About: Had a border collie for 13 years, missing having the companionship but can’t commit to having my own whilst in full time work. Adore having them around, and getting out on walks. A qualified teacher, so can offer services during school holidays. I’m currently a teacher who has weekends free, starting from Friday evenings to Sunday evenings and school holidays when needed. Can’t commit to during the week as I work Monday to Friday 7:30-5:30 I have a fenced garden, with enough space for a dog to have a run around. Lots of lovely walks near by to take them on.

This was the first time I had ever left my dog with a sitter and I was anxious about it as my dog can get quite upset when left even with family members 😞 We had a family wedding to go to and were going to be out for a long time but Jess put my mind at ease! About: I've always had a really great relationship with dogs, and was lucky enough to become an owner 7 years ago, when I rescued Gyp from a charity in China. A year later, I brought him back to the UK and lived in a house with 4 other dogs, who I regularly walked, played and cuddled with. As a rescue, Gyp can be very anxious and needs reassurance, so I'm very good at spotting when he's stressed, and I'm really good at keeping a calm and consistent environment for him. Later, I adopted Smokey, who was a senior dog, and so had very different needs to Gyp. Sadly we lost Smokey last year due to his old age. I always make sure the dogs get plenty of attention and exercise, and they're never left alone for more than 5 hours (usually it's much less than that). The house is very dog friendly - Gyp loves cuddles on the sofa and in bed. And I have a fenced garden for them to enjoy too. My dog is my number one priority, and yours would be treated no differently when they came to stay. I work from home during the day, so spend a lot of time with them then, and pop out in the evenings for work for a few hours - I'm never gone longer than 5 hours. On Saturdays I'm at home all day, and Sunday mornings I go out to teach, but again, no longer than 5 hours I would be solely responsible for your pet whilst they are staying with me. I have a fenced garden and one lovely dog to keep your dog company. I have plenty of towels for drying down if we get wet in the rain, and plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable I have a good routine with the dogs - food and walk in both the morning and the evening, but we can adapt easily to suit the needs of your pet.

About: I’ve dealt with many different dog breeds and know the best routes for walks. I’ve also had dogs my whole life and I’m comfortable with any shape, size and temperament. Furthermore, I volunteered in Bali for 4 weeks, rescuing and dealing with unpredictable strays, as well as walking them. I’m at uni and unemployed at the moment so I’m available whenever during holiday breaks, as long as I’m told a day or two in advance. While we’re away we had app issues but Georgia kept in touch via what’s app, sending photos and videos of our extremely content kittens. I have a large downstairs space, a fenced garden and a separate office space which your dog is welcome to occupy at all times. Our Frenchie sleeps in a crate in the bedroom with us, we can arrange for your dog to sleep in the room too or downstairs depending on what they are used to.

Our family dogs both lived to be 14, so I’m experienced with managing age-related conditions (such as heart issues and arthritis) and adjusting activities to each dog’s pace. I work full time from home, so am available as a companion for your dog through the day. We have a stair gate to fence off upstairs if you’re worried about access to stairs, and our downstairs has LVT flooring which is not too slippy (geriatric dog approved!) so they shouldn’t have any difficulty scamping around. We also have a 13-year-old male Pugalier, who loves the company of other dogs. He will be happy to settle down next to them for a snooze, or watch avidly while your dog plays with toys.

About: I have been an animal lover and had an interest in animal welfare since I was a child. I support a number of animal charities, have been vegetarian for 30 years and owned dogs for 35 years. All of my dogs have been rescues/unwanted dogs who came to me for their forever home. My two elderley dogs have passed away over the last 2 years so I currently have no pets in the home. I do now own 2 horses which is a significant financial responsibility so have decided not to take on any more pets for the time being. I do miss having a dog around the house. I work from home full time and own some land which is perfect for exercising dogs so I do have a good lifestyle and environment for a canine companion! I have my own business which I run from home full time. I also own a 4 acre secure paddock where I keep my horses. About: Me and my partner Ben have grown up with dogs in the family. We love dog sitting for our families and friends. Due to our shifts we can’t commit to a dog full time, so would love taking care of others when we can! Even though me and my boyfriend work shifts, and often we’re not working the same days each week, it means that we have bulk days off so we do have some flexibility. About: Had a border collie for 13 years, missing having the companionship but can’t commit to having my own whilst in full time work. Adore having them around, and getting out on walks. About: I've always had a really great relationship with dogs, and was lucky enough to become an owner 7 years ago, when I rescued Gyp from a charity in China. A year later, I brought him back to the UK and lived in a house with 4 other dogs, who I regularly walked, played and cuddled with. As a rescue, Gyp can be very anxious and needs reassurance, so I'm very good at spotting when he's stressed, and I'm really good at keeping a calm and consistent environment for him. Later, I adopted Smokey, who was a senior dog, and so had very different needs to Gyp. Sadly we lost Smokey last year due to his old age. I always make sure the dogs get plenty of attention and exercise, and they're never left alone for more than 5 hours (usually it's much less than that). The house is very dog friendly - Gyp loves cuddles on the sofa and in bed. And I have a fenced garden for them to enjoy too. My dog is my number one priority, and yours would be treated no differently when they came to stay. I work from home during the day, so spend a lot of time with them then, and pop out in the evenings for work for a few hours - I'm never gone longer than 5 hours. On Saturdays I'm at home all day, and Sunday mornings I go out to teach, but again, no longer than 5 hours I would be solely responsible for your pet whilst they are staying with me. I have a fenced garden and one lovely dog to keep your dog company.
