Boarding our dog Milo with Timea was our first experience using Rover. We were really impressed with Timea throughout the process. She was friendly, communicated clearly during the booking and boarding process and most importantly cared for our furry friend with love and kindness. Timea wrote updates and was kind enough to send several photos and videos throughout our week holiday which we very much enjoyed receiving. We would be happy to board Milo with Timea again and would rest assured he would be happy, relaxed and well cared for. We would fully recommend. 5 stars!!

Chelsea looked after our Labrador for 2 weeks while we were away on holiday. She kept us informed on Wilma's wellbeing throughout the stay, sending us regular updates with photos which helped to keep our minds at ease. Wilma appeared happy and healthy when we collected her and Chelsea had even given her a bath ready for our return.

About: I've spent years caring for dogs of different breeds, sizes and temperaments, from my family Cavachon to regularly looking after two Chow Chows and a Husky for friends. I occasionally work at a puppy yoga class in Manchester, where the puppies' wellbeing is the top priority. I particularly enjoy building confidence in nervous puppies and helping them feel safe and comfortable in new environments. Whether your dog is calm, energetic, shy or full of personality, I'll provide patient, reliable care tailored to their needs. 🐾 Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine. I work from home on Mondays and Fridays (finishing at 12pm on Fridays), which gives me plenty of time and flexibility to provide walks, playtime, feeding, and lots of attention throughout the day. I also work from home on some Tuesdays, and occasionally I have full weeks working from home, giving me even more availability. On the days I work in the office, I'm home by around 4pm, so I'm available for evening care and walks. I'm also free most weekends, making it easy to accommodate weekend bookings and provide dedicated care for your pets. Your pet's safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. In your home, I'll follow your instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, walks, medication (if required), and any house rules your pet is familiar with. I'll make sure they receive plenty of attention, playtime, and exercise, while also respecting their individual temperament—whether they love lots of interaction or prefer a quieter approach. If caring for pets in my own home, they'll have a clean, safe, and relaxed environment where they can feel comfortable. I have a decent-sized garden, and I live directly opposite a field with plenty of lovely walking routes nearby, so dogs can enjoy regular exercise. They'll always have fresh water, regular toilet breaks, lots of attention, and plenty of love and supervision.

Tommy and his family kindly agreed to take our 2 Jack Russell’s - never easy as typical JRs! - and from the initial visit the dogs seemed at home, were in safe hands, and were going to receive all the care and attention they probably never get in a larger kennel environment. This made going away for a long weekend a much more relaxing time that it could have been. Tommy clearly had a love for animals and kept us updated throughout the weekend - again, a much valued way of knowing everything was ok. Would definitely re-book with complete confidence and fully recommend. Great to see someone with that passion trying to establish himself in this field too.

Andrew and has looked after our dog, Raffie, twice now, and we honestly couldn’t recommend him more. Raffie has had the best time on both stays and is always so well looked after. It’s clear he’s treated like one of the family, which gives us complete peace of mind when we’re away. One of Raffie’s favourite parts is spending time with their lovely dog, Corey. Raffie can’t wait to come back

About: I’ve raised two dogs from puppyhood, so I understand every stage of their development - from house training and boundless puppy energy to the gentler care seniors need. Our family dogs both lived to be 14, so I’m experienced with managing age-related conditions (such as heart issues and arthritis) and adjusting activities to each dog’s pace. Whether your dog needs a calm companion at home or a brisk lunchtime walk to burn off energy, I’ll make sure they get the care and attention they need, with lots of love along the way. I work full time from home, so am available as a companion for your dog through the day. I can take them on walks at lunch and/or after work, and can make sure they have frequent access to outside if required. At the weekend, we can extend walk times to suit your dog’s fitness. We are expecting a baby in January 2026, so our availability is reduced from then while we settle in as a family. We have a fenced garden, and many cosy dog beds dotted about the house. We have a stair gate to fence off upstairs if you’re worried about access to stairs, and our downstairs has LVT flooring which is not too slippy (geriatric dog approved!) so they shouldn’t have any difficulty scamping around. We also have a 13-year-old male Pugalier, who loves the company of other dogs. He will be happy to settle down next to them for a snooze, or watch avidly while your dog plays with toys.

About: I have over 6 years of experience pet sitting, caring for a wide range of animals with different needs, temperaments, and routines. Alongside this, I work as a Veterinary Care Assistant, which has given me hands on experience in animal health, behaviour, and welfare. I’m confident handling everything from energetic puppies to senior pets, as well as small animals and more specialised care requirements. I understand how important it is for pets to feel safe, comfortable, and well looked after while their owners are away, and I always aim to keep their routine as consistent as possible. Whether it’s administering medication, managing nervous behaviour, or just making sure they get plenty of attention and exercise, I approach every pet with patience and care. I’m reliable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about animal welfare. References are available on request. Pet care fits easily into my routine, allowing me to provide reliable and consistent visits throughout the week. I finish work at 4:30pm Monday to Wednesday, so I’m available for evening visits, feeding, and check-ins on those days. On Thursdays, I don’t start work until 11am, which means I’m available for morning visits as well as later in the day. My weekends are completely free, giving me full flexibility for multiple visits, longer stays, or more tailored care depending on your pet’s needs. I currently don’t offer pet care within my own home. In my experience, most pets feel far more comfortable and settled in their own environment, surrounded by familiar smells, routines, and spaces, which helps reduce stress while their owners are away. That said, I understand that every situation is different. I currently have no other pets in my home and live alone, so it’s a calm, quiet environment. I also have an enclosed garden and a park nearby, which is ideal for exercise and outdoor time. If care in my home is something you’re specifically looking for, it can be discussed and requested, and I’m happy to consider this on a case-by-case basis.

Jess and Ben have been wonderful. They are fantastic with dogs and immediately put us at ease. Bonny, our Tibetan Terrier, is usually quite reserved around strangers, but Jess and Ben had no trouble winning her over. They kept us updated throughout the day without us having to ask, which was greatly appreciated and gave us real peace of mind. By the time we arrived to collect her, it was obvious she felt completely at home and comfortable in their care. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and would happily leave Bonny in their care again.

Georgia was amazing. From her initial visit our kittens were relaxed with her, making the most of the extra cuddles available! While we’re away we had app issues but Georgia kept in touch via what’s app, sending photos and videos of our extremely content kittens. They were clearly not missing us at all and were quite silky when we came home and Georgias visits stopped………. Their litter trays were cleaned, and they were eating well. We will definitely be asking Georgia if she’s free next time we’re away. Thoroughly recommend Georgia to if your looking for someone to care for your ‘fur babies’ as if they’re your own

About: I’ve dealt with many different dog breeds and know the best routes for walks. I’ve also had dogs my whole life and I’m comfortable with any shape, size and temperament. Furthermore, I volunteered in Bali for 4 weeks, rescuing and dealing with unpredictable strays, as well as walking them. I’m at uni and unemployed at the moment so I’m available whenever during holiday breaks, as long as I’m told a day or two in advance. I drive my own car so I have lots of flexibility to travel back and forth between locations. Most importantly, I want every dog to feel happy, loved and well looked after.

A big thanks to Olivia for taking care of our cat! When Olivia came to meet us for the first time our cat allowed Olivia to pet him, this is very unusual for him, he normally doesn't trust strangers. Furthermore, he replied to Olivia's "good bye Volt". Obviously, Olivia speaks cats language :) Olivia has been looking after our cat for about 2 weeks, sending us photos every day. About: I was a puppy walker for guide dogs since the age of 10. In total my family trained 10 dogs from puppies to full service dogs. I have two dogs and a cat who I absolutely adore and I completely understand that our pets mean the world to us, so you can have complete trust in me that they will be safe and loved at all times. I’m a third year graphic design student at Staffordshire University. I’m in lectures on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and part time on Fridays, the rest of the week I will have the time to spend with your gorgeous pets! I’ll be able to easily drive to your home and their favourite walking spot, I can provide plenty of care inside for your furry friend. I currently work remotely, which allows me to be available throughout the day to give your little one plenty of attention. On weekdays, I’m available for walks between 8–9am, 1–2pm, and anytime after 6pm. At weekends, I’m very flexible and can adapt to your needs. I have a large, secure fenced garden where they can enjoy time outdoors under constant supervision. Inside, my home offers plenty of space for them to explore or relax, depending on what they prefer. I understand that every animal is unique, so I always tailor my care to suit their individual needs.

About: I’ve always had pets growing up and around me with family and friends. started my pet family as an adult 6 years ago with my first cat Thiago, i now have 2 cats, 2 bunnies and a 5 month old Puppy. I’ve done lots of cat sitting in the part including giving medicine and changing litter trays/cleaning accidents. Would love to extend the service to dogs & any other pets. I work full time for work from home, therefore giving morning and evening walks, garden time throughout the day and lots of weekend walks. Morning & evening walks. At least 2, hour/hour and a half long morning walks midweek (the rest around 30 minutes minimum depending on start times) then a longer evening walk. When working from home, dogs would have full access to the house and garden. Weekends we long big walks & we have many amazing walks on our door step luckily. Fully fenced secure garden. We have 1 dog and 2 cats in the house to keep your pets company. We do use a stair gate to keep down stairs separate & pets safe throughout the house. Happy to lets them sleep in the bed, sofa, crate, whatever works best for you.

About: I have always looked after dogs and was desperate for my own. I finally have my lovely schnauzer Winston who loves other dogs. I also grew up with a family dog. He was my whole world. I live a very active lifestyle so any dog I look after is welcome to join Winston and me on my long walks or I can take them for a short walk if that’s better for them. I currently work as a full time firefighter with Cheshire Fire and Rescue. Some days I am home all day and can spend the whole day with the dogs. Other days I am out the house most the day but my partner comes to check on the dog mid day so could only look after a dog that is okay alone for a few hours. I am home every evening so can dogsit any night. My garden is completely fenced and safe. I allow dogs on any of the furniture and have plenty of space. I am a very loving carer and will treat the dog however the owner recommends.

About: We currently have a 6 year old French Bulldog who we adore deeply. Throughout my lifetime, I have looked after all sorts of breeds including Spaniels, Staffies and Rottweilers. I’m a natural dog person, confident with handling all sorts of dogs and diligent when it comes to making sure they get what they need. We have a good amount of space, a large garden and lots of places to go for walks. I work from home full-time and so can make sure your dog is never left alone. Our own French bulldog has previously undergone surgery and required hands-on care for IVDD and so I’m experienced with complex needs. Any dog staying with us would need to be friendly with our Frenchie. I have my own business and work from home full-time, so I can fit my schedule to your dog needs. This can include multiple walks a day, a long walk, cuddles on the sofa, playtime with our Frenchie and time alone to rest if that’s what they’re used to. I have a large downstairs space, a fenced garden and a separate office space which your dog is welcome to occupy at all times. Our Frenchie sleeps in a crate in the bedroom with us, we can arrange for your dog to sleep in the room too or downstairs depending on what they are used to.

About: Me and my partner Ben have grown up with dogs in the family. We love dog sitting for our families and friends. Due to our shifts we can’t commit to a dog full time, so would love taking care of others when we can! Even though me and my boyfriend work shifts, and often we’re not working the same days each week, it means that we have bulk days off so we do have some flexibility. However, it is unusual for these days off to be as long as a week. We have a fenced garden attached to our house, and we have a vehicle to be able to take on walks. No small children or other pets

About: I’ve grown up surrounded by animals, and I always feel a real sense of comfort and joy when I'm around them. My love for dogs started when I spent lots of time with my grandad's lovely dog, Dooley. I’ve always considered myself a “dog person” because I enjoy building trust and forming bonds with them. Additionally, I completed a Level 2 Animal Care qualification, which deepened my knowledge of animal welfare, safe handling, and everyday care routines. I also had the wonderful opportunity to work in a cattery for a month, gaining practical experience caring for cats—feeding, cleaning, monitoring their wellbeing, and making sure they felt comfortable and relaxed. Plus, I share my life with my adorable Jackie Bichon, Annie, which has given me firsthand insight into the responsibilities, routines, and attention that pets need daily. Pet care fits nicely into my routine because I’m used to being organised and planning my time. I usually attend college on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, but on other days I’m flexible and happy to help with pet care. On college days, I can do evening check-ins depending on what’s needed, and I always make sure I only accept bookings I can reliably handle. I have experience working in a cattery, so I’m familiar with routines such as feeding, cleaning, and regularly checking on the animals. I naturally carry those habits into how I manage my time now. On my days off, I’m available for walks, drop-in visits, or longer stays, and I always ensure pets receive proper attention and care without feeling rushed. Overall, I plan my schedule to ensure pets are well cared for, and their routines stay as normal as possible. When caring for pets, I always make sure they’re safe, comfortable, and kept to their normal routine as much as possible. At my home, I have a fully fenced garden, which helps ensure dogs can safely spend time outside. I make sure pets are always supervised and never left unattended, and I keep everything calm and secure so they can relax and settle in properly. I also make sure pets are fed good-quality food and follow their usual feeding routine exactly as provided by the owner. I take walks and outdoor time seriously, and the goal is always to get the dogs out a couple of times a day, depending on their needs, energy levels, and usual routine. When I’m in someone else’s home, I respect their space and follow all instructions carefully. I stick closely to feeding times, walk schedules, and any specific care needs so the pet’s routine stays consistent and stress-free. In both cases, I focus on keeping things calm, simple, and familiar for the pet so they feel safe and well cared for while their owner is away.

About: I have not only grown up with my family dog, Lucy the Dalmatian for 16 years of my childhood, but I have constantly been surrounded with all types of animals and looked after different breeds, sizes and personalities of dogs. I am a trusted dog walker, feeder and sitter of my friends/family pets and I ensure to take care of them as if they are my own and I hope to do the same with yours! I am currently at university (University of Manchester) studying Adult Nursing. Although I take my studies very seriously, I love to use my free time to go on walks, hikes and to the park. With my love of dogs, this free time would be even better spent looking after your dog and having a long, stress-free walk! With the experience of having my own dog, I am knowledgable about potential safety issues and risky environments that they may be exposed to. To ensure this is not a problem, I will take on any information you may have about your specific dog, avoid particular places they may find triggering/give a reaction and be cautious and aware at all times during our walks!! I am also DBS checked!

I have cared for dogs with behavioural issues such as reactivity, so due to this I treat every fur baby as if they are reactive as any dog can bite if given the reason! I do have a full time job therefore I will not be available for pet sitting. This also means I take on jobs based off my main jobs rota and times. Since recently being made redundant I have returned to dog walking part time and I’m loving being back outside walking. I’m happy to walk dogs on or off lead, solo or very small group walks. My own dog Ralph is reactive and anxious so I’m comfortable adapting to your own dogs needs. I’m currently a full time housewife with 3 teenagers so have plenty of spare time on my hands. I do like to be finished work by 3pm as I still have after school activities. I’m afraid that I don’t offer home sitting or boarding I’m afraid as this wouldn’t suit my cats and dog at home.

Colin had a great time. It was the first visit to a new minder and Annchalee and Will were lovely. We received picture updates with messages to let us know how Colin was and we could not have asked for a better experience for him. Thank you both.

Nicola was very nice and I was sent some videos and pictures during the stay to keep me updated. I would recommend her and will be using her again to mind Sam in the future.

Dolly seemed very content after her overnight stay with Charlotte. We are very happy with the service Charlotte gave & it’s very reassuring Dolly felt relaxed in her home. We have booked again for later in the year. Highly recommend.

Vicky looked after my 2 small dogs for 3nights and they had the best holiday with her. They were so calm and relaxed when I picked them up and they loved her instantly. Will definitely ask Vicky to look after them again in future. Thankyou so much x
