If your dog is boarding i will make sure im in contact with you, just to make sure that your dog is settled in my home and well looked after. Unfortunately my dogs have passed away,i owned 2 Labradors and a beagle, i have no children at home just myself and husband. Im available all weekdays to board or just daily sitting, & the odd weekends when im at home, i would take maximum of 2 dogs at a time. I have Secure gardens front and back, so you know the dogs will be safe, your dog will be played with in my garden and i have lots of balls/ toys/ they will be entertained with.

About: I’ve grown up and taken care of dogs near enough all my life, whether that’s for friends, family or colleagues and dogs ranging from working cockers and springers to Irish terriers to German Shepherds, puppies too. I’m an active person with fields and walks a stones throw, also a fenced back garden and no other pets. Any needs for your dog I’m happy to discuss and accommodate as best as I can. I’m currently full time, however some days working from home and when I’m not I only work 10 minutes from home so can regularly pop in if I’m not already at home. Dogs have free roam to the ground floor of my house and fenced garden. Preferably dogs crate trained, however happy to accommodate if not. But dogs are not allowed upstairs so they will need to be happy sleeping by themselves downstairs if boarding.
“This was the first time we used Jessica, and we were not disappointed. From the messages before the visit to the care and photo updates while we were away, everything was excellent. Boris, being a bulldog, has specific food requirements and a set routine, which Jessica and her family adapted to perfectly. We felt completely reassured knowing he was in such good hands. We will definitely be using Jessica again in the future. Boris does not like the car and we always have trouble on collection but Jessica’s husband helped get Boris in the car with care, he is now snuggled up having had his favourite dinner , doing his favourite hobby of snoozing 💤”

About: I have been a petsiitter, walker, companion for many years. I love all fur babies, recently looked after chickens too. I have a car, can work in York and surrounding areas. Will consider further afield but a minimum of one continous week. Always recommend a meetup before a booking for a cuppa and maybe a biscuit 😉 Recently retired. As i am an animal lover and experienced pet sitter for cats, dogs, chickens i can't think of a better way to spend my time. I cannot look after pets in my own home sadly. I can only offer pet sitting, Vet visits, Pop-ins for all fur babies, chickens, feeding, comforting, walking. Sadly I cannot look after reactive dogs because of past experience.

They’re more than welcome to join me in my home office — keeping me company as the “office dog” for the day. I’ve had dogs all my life and recently lost my beautiful black Labrador, Ralph, in January. I like an active house, and am always happy to go out for extra walks, and will get out in any weather for some fresh air and a run around. About: I have a love of all animals and treat everyone’s as my own. My home has plenty of space to accommodate all your pets requirements. I work part time from home so I am always around the house so your pet would not be left alone for more than an hour. I have a large enclosed garden with lockable gates to prevent access. My own pets have the run of the house and garden but each animal will be assessed and cared for as an individual and I have multiple rooms should some space from other animals be required.

Being on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors there are have some amazing walks right on our doorstep 🍂 I know first hand that leaving your dog with someone new can be stressful, so I do my best to communicate clearly and make the experience easy and reassuring for both you and your dog. I am free Monday to Friday untill late afternoons for dog walking , pet sitting, drop in visits or anything that need your requirements when it comes to pets I own dog myself so I know how important daily routine is for them . Lots of play , walks , scheduled feeds and naps :)
About: I grew up with dogs and absolutely love their company for long walks in the area that i live in, along with lots of playtime I am currently single and retired so now have lots and lots of spare of time for lovely long walks and plenty of time to play I have fields on three sides of my house, pets would be able to roam inside bungalow freely or be caged if required by owners
About: My first job as a teenager was walking and sitting neighborhood dogs and I’ve lived with cats, dogs and other animals my whole life. I now volunteer at a rescue and vet practice and study pet first aid too I usually work weekdays from 10am-5:30pm so all visits will be after 5:30. For overnights I will arrive around 6-7pm and leave in the morning around 9:30am. I am able to do multiple drop ins after work and depending on location I can do early morning visits too. Walks are always on afternoons unless it’s a weekend. I am a very laid back person who has a calm and approachable nature with animals. I am trained in safe handling of animals, pet first aid and have years of experience dealing with all types of pets. You can count on me to always be attentive, calm and in control.

About: I have own Dogs or been around dogs most of my life, I have 1 of my own which is a king charles spaniel. He loves playing with other dogs as well as all of the walks and treat he may need. I am free most days of the week, please ensure you have booked for the correct days.I have 1 dog of my own, and he loves going out on long walks too! I have a fenced off front and back garden, I shall always ensure the dogs health and safety at all times, as this is crucial. “Holly took great care of Pepper at very short notice due to a family member being ill. She was extremely accommodating and caring and thoughtful. Holly kindly sent lots of updates and photos of Pepper having the time of his life during his stay. He had the best time - running around with his ball, playing with Gary the Gull, meeting and playing with his new buddy Ronnie, swimming at Easby Abbey. I knew Pepper was in extremely capable hands from the moment I dropped him off. He was immediately at ease and that had a huge impact on me. I often look after my friends and family's dog whenever they need me, i live around lots of fields , so there is plenty of places to walk and explore to exercise your dog. If your dog is boarding i will make sure im in contact with you, just to make sure that your dog is settled in my home and well looked after. Unfortunately my dogs have passed away,i owned 2 Labradors and a beagle, i have no children at home just myself and husband. Im available all weekdays to board or just daily sitting, & the odd weekends when im at home, i would take maximum of 2 dogs at a time. I have Secure gardens front and back, so you know the dogs will be safe, your dog will be played with in my garden and i have lots of balls/ toys/ they will be entertained with.

I am a registered complex needs carer who currently works in the care sector, but I would like to care for animals fulltime as I do enjoy walking especially with dogs! I have a caring nature and I like to be physically active in all weathers! I have owned dogs, cats throughout my life. My current work allows me to select my own working schedule and therefore im in charge of my own time management. I would like to pet sit fulltime. Although I live on a busy road im fortunate to have a good sized garden which is completely walled. My home is secure and a good size. I have experience of caring for adults in their own home and im cleaning and tidy and respectful of people's own homes. I have looked after friends dogs while they go on holiday. I'm happy to adapt walks to suit the needs of the pet - long hikes, medium walks or quick walkies! I can drive in my estate car to secure locations, hire a dog field or just walk locally. I live in a lovely town and have access to beautiful countryside on my doorstep. I understand owners can have particular routines for their pets and im more than happy to keep to routines.

About: I’ve grown up and taken care of dogs near enough all my life, whether that’s for friends, family or colleagues and dogs ranging from working cockers and springers to Irish terriers to German Shepherds, puppies too. I’m an active person with fields and walks a stones throw, also a fenced back garden and no other pets. Any needs for your dog I’m happy to discuss and accommodate as best as I can. I’m currently full time, however some days working from home and when I’m not I only work 10 minutes from home so can regularly pop in if I’m not already at home. Dogs have free roam to the ground floor of my house and fenced garden. Preferably dogs crate trained, however happy to accommodate if not. But dogs are not allowed upstairs so they will need to be happy sleeping by themselves downstairs if boarding.

Boris, being a bulldog, has specific food requirements and a set routine, which Jessica and her family adapted to perfectly. We felt completely reassured knowing he was in such good hands. Boris does not like the car and we always have trouble on collection but Jessica’s husband helped get Boris in the car with care, he is now snuggled up having had his favourite dinner , doing his favourite hobby of snoozing 💤”

“Helaina looked after our 5 month old puppy while we were away for a week on holiday. She was attentive and adaptable to her needs. We were kept up to date with how things were going and sent pictures and videos, which clearly showed our puppy having a good time, including socialising with other dogs. Helaina really knows her stuff when it comes to caring for dogs and is aware of how to tailor the care she provides to the needs of the individual dog, including with enrichment activities. She is a great communicator and responded promptly to my messages. I would not hesitate to recommend her and cannot thank her enough for taking such good care of our puppy.”

We had been for an initial meeting ahead of the booking when we met Steven and his lovely family; the fact that Bear didnt want to leave was enough for me to show she was happy and i didnt have anything to worry about. Steven sent me photos of their walk and my dog looked relaxed and enjoying her time with him and his own dog Harley. I would certainly recommend Steven as an attentive and caring sitter.”
