“This was the first time we used Jessica, and we were not disappointed. From the messages before the visit to the care and photo updates while we were away, everything was excellent. Boris, being a bulldog, has specific food requirements and a set routine, which Jessica and her family adapted to perfectly. We felt completely reassured knowing he was in such good hands. We will definitely be using Jessica again in the future. Boris does not like the car and we always have trouble on collection but Jessica’s husband helped get Boris in the car with care, he is now snuggled up having had his favourite dinner , doing his favourite hobby of snoozing 💤”

They were happy to see us for an initial meet and greet in a local park and then arrange a one night stay-over at short notice, as we wanted to check our dog would cope in a new place, in advance of our main summer holiday booking. About: Since the moment I was born I have always had cats, I have never lived without at least one. Growing up around cats has made me understand them extremely well, their behaviours, wants and needs and funny little personalities. I am also a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) who has years of veterinary experience. With this, I have lots of experience administering medications, brushing/clipping out matts, keeping litter clean, and much more. I am very excited to get to know ur kitty!

About: I regularly care for cats while their owners are away, usually visiting twice a day to make sure they’re fed, have fresh water, clean litter trays and plenty of attention or playtime if they want it. I have experience with primarily indoor cats, but I’m also comfortable caring for outdoor cats and following their usual routines. I understand that cats all have very different personalities, so I’m happy to let them set the pace. Whether your cat wants lots of fuss and company or prefers someone calm who’ll give them their space, I’ll adapt my visits around what makes them most comfortable. I work full-time, generally 8am–4pm, but I’m lucky to have flexible hours and regularly work from home. This gives me flexibility for morning and daytime visits where my schedule allows, as well as evenings and weekends. During visits I can take care of feeding, fresh water, litter trays, playtime, companionship and any other parts of their normal routine. I’ll also send photos and updates after visits so you know they’re happy and everything is as it should be. I know you’re trusting me with both your pet and your home, so I’ll always treat both with care and respect and make sure your cat feels as settled and comfortable as possible while you’re away.

About: I have loved animals my whole life grew up with cats, horses and at least 3-4 dogs in the house at all times! I am currently cat mum to an older boy called Geoffrey ❤️ I have also volunteered at Cats Protection caring for cats, and have looked after them daily in my job as a vet. I am a registered veterinarian, so I am well-practiced at giving medications and know how to handle any emergency situations. As a cat owner, I know how hard it is to leave your cats when you go away, so understand you need someone that you can trust. I hope to make every pet and owner I help feel happy and comfortable.
“Highly recommend Ryan and will definitely use him again. Great communication throughout and went the extra mile to make sure my dog, Nala was looked after and happy while I was away. Thanks again Ryan, great job mate 👍🏻”

About: I've been looking after cats for about 10 years now, mostly friends' and family's, popping in to feed them, clean the litter tray, and just keep them company while their owners are away. I'm not pushy with cats, I let them come to me in their own time, and I always make sure they've got everything they need before I head off. Most cats warm up to me pretty quickly once they realise I'm not a threat.

About: I am a dedicated cat lover offering attentive, reliable care for your feline family members. While I am new to professional sitting, I have regular hands-on experience looking after my neighbor's cat. I understand that every cat has a unique personality, whether they love to play or prefer their own space.During my visits, I focus entirely on your cat's routine: feeding on time, refreshing water, scooping the litter box, and providing plenty of love or quiet companionship. I will always send you daily updates and photos so you can have peace of mind while you are away.

I also have taken care of friends and family's cats where I have fed, played and cared for them. I'm a reliable, patient and neat person. I work with children and I'm fully DBS checked. I'm happy to offer drop-in visits, pet and house-sitting services.

About: I recently held a part time job working in a local kennel and cattery. In addition, prior to moving to England, I worked in a cattery in Dundee. This experience has allowed me to gain confidence working with smaller animals and understanding the care they require when they are away from their owners. In both placements, I had similar roles such as cleaning out the kennels, feeding the pets taking into account their dietary requirements and administering medication and leading conversations with owners to make sure the pets needs were met while they stayed with us. I developed an understanding of how stressful this environment can be for a pet separated from their owner and how this can be managed. This experience has helped me develop relationships with animals and their owners and gain their trust, an area of great importance when looking after animals. I spent three months volunteering six-hours per week at Parkhill Vets, Wetherby observing and participating in consultations and assisting peri and post-operatively. This experience provided an opportunity to develop communication, leadership, teamwork skills and understand the difficulties faced by practitioners and owners. confronted with emotional dilemmas such as euthanasia. I attended consultations on vaccinations, insurance and routine check-ups with opportunities to lead these consults under supervision, an experience I thrived in and grew in confidence. This opportunity was unfortunately shortened by the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. I have experience working at the local kennels and cattery. I lead conversations with the clients to ensure the needs of the animals are met. Prior to this, I spent two years working at the Brae Riding School for the Disabled.

About: My Husband and I are loving owners of our beautiful, boisterous, blue eyed Siberian Husky called Blu! Blu has given us 11 years of absolute joy, she has not lost her zoomies or puppy like personality which makes caring for her fun and games. We trained her from a puppy which took sometime (and lots of treats!) but she is now a well trained dog and is always so happy when around other dogs. She is super friendly towards new dogs and always loves any doggy dates we plan. My husband has a very flexible job where he works from home and able to attend to your beloved dog’s needs as and when needed. If your dog is like ours I predict they will have a nice snooze at his feet after a lunch time walk and treat. I also have a very flexible working day and can support during work hours. Evenings and weekends always involve long doggy walks in the local Leeds area. We have plenty of woodland/ parks/ countryside walks on our doorstep which Blu always looks forward too. If your dog is a little older and prefers a shorter stroll or more frequent toilet breaks, we can equally cater to this. We are dog obsessed and always keen to doggy sit for friend’s and family’s dogs, whether that be overnight or just for the day. Just the other week we had the pleasure of looking after my cousins Samoyed for the weekend, enjoying the sun in the secure garden in the morning before an afternoon stroll round the local reservoir. We also have plenty of space in our cozy home for the more rainy days. We are aware of all the important doggy DOs and DONTs and have local vets within 5-10minutes. If your dog has any additional medical/ dietary needs we are happy to facilitate any of their needs with the aim to maintain routines as much as possible. I hope this gives you a little insight and comfort in choosing us to look after your beautiful doggies. Luck forward to hearing from you :) Secretly I am hoping the hubby will come round to getting a second dog after meeting all your lovely pups!! X My husband and I both have flexible jobs where I am home early mornings and late afternoons most days or working from home all day. My husband working from home all the time and on hand to support the dogs as needed. On evenings and weekends we are both around and will prioritise any dog sitting plans we have committed too. Please see our profile information for more detail. We have a secure medium sized garden, safe home with video doorbell and live in a peaceful safe neighbourhood. We make sure the environment is clean and tidy with water and food bowls available for dogs to use them as they please. Please see our profile information for more detail.

About: I have been caring for the pets for some time now and very much enjoy it. Initially I was caring for pets of family and friends, this grew through word of mouth and eventually I joined rover to do this more regularly. I genuinely enjoy spending time with pets and building a bond with them. My flexible working‑from‑home role means I’m always there for pets during the day, they are not left alone and get plenty of attention, company and reassurance. I live with my partner who is also work from home meaning pets get twice as much fuss. I have always grown up with dogs, which gave me a solid foundation in everyday dog care. I particularly enjoy training pets and reinforcing good habits, and I’ve had some really positive success stories through patient, consistent training. I’m always happy to follow the routines and cues that owners already use. I’m a lover of walking and being outdoors, and caring for pets is a perfect fit for this — it gives me even more reason to get outside for regular, enjoyable walks while making sure pets are exercised, stimulated and happy. I work from home and have very flexible working hours so am usually very able to adapt to what pets and their owners need. I am able to have pets at my home or visit your home. I usually walk pets in the morning on my lunch and/or after work. I realise the importance of trust when caring for pets whether in my home or in your home. My home is well set up for dogs and I have a small garden and live right by a park and a lovely trail that is perfect for dog walks.

“Our 3.5 month pup had a lovely day with Jessica and her husband. We plan for him to stay while we go on holiday and wanted to give him chance to get to know them first. We were anxious as we had not left him with anyone else, but we didn’t need to worry as he settled straight away- and had lots of fun. Jessica is quick to respond to messages and sent photos of his day. Thank you”

About: Hi, I’m Rach! I’ve been around animals my whole life, growing up with Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and now caring for my English Bull Terrier, Brayley. I’ve also previously dog sat for owners while living in Blackpool and regularly look after cats for friends, usually visiting twice a day while they’re away. I’m comfortable caring for both indoor and outdoor cats, as well as dogs with very different personalities and needs. I offer dog walking and drop-in visits, and I’m happy to tailor each booking around your pet’s usual routine. This can include walks, feeding and refreshing water, playtime, companionship, cleaning litter trays and generally making sure they’re happy and settled while you’re away. I’ll also send photos and updates so you know how they’re getting on. I work full-time, generally 8am–4pm, but I’m fortunate to have flexible working hours and regularly work from home. This gives me flexibility for daytime visits where my schedule allows, as well as good availability during evenings and weekends. I know how important it is to trust someone with both your pet and your home, so I’ll always treat them with the same care and respect I’d expect for my own. Every animal is different, so I’m happy to follow their individual routine and let them set the pace, whether they’re energetic and playful or happiest having some quiet company. I work full-time with flexible hours and regularly work from home, which means I’m able to offer walks and drop-in visits throughout the day where my schedule allows, as well as evenings and weekends. I always keep my availability up to date and will only accept bookings that I know I can give my full attention to, so your pet will never feel like they’re being squeezed into a busy schedule. Your pet’s safety and happiness will always be my priority. I’ll take the time to understand their routine, personality and any specific needs before every booking. Whether that’s sticking to feeding times, administering simple medication, using a harness, or avoiding busy walking routes, I’m happy to tailor my care. I’ll treat your home with respect, keep you updated with photos and messages, and make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable and well cared for while you’re away.

I take time to get to know each animal's routine, personality, and comfort levels, ensuring they always feel secure and cared for. When caring for pets in their own home, I follow all instructions carefully – from feeding and walks to medication and playtime – to maintain their usual routine and keep them happy. I always keep a close eye on pets, use secure leads and harnesses on walks, and make sure doors and gates are properly closed. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, loved, and right at home, wherever they are. I'm an early riser, so first thing I like to do is to take your dog for a walk. Living in LS7 there's plenty of places to go - Chapel Allerton Park, Gledhow Woods, Roundhay Park... If it's a larger dog I tend to go a little further afield; Golden Acre Park, Meanwood Park, Adel Woods or other - to ensure they have plenty of space to have a run and get some exercise. This is followed by a lunchtime walk, and an evening walk. I also take dogs out on a toilet break walk before I go to sleep. I live in a house, with a walled off garden. It's a child, pet and smoke free environment so I am able to give your pet the attention it deserves.

About: Hello, I’m Lewis. I was born in North Wales and raised in rural North Yorkshire, growing up in a home filled with all kinds of animals, from dogs to tortoises. These days, I’m the proud owner of a greyhound named Rodney, who hasn’t quite figured out how big he really is. I’m here to help with all your pet care needs. If you tend to feel a bit anxious about leaving your animals, I’m more than happy to send regular updates and photos for peace of mind, just let me know what you’d like. I genuinely don’t mind at all. I currently work full time for a property developer/estate agents, as a customer relationship advisor, which is why my availability tends to be on weekends. I currently do 4 walks a day - Morning, Lunch, Dinner and Bed. On weekends the lunch time walk tends to be a longer one however, I will do whatever your dog is used to. I live in Meanwood which is surrounded by gorgeous green spaces and only 5 minutes walk from Meanwood Park. My dog Rodney is very friendly and is more than willing to share the toys from his toy box.

About: I have plenty of hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats. I’ve regularly dog-sat my aunt and uncle’s Dachshunds and have also helped my neighbours look after their dogs. I have a cat of my own and often help care for my family’s cats, including feeding them when they go away. I also have experience with cat care and am comfortable making sure pets and their belongings are well looked after. I’m responsible, caring, and always make sure animals feel safe, happy, and well cared for while they’re in my care. I take care of my cat everyday and on weekends I often have to go watch my aunt and uncles dogs as they work away, I am responsible for feeding my own cat and all that comes along with it I love to walk dogs and would be more than happy to take them on long walks, I can also easily crate and follow a dogs specific schedule, I also have experience in giving dogs/cats medicine

“Leah is very kind and professional, my doggy loves her. I have a regular slot and have no qualms about giving Leah my housekeys. She comes in and out for my dog without disturbing my work. She responded quickly and slotted in a visit as an emergency when I had to go to A&E. Can't recommend Leah enough 🤩”

“Amanda was amazing with our cockapoo. He settled in very quickly and had a great week with Amanda and her lovely family. We got multiple updates daily with both pictures and videos showing the adventures Cassius was having. I highly recommend Amanda.”

“We would highly recommend Charlotte if you’re looking for a sitter, she was absolutely great from organising a meet and greet and providing regular updates while we were away. Olive had a lovely time and didn’t want to leave when we came to pick her up!”

“Frankie absolutely loves her stays with Hollie, Ed & Oscar. They look after her like their own and always keep us in the loop. I always know Frankie is in good hands and can enjoy my holidays without any worries. Thank you as always and I know Frankie is already looking forward to her next stay! X”

“Esther and Adam looked after our dog brilliantly over a weekend. You can tell how much they care about dogs and went the extra mile to make sure both we and Annie were happy! Thank you, would definitely book again”

I felt completely reassured knowing he was in such kind and capable hands. The service was excellent from start to finish, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ash to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog sitter. Thank you so much Ash”

“Daisy is lovely and was absolutely brilliant with our Boston Terrier, Louie! She sent us pictures every day while we were away and we could tell how well Louie was looked after and what a fab time she was having. Daisy looked after Louie like she was her own 🥰. We will definitely be booking Daisy again in the future!”

“Vivianne and her lovely family have looked after our dog, Gus, like he was their own dog, which is just what we wanted whilst we were away. They made us feel so confident to go on holiday and leave our new, BIG, hairy puppy knowing he was happy and well looked after. Vivianne kept us updated, at least once a day if not more, throughout our holiday and we looked forward to seeing what Gus had been up to. It made our holiday even better than it was. It was the cherry on top! What a great dog sitter and we will definitely be using Vivianne and her lovely family again for our next holiday! Thank you so much, Vivianne.”
