Alison and Andy took care of Ivy so well and she had the best time with them. They sent updates every morning and evening and it was obvious she already loved being with them. It was important for me to feel completely comfortable and at peace that Ivy was being well looked after and Alison and Andy are such warm and welcoming people. Ivy will definitely be back for more holidays in the future!

Kelly was a brilliant dog sitter, despite our concerns about leaving Shadow our active collie in kennels for the first time, Kelly quickly settled her in with some ball throwing around her extensive garden. She sent messages and photographs to re assure us that Shadow was happy and well cared for and gave her a lovely walk. Shadow was clearly treated like one of the family and we will certainly be asking Kelly to look after her again.

About: I've been a sitter for my sisters dog, willow for the past 3 years whilst she goes on her travels. My children enjoy having a dog in the house & I enjoy watching them play in our garden. I have pets in the past, a rescue stafi Tia, two cats mitzi and Pandora. They were loved beyond measure. I'm a stay at home mother with two small children. We go for walks daily, come rain or shine. We have a very relaxed home environment, my children love to play in the garden mostly and are besotted with animals, including creatures they find in the garden. My eldest daughter is nearly 3 and absolutely loves playing fetch with her aunties dog Willow who often stays with us when she's on holiday. We enjoy walking in the near by feilds and exploring a new home town. We have recently moved in to our new home and can offer a large enclosed garden, plenty of room for running up and down. Our house is small but spacious enough for our furry friends to stay over.

Gabi is fabulous, I thoroughly recommend her. The booking was all a bit last minute due to a change of plan, but we had a meet a greet the week before to make sure everyone was happy. Nothing was too much trouble for Gabi and she quickly got the measure of Juno and Ralphie. Settling Ralphie at night when he was a bit worried and coping so well with Juno's (excessive) love of running. We had regular updates and photos and both dogs where obviously very relaxed, happy and well cared for! Thanks Gabi!

Victoria looked after Pam, our 2 year old King Charles Cavalier Spaniel, and really went the extra mile to make sure she felt safe during her stay (she sometimes can be a little submissive/nervous around other dogs). We got some lovely pictures and updates on how Pam was doing over the long weekend and would definitely use Victoria again 😊

Absolutely amazing as per usual, I made a mistake when booking and I got the pick up and drop off times mixed up, messaged Marlena (I got a reply instantly so 10/10 for communication) when I realised Ghost hadn’t been picked up and her Husband came straight out and got him, which we were very very thankful for. Always updated with lots of pictures and videos of his stay. Ghost was taken on lots of lovely walks, and even a trip up the Malvern hills. Can’t thank Marlena and her husband enough for being absolutely amazing when looking after Ghost. :)

Heather is a natural dog mummy! We were nervous leaving Briar with her as she had never been left with anyone other than family before. Heather and her family were relaxed and welcoming, their home was perfect for our little dog. We had multiple updates, photos and videos that were reassuring and made our experience so positive. I would highly recommend Heather as a sitter and would definitely leave my furry princess with her again in the future. Our little dog had a fabulous time.

With it being Ambers first time away from us she she joined our family, we couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful, warm, friendly and playful environment for her to stay. Beth, Dan and Darcy really did make it a home away from home for her. So much so she didn’t want to leave lol! Beth and Dan are so lovely and even met with us before booking to make sure it was a right match for us all. It was a very pleasant surprise to get the report cards and photos to see and hear how they got on each time and I'm glad there was no barking the second time which shows they were getting used to you. Leanna and Lauren did an amazing job of looking after my 2 cats. They took the time to get to know the cats and their personalities and fussed & played with them as well as feeding them and administering medication (tablets and eye ointment) to one of the cats. They sent detailed updates and lovely photos. Unfortunately one of my cats became ill and they quickly identified the problem and let me know straight away. Using a cat sitter when my cat was unwell and needing medication was difficult but Leanna and Lauren showed a lot of care and compassion and were very reassuring. I wouldn’t hesitate to book them again.

I have experience caring for dogs and cats, and of all different sizes and breeds. I understand how important it is to leave your dog with someone you completely trust, so I’ll treat them as one of my own — with plenty of cuddles, attention, playtime, walks and lots of love. Our home is relaxed and dog-friendly, and I’m happy to follow your dog’s usual routine as closely as possible, including feeding, walks, medication and any little quirks they may have. Your dog won’t just be staying with us — they’ll be part of the family while they’re here. 🐾❤️ Having had dogs for the last 20 years pet care is built into my every day life. Early morning walks in the Orchards, a lunchtime stroll around the fields and an evening sunset walk to the cricket pitch. I will offer your pets a safe space and lots of attention. We have a fully enclosed and secure garden so they can have as much outdoor time as they like. I will treat your dog as if they are one of my family. I promise to keep them safe and make sure they have a thoroughly great home from home experience.

Yasmin accepted Nell at short notice and is clearly very experienced and relaxed looking after all sorts of dogs. She kept me updated and very kindly fed Nell from her own dog’s supply when I had forgotten to send Nell’s food! Nell seemed happy and relaxed on collection and I am sure it won’t be her last stay.

About: I have always had contact with dogs, cats and hamsters ...as a child and as a dog owner for 12 years, previously my family over the years owned Yorkies, Poodles,West Highland Terriers, Germany shepherds. Charlie My Cavashon passed away at the age of 12 years, unexpectedly, his doggy companion Tea Cup Yorkie Daisy misses him desperately, she is 14 years. Charlie was a well behaved dog well traveled too and would go everywhere with me and my partner as does Daisy. Charlie was raised from a puppy and attended training classes, he was devoted to me as I was to him. If a cafe, restaurant, garden centre isn't dog friendly we wouldn't visit. I currently work part time and do some volunteering at the dog trust. I have the time to walk your dog, and if they are good travellers in the car I would take your dog on some lovely walks. My home is their home I have a large fenced safe garden lots of grass, there is a furbaby female teacup yorkie who is 14 years. she would love some company. I don't have a crate.

Main thing I can say is Thank You. George was fantastic with our pup, sent us great photos of her during the days she was with him and Luna was excited to return for her second visit. Would highly recommend if visiting the area and you need someone to care for your pup for those trips they’re just not allowed or for more permanent scheduling for locals

About: What sets me apart from other dog walkers is that I don’t just understand dogs — I live with one. As the owner of a high-energy cocker spaniel, I know firsthand how important it is for dogs to get the right balance of exercise, stimulation, and care. I’m used to managing boundless energy, playful personalities, and those moments when a walk needs to be more than just a stroll. This means your dog won’t be rushed or overlooked; they’ll be walked with patience, enthusiasm, and genuine attention. I treat every dog as if they were my own, making sure they come home happy, exercised, and content. I work from home, which means I can be present and give your pet plenty of company, attention and care throughout the day when boarding or house sitting. I’ll make sure they’re not left alone for long periods and can keep to their usual routine as closely as possible, including walks, feeding, playtime and toilet breaks. During the week, I’m also available for early morning walks and drop-ins before 8:00am, as well as evenings after 4:30pm. I’m happy to discuss your pet’s usual routine beforehand and tailor my schedule to help them feel happy, settled and comfortable while in my care. 🐾 Your pet’s safety, comfort and happiness will always be my priority. I understand that every pet is different, so I’ll take the time to learn about their personality, routine and individual needs, including feeding, walks, medication and any house rules or preferences you have. When pets stay with me, I’ll provide a calm, comfortable and welcoming environment where they can settle in and feel at home. As I work from home, I’ll be around throughout the day to provide plenty of company, attention, regular toilet breaks and walks. When house sitting or doing drop-in visits, I’ll respect both your home and your pet’s usual routine, helping them feel secure in familiar surroundings. On walks, I’ll always prioritise safety and follow any instructions regarding leads, other dogs, recall or areas to avoid. I know it can be difficult leaving your pet with someone new, so I’m also happy to provide regular photos and updates to give you peace of mind while they’re in my care. 🐾

Our dog Heddwyn is typical of a cockapoo who follows his mum everywhere. We wondered how he would react to being left with someone he did not know. He was taken for a walk after we left him and all was fine. We were sent some photos of the walk and once back at Debbie’s house. Heddwyn had clearly settled well. We will be absolutely happy for Debbie to look after Heddwyn again.

About: Hello! I'm Amy! I work from home full time, which means your dog will never be left alone. They will have constant supervision, attention, and care throughout the day. We live in a calm, pet-friendly home (with a garden), access to lovely local walking spots and a secure space for play and rest. I have previously looked after dogs for friends and family, and have always found it rewarding and enjoyable. I understand how important it is to find someone you trust with your pet, and I will care for your dog as if they were my own. I am open to pet sitting and walking. I am more than happy for you to visit our home before agreeing to allow us to look after your pet. Feel free to get in touch. I look forward from you! I run my own business, which gives me a flexible, home-based routine rather than a fixed nine-to-five. That means I can build pet care naturally into my day, whether that is a morning walk before the working day starts, a midday check-in, or simply having a dog around the house with me while I work. I have looked after pets for family and friends over the years, so I am used to fitting feeding times, walks, and general care around a normal day without it feeling rushed. Because my schedule is mine to manage, I can offer consistency and genuine attention rather than squeezing visits in between other commitments. For walks and drop-ins, I follow the owner's usual feeding and toileting schedule, check the home is secure, and send updates so owners can relax. For house sitting, I keep to the pet's existing routine as closely as possible to minimise disruption. And in my own home, my flexible, home-based schedule means walks, feeding, and playtime fit naturally around the day rather than being squeezed in.

Julie made both of our dogs most welcome. The dogs were very happy to be with her and they were made to feel at home. We have photos of their stay with Julie, and both dogs settled very quickly. When we collected the dogs at the end of the day the dogs were happy for us to spend time with Julie hearing about their day and not rushing to get in the car and go home. I would most certainly recommend Julie as a dog sitter / carer and would contact her again if we return to the area for another holiday.

About: Growing up, I was always surrounded by dogs, helping care for and walk three medium-sized dogs at home from a young age. When I moved away for university, I missed having a dog around, so I connected with a local owner to walk their Bernese Mountain Dog cross Collie. I walked him regularly for over a year and absolutely loved building that bond. I bring that same care, patience, and attentiveness to every dog I walk and am looking forward to meeting dogs of all breeds and sizes. 😊 I am currently working on a zero-hour contract basis and looking to start working more freelance, so I am available pretty much 24/7 During drop-in visits, I strictly follow all feeding, routine, and house guidelines provided. I treat every home with complete respect, ensuring doors, windows, and gates are securely locked upon entry and exit, and keeping you updated with pictures and brief recaps after every visit so you have full peace of mind.

About: I have been taking care of other peoples pets since I was 15, when I started to walk a neighbours dog, soon other neighbours asked for help with dogs, cats, rabbits and also puppy pop ins and dog sitting. Then 19 years ago I became a dog owner myself. I work from home so I began to look after friends, family and neighbours dogs. I absolutely love dogs, I treat every dog like they’re my own, even if I’ve just met them for five minutes… I am giving kisses. (only if they want them of course) I have a senior dog myself and I looked after a senior dog for a few years so I have experience in older dog care, also having raised three puppies myself so I have knowledge in puppy care. I can promise lots of love, safety, trust and of course kisses. After I walk my dogs at 6.30am… My days are for furry friends either on dog walks, pop ins and house sitting. I have a couple of regular friends but still plenty of space for new friends ☺️ I’m currently not offering boarding due to my sweet girl (elderly lady) dealing with dementia, I need her environment to be calm. House Sitting… I was a babysitter for 10 years for 5 different families, I did some over night stays during that time. I also cleaned at a couple of private houses for 2 years whilst I was studying and I have experience of being a house-sitter.. therefore I am very aware of respectful behaviour when in someone else’s house. I will not share your location or any information regarding your home with anyone. I will keep things clean and tidy up after myself. I don’t smoke or drink. I always take my shoes off. ☺️

About: I've grown up around dogs and am passionate about giving them the care and love they deserve. I've always been an animal person having cats, hamsters, horses, guinea pigs and rabbits! My family have had pet staffys for many years, but all my friends have different breeds. Unfortunately our staffy, Martha, passed away at the age of 16 in September so we no longer have our own dog. I am a long-distance runner so if your dog requires plenty of exercise I'll happily take them out for hours running across the hills, or if you have an elderly pup we can go for a short stroll for them to enjoy the familiar smells locally instead. The weather won't ever stop me from getting outside and enjoying some exercise with a friendly companion. My years of experience come from having my own dog. I'm currently taking a career break, having worked in mental health forensic services for the last 9 years. My jobs have been emotionally demanding so I'm looking forward to taking a break and hopefully having a career change to work with animals more as that is where my passion lies. I have a large fenced garden and plenty of space inside for your dog to get comfortable. I have 2 furry cat friends who are used to dogs being around, as long as your dog is okay with them too. We are all friends here :)

About: I have owned 2 dogs within my adult life, both from puppies. This means I have experience looking after puppies, training them and sticking to a routine. I have always been bought up around dogs, and my family has dogs too which I look after. I have a massive love for all dogs, regardless of their size and breed. Unfortunately my 2 dogs have passed away, leaving a massive hole in my heart and currently I am not in the position to have another… leading me to Rover to give me the opportunity to be around dogs still. I am currently working from home, so I have a lot of time to give your dog. I am available different times, for either drop in, walks, boarding or over night stays within your home. Within my house we have a big garden and lots of fields nearby, meaning I will be able to exercise your dog however works best for them. I do not have a fenced garden, but can put your dog on a long line should this be required. Otherwise I will always be present when they are outside going to the toilet.

We have a van and crates if your dogs need collecting. There will always be one of us present during your pets stay with us or our stay in your home. We will adapt to your schedule and your pets needs. We are happy to travel for house sitting. We are able to offer care for other animals by negotiation including livestock and birds. Johns 15 years as a small holder and a goat farmer included milking up to 40 goats per day and caring for his own cattle, pigs and sheep. Maggie's experience working with horses on stud farms While we are not currently offering any riding we would be happy to turn out, change rugs and feed horses and give basic care to other larger animals that live on the property. We will leave your home as clean and tidy as you leave it. We will be as unobtrusive as we can be while we care for your beloved creatures. In our home we have various different rooms including a sunroom where your dog can find a safe and relaxing spot to curl up in and a secure garden with tall fencing for your dogs potti breaks.

About: I have grown up with dogs all of my life and have one myself. I’ve always enjoyed playing with them and getting to know them. I currently work shifts as a Health Care Assistant at Royal Preston Hospital but I am free on my days off. I can be flexible. I look after my Standard Poodle Florence who I take for a walk twice a day and play with her in the garden on my days off.

About: I have always been around dogs since I was a boy, I used to be terrified of them but have grown in a deep lover of dogs. I am reliable and caring setting of hands that can be entrusted to take care of your pets. My gran over the years brought home an eceletic collection of dogs from the homeless shelter she worked in. The different dogs that came back with her have been a variety of ages, breeds, sizes and personalities. I've always been helped to look after them whether it's feeding, walking or just some belly scratches. Currently, I live with my parents and their long-term foster dog Lucky, a roundabout 3 year old, super super friendly Golden Retriever. I also helped my parents raise two rather excitable (and challenging) Beagles so if you're pet friend is a bundle of energy then I have the experience (and patience) to take care of them ✌️ Excited by the opportunity to meet more furry friends. I work from home in Drybrook, Gloucestershire on Wednesdays and work in Malvern the rest of the week. I am happy to stay over to dogsit all evenings and weekends. I can keep your dogs over weekends. I have a safe and securely fenced garden that is open and easy for your dog to access all day. They are happy to play with Lucky, a 3 year old super friendly Golden Retriever, who enjoys the company of other dogs. I am surrounded by woodland and a nearby park which are great for short or longs walks.

About: Hi everybody! I’ve had my Cavapoo Rolo for 4 years now and the time has completely flown by! Over the years i’ve walked him 3x everyday and have taught him so many skills and we will be entering our first competition in 2026! Over the past year i have also took on caring for my grandmothers golden Labrador as she’s unable to provide walks etc, however still loves him and his company to pieces so i am honoured to be able to keep them together! I’m currently working part time from Fridays through till Sundays so have plenty of quality time and care for your pets. i’m quite an active person in my personal life, so depending on your pets needs, if they need a 2 hour walk or as little as 30 minutes neither will be a challenge. I have a fenced garden and have cctv surrounding the back garden to view. i also have a box for all post etc to not scare or aggravate pets.

During our time away Beth kept us up to date with messages and pictures of Ambers stay 🥰 It was so reassuring in knowing our not so little pup was in great hands and paws while we were away 🥰

Nelly made herself straight at home on the sofa and obviously had a great stay. We received daiy updates and photos, which were lovely. This first stay went so well we've booked another 2 for later in the year! Great service.

I'm so appreciative I found such a lovely place for my dogs to stay, where I didn't have to worry about them. About: I’m a passionate animal lover and genuinely believe that dogs deserve to feel safe, loved and completely at home while you’re away. I work from home, which means your dog will have someone around 24/7 and won’t be left alone. We have our own lovely dog, Mabel, who is friendly, gentle and very welcoming to new four-legged friends. She loves having company and is always happy to make a new friend 🐶❤️ if you live local you Bartestree then it’s likely you have already met her!

Dixie has clearly made a good bond with Ella during her stay. Ella arranged an initial meeting to check that the dogs would get on with each other, and also to discuss Dixie's medical needs. I felt very reassured by Ella's experience and understanding of dogs. Ella was quick to respond to my messages, and provided daily update and photos during Dixie's stay.
