, whenever my work schedule allows. During my time there, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of dogs, each with different personalities and needs. This experience has not only shown my love for animals but has also helped me develop a strong confidence in looking after dogs and understanding their behavior. About: I have been around pets all my life! I am a registered complex needs carer who currently works in the care sector, but I would like to care for animals fulltime as I do enjoy walking especially with dogs! I have a caring nature and I like to be physically active in all weathers! I have owned dogs, cats throughout my life. My current work allows me to select my own working schedule and therefore im in charge of my own time management. I would like to pet sit fulltime. Although I live on a busy road im fortunate to have a good sized garden which is completely walled. My home is secure and a good size. I live alone and I'm a non smoker and enjoy the company of animals. I have experience with reactive dogs and understand the needs of anxious dogs. I have experience of caring for adults in their own home and im cleaning and tidy and respectful of people's own homes. I have looked after friends dogs while they go on holiday. I'm happy to adapt walks to suit the needs of the pet - long hikes, medium walks or quick walkies! I can drive in my estate car to secure locations, hire a dog field or just walk locally. I live in a lovely town and have access to beautiful countryside on my doorstep. I understand owners can have particular routines for their pets and im more than happy to keep to routines.

About: I’ve been around animals since I was 8, growing up with a Jack Russell cross and a Staffy, and I’ve always loved caring for animals. I often look after my friends golden retrievers so also used to being around larger dogs. I now have my own 2-year-old British Shorthair, Mimi, who is neutered and very much part of the family. My partner has also grown up around a variety of animals, so we both have plenty of experience and genuinely enjoy being around pets. I’m comfortable caring for senior dogs who may need a little extra attention and understand that every dog has different needs and routines. I enjoy walking and spending time outdoors, so having a friendly dog along for the walk is a bonus! We’re looking forward to helping other pet owners out and giving their pets plenty of care, attention and cuddles while they’re away. I currently work full-time in marketing, which gives me plenty of flexibility throughout the week. My partner also works from home four days a week, so between us, we can easily fit pet care around our working day, whether that’s walks, feeding, playtime or simply giving your pet some company and attention. We’re also free on weekends, giving us plenty of time to give your pet some extra love and attention, with the added bonus of being able to take them on some lovely walks around the Yorkshire Dales 🐾 We want your pet to feel happy, comfortable and cared for while you’re away, and we’ll treat them as one of our own! ❤️ We have an enclosed garden with plenty of grass, sun and shade for your pet to relax in and go to the toilet! I can accommodate a crate trained dog (we can even supply the crate) or one that likes company to sleep next to 🫶🏼

About: I’ve grown up and taken care of dogs near enough all my life, whether that’s for friends, family or colleagues and dogs ranging from working cockers and springers to Irish terriers to German Shepherds, puppies too. I’m an active person with fields and walks a stones throw, also a fenced back garden and no other pets. Any needs for your dog I’m happy to discuss and accommodate as best as I can. I’m currently full time, however some days working from home and when I’m not I only work 10 minutes from home so can regularly pop in if I’m not already at home. Dogs have free roam to the ground floor of my house and fenced garden. Preferably dogs crate trained, however happy to accommodate if not. But dogs are not allowed upstairs so they will need to be happy sleeping by themselves downstairs if boarding.

About: Throughout my whole life, i have grown up with all sorts of animals from dogs and cats to alpacas! I have 3 dogs in my family home who i help look after alongside my mum and have quite a flexible job which would allow me to look after other peoples dogs too. I have dealt with all types of personalities from agressive/nervous/reactive dogs to crazy/frantic/excited ones! And i love them all. Willing to take on anything and give them the best walks/visits with lots of attention. I'm currently working Monday to Friday in Summerbridge where the hours are flexible therefore able to walk/visit dogs during my lunch break (1hour), before work and after. If needed i can leave at anytime. I have lots and lots of private land! Unlimited running around in a fenced area - perfect for dogs who can't be let off the lead regularly. Also have a kennel area but most dogs would be in the house with my other 3.
“Holly took great care of Pepper at very short notice due to a family member being ill. She was extremely accommodating and caring and thoughtful. Holly kindly sent lots of updates and photos of Pepper having the time of his life during his stay. He had the best time - running around with his ball, playing with Gary the Gull, meeting and playing with his new buddy Ronnie, swimming at Easby Abbey. I knew Pepper was in extremely capable hands from the moment I dropped him off. He was immediately at ease and that had a huge impact on me. I’ve already arranged for Pepper to go back to see Holly in a couple of weeks and Holly would be my go-to person for all future stays for Pepper. Thank you so so much Holly.”

Binky took a while to settle as she is still a giddy puppy but once she got over the initial excitement she enjoyed staying with Vivianne very much.
