About: I’ve had my own dog for five wonderful years, and he truly opened my heart to all living creatures. We trained him ourselves from a puppy, and he has amazing recall and lovely manners. That experience taught me patience, consistency, and how important trust is with dogs. I regularly look after friends’ dogs of all sizes, small, medium, and large and I’m confident handling different temperaments and energy levels. I provide daily walks once or twice a day, sometimes including a run for more active dogs, and longer walks at the weekend for extra adventure and stimulation. Your dog would be cared for as if they were my own, with attention, affection, and plenty of exercise. 🐾 As I work from home, dogs in my care are rarely left alone and always have company throughout the day. I tailor walks to each dog’s needs, offering one or two walks daily depending on their routine and energy levels. “David looked after our spaniel and elderly cat for 10 days. He did exactly that! Doug (spaniel) bonded well with David, he was even allowed to sleep with him (as he does us). Our elderly cat Millie is a rather solitary and shy soul however seemed perfectly herself when we returned home. I would recommend David to look after your pets, he even watered the plants for us. About: With over five years of experience in looking after all kinds of animals as well as growing up in a house full of animals I am now available to look after furry friends whilst back home from university. Whilst my experience is mainly in the realms of dogs, cats, horses, hamsters and guinea pigs I have also looked after rabbits, birds and even a tortoise! I have had plenty of work experience through my degree in veterinary practices allowing me to handle medications as needed and keep an eye on any more senior animals as well, with which I aim to give owners some peace of mind as I completely understand how daunting it can feel when a pet has health issues and to trust someone else to monitor these. I currently work an online job for my university student union, which is part time. This means I have plenty of time to check in on furry friends and keep ontop of their daily schedules! Other than that I would ideally be going to the gym however if one of your furry friends needs 24/7 care it goes without saying that it would always be the priority! I will be able to take your dog out and about to local dog parks or for quieter walks through the lovely Norfolk countryside! With a car and full clean driving licence I would be more than happy to take your pets to safe local areas or walk them from your home. Which ever you would prefer and they would be more comfortable with!
