Dogs have always been a huge part of my life, and I currently have three of my own—two that I've raised from puppies and are now 6 years old. I also have a wonderful rescue from a puppy farm, who I took on three years ago when she needed lots of care, patience, and encouragement. I have a large, secure garden and I'm located close to the beach as well as having plenty of countryside nearby for long walks. I have owned and looked after numerous types of dogs so I am happy to match their energy and to cater for their individual needs.

I have experience with a variety of different breeds and due to the flexible nature of my work, I can cater for all of your pet care needs I work freelance so my schedule is entirely flexible so I’m happy to keep your pet company whilst you are out either in your home or mine. I am responsive to the needs of your pet, and they will be my main priority whilst in my care. I love getting out for some fresh air (rain or shine!) so they will be kept active and happy.

About: I’ve grown up with cats and dogs my whole life, alongside farm animals such as chickens, sheep, and horses. We adopted my black lab, Tarn, when she was only a few weeks old in 2023 and she lives back home, as I am currently away for my university studies. I also have a british shorthair cat, Teri, she has been in the family for about 6 years and she is the absolute sweetest. Teri had an accident a couple years back and lost one of her back legs, which means I took close care of her for the months following (general post-surgery care) and she has recovered very well. When back home from University, I take my dog for regular walks and take care of her throughout the day while my family is at work 9-5. She enjoys long walks (mainly running) in the woods near our house, which i find very peaceful and rewarding knowing she is getting enough exercise. I have just completed my first year at University and i’m looking for an occasional job taking care of your pets, throughout the summer months. I’m very enthusiastic to use this platform to continue my housesitting/petsitting interest, as i find it rewarding and fun, alongside also being dependable and giving consistent updates on your pets activities! I will keep a close eye on your pet at all times and make sure they’re getting all the attention they need. I’m happy to keep the schedules you’ve created with your pets, taking them on regular walks and making sure meal times are whenever they’re used to. About: I have had dogs for over 40 years ranging from Scottie dogs to labradors and Irish setters. Our current resident is 2 year old golden retriever Carys. We live on a 10 acre Smallholding located up a very quiet lane along with two donkeys a goat and four chickens plus Jarvis the cat. Three quarter acre garden fully enclosed plus additional fields for long walks. We are both retired with plenty of time for doggy play time and walks. Large secure garden so lots of space to play and explore plus additional fields those who like to run and run. Very welcome to come and have a look and see for yourself. We completely recognise the need for a safe secure environment for your dog with plenty of water, shade, exercise and snooze time plus lots of cuddles and attention. Perfect canine holiday.

I worked for lots of different animal welfare orgs as an animal carer for many years both in the UK and in Australia. Over the years I've worked with horses, pigs, sheep, goats, llamas, dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, reptiles (snake handling) and even fish. I treat each and every individual animal as my new best mate. I have a real connection with (most) animals. I get them and they get me. However, I know it takes time to get to know some pets and you know your animal better than anyone.
