When it came to collection time Tracey told me about his night, and what he got up to the day before. Beni was as happily bouncing around, showing affection. Already booking for the next sleepover. Charlotte is very warm, friendly and knowledgeable about dogs and Duggie was comfortable with her immediately. Everything in Charlotte’s home and garden is set up to be dog friendly and she was very flexible about delivery and pick up times. During his stay, Charlotte sent me regular updates and pictures- he was clearly having a fab time. Duggie came home a very chilled and happy boy and a lovely touch was that Charlotte sent him home with a little diary of his holiday with her. We will definitely send Duggie to Charlotte again in future and would recommend her very highly.”

It was very clear that Pedro met all of her needs and she came home very happy. I contacted Pedro extremely last minute to see if he could have Saffie for the first time the following day. He responded swiftly and was really very helpful throughout. I really appreciated receiving video updates and it was clear how caring, knowledgeable and attentive Pedro is with all dogs.
