“Dominika is absolutely lovely and I immediately felt comfortable leaving my puppy Alfie with her. She has a beautiful set up with lovely garden and was kind sending photos and updates during Alfie’s stay. I will be booking again soon I’m sure! Thank you Dominika 🙏”

“Andrew was incredibly attentive and caring, providing plenty of exercise, playtime, and affection. I appreciated the regular updates and photos, which reassured me that my dog was happy and comfortable. The communication was prompt and friendly, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Andrew to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate dog sitter.”

“Jaya had a ball with Jessica. I think it was her dream few days, lovely big cushion to sleep in, long garden full of squirrels and a lovely couple for double dose of cuddles and tummy rubs. Only thing is I suspect she might not want to live with me any more.”

“Jessica and Gareth looked after our 11 year old lurcher, Josie, for 2 weeks. She was very well cared for with lots of love and walks. We were surprised how well she settled as she is nervous and frets without us but we can recommend this boarding service. Jessica and Gareth sent us regular updates and photos on a daily basis. Many thanks.”

“Marina was kind, reliable, and took excellent care of Pippin during his stay. She kept me updated regularly with photos and text messages, which gave me great peace of mind. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Marina to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy dog sitter.”

About: I’ve had dogs as part of my family for my whole life, so I understand just how important it is to find someone you can trust to care for your dog. I also have personal experience caring for my own dog, Beau, for 14 wonderful years. As he became a senior dog, I gained valuable experience in understanding and meeting the extra care, patience, attention, and comfort that older dogs need. I’m a reliable, caring, and responsible dog lover, and I will always treat your dog with the same love and care I would give my own. Their safety and wellbeing will always be my top priority, so you can feel confident that they will be in the very best hands with me. I’m happy to follow your dog’s usual routine and any specific instructions you provide. Dogs will always be kept on a lead when required, and when enjoying outdoor time at home, they will have access to a secure, locked garden to ensure they are safe and supervised. I know how much our dogs mean to us—they’re family—and I’ll do everything I can to make sure your dog feels happy, comfortable, loved, and safe while in my care. I work part-time, so my schedule can vary from week to week. However, on my days off, dog care is my priority, and I’m able to dedicate my time, attention, and care to the dogs I look after. I’ll always be clear about my availability and will only accept bookings that I know I can fully commit to. This means you can feel confident that your dog will receive plenty of attention, care, and companionship while they’re with me. Your dog’s safety, comfort, and wellbeing will always be my top priority. I understand how important it is to leave your dog with someone you can trust, and I will always care for them as if they were my own. I’m reliable, responsible, and attentive, and I will follow any routines, instructions, or specific requirements you have for your dog. Whether that includes feeding schedules, walking preferences, medication, or simply their favourite way to relax, I’ll do my best to make sure they feel comfortable and settled. For safety, dogs will always be kept on a lead when required, and any outdoor time at home will take place in a secure, locked garden. Your dog will always be supervised and cared for in a safe and loving environment. My aim is to give you complete peace of mind, knowing that your dog is in safe, caring, and trustworthy hands.
“Lucy was soo amazing with Harrie and has been one of the best dog carers we have left Harrie with. We met Lucy and her family beforehand which put us at ease. Harrie settled in so well with the kids and the family. I don't think she wanted to come home. Communication was excellent with frequent updates and pictures. Harrie will be back.”

“I couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter for Bow! Gabriela was absolutely fantastic from the moment I dropped Bow off and made me feel completely at ease. I received daily updates with photos and messages, which was so reassuring and lovely to see. It was obvious that Bow was very well cared for and given lots of attention and affection during her stay. She came home happy, relaxed, and clearly had a wonderful time. Thank you so much, Gabriela, for taking such amazing care of Bow. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with you again and would highly recommend you to anyone looking for a caring, trustworthy, and reliable pet sitter.”

“Richard and his family were absolutely amazing with Pablo - so loving, attentive and great at communicating. I'd recommend anyone who has a pet who needs looking after to use Richard :)”

“I can't tell you how impressed we are with Ross's care for our 8 month old Lab puppy. He can be quite a handful and isn't the most obedient dog on the planet so I was a bit nervous about having him stay with anyone. However, Ross's calm reassurance instantly put me at ease. He seems to have bonded almost instantly with Archie and I could see from the photos he sent us that they were both having a great time. I've only been home 20mins and already rebooked Ross for a few days in August. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone!”

“Trish was lovely. Warm, welcoming, calm and obviously loves dogs. Our whippet was really well looked after and was even allowed to sleep under the duvet. True devotion.”

“Liz and Alex are such caring and kind people who looked after our anxious cockapoo overnight. She was spoilt rotten and received the best care and attention. Thank you Liz and Alex, see you soon!”

“Our dog had a wonderful stay with Ekaterina and her family. She sent lots of photos and videos and we could see how settled and well looked after he was. Highly recommended her!”

“Danielle and her family looked after Poppy for 4 days. This was the first time I have left her with someone other than family/friends so I was a bit nervous but Danielle kept me updated with photos/videos and Poppy seemed happy. I would definitely ask Danielle to look after Poppy again.”

“Nataliya clearly loves dogs! It was our first time leaving our puppy with her, and he got back to us so happy. She sends regular photos and videos, which is so lovely and reassuring. Would recommend to friends & family 100%!”

“Archie and I cannot thank Ineta and her family enough for all the loving care of Archie this week while I had to go deal with an emergency up North. Ineta was very kind to step up last minute to care for Archie and send lovely updates, photos and videos. Archie had a wonderful time, was loved and looked after very well. He and Ineta's sons had the best time playing as well. Ineta is also very fit and healthy and took Archie on very nice walks and to his appointments this week. Highly recommended, caring and responsible sitter.”

“Ganna has been lovely from start to finish. Able to accommodate boarding at short notice and worked with is flexibly when there were unforeseen circumstances for which I’m very grateful. It was lovely to pick up Stardisr and see her happy and relaxed. Thank you Ganna”

She kept me updated on their every move and even left my flat completely spotless. We really liked her and will definitely book her again! Thanks a million Sophie :)”

“Annie was amazing with looking after Bee! She took the time to get to know her and sent videos on each visit of them playing together and cuddling, something which Bee doesn’t typically do with humans she doesn’t know Thank you so so much, Annie! “Lexi is a very reliable and responsible sitter. She has kept our home tidy and managed to keep our Bengal cat, who is very demanding of attention, entertained for week while we were on holiday. “Ellie is an amazing and trustworthy pet sitter. She looked after our 2 kittens while we were away and she was genuinely loving and caring for them. “We have had Alice look after our cat Bobbins twice now and she has been extremely kind, considerate and accommodating whilst cat sitting. I would happily look to book Alice again if needed and would highly recommend her. ”

“Sam and Coco were amazing. Very detailed and thoughtful visits and reports. They clearly cared for Oreo during what turned out to be an eventful and at times difficult sitting. I very much appreciated their going the extra mile. Communication was above and beyond. Will definitely use again and will highly recommend.”

“We could not be more pleased with Joana staying to look after our girls. She agreed to meet us and the cats ahead of time, which really put us at ease for her overnight stay ahead. During the stay, she was attentive to the girls needs (especially in the heat) and even was shown so much affection by Pixie, our timid cat who is slow to open herself to people. It just goes to show how amazing Joana is with animals! The frequent photo updates were also great, so we could see how happy and healthy the girls were. We would absolutely trust her again with our cats and are so thankful she stayed to look after them overnight. Thank you, Joana!”

About: I’ve taken care of cats since I was 11. I often house sit for friends when they go on holiday and need their cats looked after! Cats absolutely love me as I stroke them 24/7 ensuring they never feel lonely. I can also recognise when cats need their space and want to be left alone. I’ve raised my own cat from a little kitten so I know how to take care of even the youngest of cats.

About: My family have had cats since I was little so I have always grown up around them! My brother currently has 2 rescues that I help with when he travels (including a mane coon with asthma) and am always happy for a cat snuggle! My grandad has always had cats and my brother has rescued multiple cats which I have looked after (including a manecoon and a blind cat) and they are so loving! My brother has rescued multiple cats and I have helped out so I am aware of their different personalities and needs and am super flexible on adjusting to what each of their preferences are - whether they love a little stroke or just some peace and quiet :).

“Ada was amazing. Brilliant communication, and I loved her videos and photos. The cats and the flat were all great when we got back home. Highly recommend! Thank you.”

“We initially booked Tara for a couple of days whilst we were away, however we were so pleased with how well she looked after Snowy that we decided to extend the booking! Tara's excellent communication and dedication ensured that our cat was in the best of hands whilst we were away. Thank you!”

“Sue & Chris were absolutely amazing looking after my cat - they were always happy to provide updates and care for her when she had hairballs etc. couldn’t falter their communication and kept her occupied with games, treats etc :)”

“Christie is an amazing cat sitter. She arranged a pre-sitting visit to meet my cats (and me!) which was appreciated. She sent photos whilst I was away and clearly interacted and played with the cats. They were very happy with Christie! She asked about their favourite foods and toys clearly very keen to ensure they were happy. She also looked after my flat really well. Highly recommended.”

“I’m so lucky to have found Georgiana! My pets and I loved her from the moment we met! She is super responsive, on time and keeping me in the loop with details and photos of my pets. Would recommend her to anyone and definitely book her again! Thank you so much for taking such great care of my pets!”

About: I have taken care of my cat Izzy from 2 months old. I have learnt to understand cats, especially as Izzy doesn’t really like people, and have provided her with play time, ensuring she has eaten. I have also volunteered at my hometown animal shelter, and helped multiple cats feel calm and stay healthy after being abandoned. The cats in the shelter were of all ages

About: I have trained both my parent's dog as well as my own dog (cockapoo '21). Think: puppy and behaviour training in village halls and outdoor fields. I have done house sitting for several families in Surrey and enjoy looking after pets and the house. I'm super neat and could also agree on some other jobs, like watering plants etc. I'm an online language teacher and can work from everywhere, as long as I have wifi! As long as I get enough notice, I can easily plan longer house & pet sits as well. Usually families request me for school holidays and bank holiday weekends at least half a year in advance, so the earlier you ask, the bigger the chance that I'm free. I like clear written instructions with regard to food, exercise, care and timings. If you wanted to book me for a weekend or an extended stay and prefer a video call or quick meet beforehand, I could definitely get that organised as well. I'm new on Rover, but have done house and pet sitting before. This was more informal and through word of mouth.

“We were so pleased to find Dominika, who has now looked after our 20-month-old Chihuahua, Donnie, a couple of times for the day. Dominika is responsive, communicative, friendly, and clearly loves dogs. From the moment we met her, we felt completely at ease leaving Donnie in her care. Each time, Donnie has come home happy, relaxed, well exercised, fed, and thoroughly looked after. It’s clear that Dominika spends quality time with him, making sure he gets plenty of attention, play, and care throughout the day. We really appreciate the updates and communication while he’s with her, which gives us great peace of mind. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dominika to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and reliable dog sitter!”

About: I provide dog walks and caring, reliable pet care tailored to your pet's routine. Whether it's exploring local parks, enjoying riverside walks, visiting Richmond Park, or simply playing and spending quality time together, I'll make sure your pet gets plenty of exercise, attention, and affection. I've cared for dogs, cats, rabbits, and birds of my own, and have plenty of hands-on experience training pets, and looking after dogs and cats for friends and family, including Great Danes, Boxers, Cocker Spaniels, and Bengal cats. While living in Toronto, I volunteered at an animal shelter on weekends, helping care for over 200 kittens, including sick and vulnerable ones, with feeding schedules as frequent as every 1–2 hours. I loved volunteering there, especially as I travelled frequently for work at the time and wasn't able to have a dog/cat of my own. I currently have plenty of time as I'm taking a break from work, so I have a very flexible schedule and can dedicate lots of time to the pets in my care. Whether it's longer park walks, playtime, or simply keeping your pet company, I'll make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for while you're away. I'm currently taking some time away from work, which means I have a flexible schedule and plenty of time to dedicate to your pet. Whether it's daycare, overnight stays, or last-minute bookings, I'm happy to work around your needs and make sure your dog gets lots of attention throughout the day. Your dog will stay in a clean, calm, and pet-friendly flat with plenty of space to relax. There's a secure shared fenced garden for fresh air, and we're just a short walk from a local park with a fenced dog area for safe exercise and play.

About: Trustworthy and friendly, I offer dog walks, dog & cat drop-in visits, doggy daycare, and some boarding. I'm fully insured and DBS checked, and I take the time to get to know each pet's routine and personality, so they're comfortable with me quickly. Whether your dog loves a good walk, some playtime, or just chilled-out company, I'll make sure they're happy and looked after throughout our time together. WALKS I get to know each dog's pace, their favourite routes, and what they're like on and off the lead. I've got space for a few more regular weekly walking clients at the moment, and one-off walks are just as welcome; message me to check availability. DROP-INS Some dogs are happiest at home. Drop-in visits mean a toilet break/walk, some playtime, or just company, without them having to leave somewhere familiar. DAYCARE For longer days, your dog gets a calm space to relax and play, with walks, garden time, and attention throughout the day. CATS I also do drop-in visits for cats - feeding, playtime, litter clean or a check-in while you're out. I’ll make sure your cat is comfortable and content in their own home. Pet care is my main focus day to day, and I keep my schedule flexible to fit around regular walks and bookings. I'm generally free during weekdays and can usually accommodate mornings, afternoons, or a mix depending on what works best for you and your dog. Weekend availability can vary, so it's best to check with me directly. I've also got a car, which means I can nip between bookings easily across Surbiton and the surrounding areas, and stay flexible if you ever need me at short notice — whether that's an early morning walk or a last-minute daycare day.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs for most of my life, starting with my own dog throughout childhood and my teenage years. As an adult, I regularly look after dogs for family and friends, including larger breeds and high-energy dogs. I’m comfortable accommodating different temperaments, routines, and energy levels—from playful, energetic dogs who need plenty of movement and stimulation to calmer dogs who prefer gentle walks and companionship. I always take time to understand each dog’s personality and needs so they feel safe, relaxed, and loved while in my care. I care deeply and act from a place of love, patience, and empathy. I’m very attentive to body language and behaviour, which helps me respond calmly and appropriately in different situations. To deepen my understanding, I’ve attended private dog training sessions and continue learning independently through training videos and research. This has helped me build confidence in handling dogs, reinforcing positive behaviour, and creating a calm, happy environment. Your dog won’t just be looked after—they’ll be genuinely cared for, engaged, and treated like part of the family. I work part-time with just two office days per week, so I have a flexible schedule. I’m happy to offer boarding on weekdays and weekends. In my home, pets are cared for in a calm, safe, and loving environment. I live in a two-bedroom house with a fully fenced garden, giving dogs a secure space for fresh air, play, and supervised outdoor time. The house also has a porch, which is helpful for managing entrances, drying muddy paws, and creating an extra buffer for safety. I follow each pet’s usual routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, rest, and any specific instructions from their owner. If a dog is crate-trained or needs a crate for comfort or safety, I’m happy to accommodate that. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, relaxed, and genuinely cared for while their owners are away.

About: animal-lover looking to care/walk some lovely pets, I was trained up by my border collie Solo and my cat Ollie, who are sadly no longer with us, so I have lots of dog & cat love and cuddles to give away! House is pet and child free, perfect for dog care.
About: I’ve had dogs since I was 10, so caring for them has always been a natural part of my life. Over the years, neighbours and friends have trusted me to look after their dogs while they’re away. I’ve cared for up to three dogs at once, so I’m confident managing walks, feeding, and different personalities. I currently have a dachshund, which has given me great experience with small breeds and attentive care. I’m reliable, patient, and genuinely love spending time with dogs — making sure they feel happy, safe, and well cared for. I work fully remotely, so I’m home most of the day with plenty of time for walks, playtime, and cuddles 🐾 Your dog won’t be left alone for long and will get lots of attention, whether they’re energetic or just want a cosy nap buddy. I live in a cosy, pet-friendly apartment, perfect for small to medium-sized dogs. I also have a very friendly miniature dachshund who loves making new friends and sharing toys! I’ll follow your routine closely and make sure your dog feels safe, relaxed, and totally at home (with a few extra treats and belly rubs too).

About: I am an experienced dog walker, and have been responsible for walking my heavy boxer George through varied terrains. I would often walk more than one dog, as I have cared for my neighbors dogs before, who are a bit smaller than my boxer. I was responsible for my dogs behavior training, medication management (including regular and important medications now my George is an older boy) and trick training. I’ve also cared for my cat Izzy since she was a kitten, ensuring her well being and understanding feline behavior. I have also volunteered at my hometown animal shelter, walking and feeding dog all of different sizes, aswell as dealing with dogs that aren’t trusty of people or trained due to being abandoned. Although I don’t live with my pets anymore, I still see them as they live with my parents. I am currently fully flexible, so I am able to look after your pets this summer regardless of your needs. I am willing to come to any location and adapt to your needs. From ensuring my cat and my dog stayed safe and in the house in my hometown, which was a mountainous where a pet can easily be lost, i can assure I am a trustworthy attentive person.
“I am so grateful to Tara who is walking my dog Daisy (a Fox Terrier} regularly while I recover from a broken leg. She is reliable, punctual and flexible and Daisy loves her! I highly recommend Tara as a dog walker, she has a lovely gentle approach and Daisy is always so happy to see her!”

“Maple had a wonderful first walk with Darren. I have one sleepy and happy pup post-walk so thank you! As soon Darren walked through the door, Maple took an instant liking and was immediately relaxed and wagging her tail - it was as though they met before and were old friends! She was a big fan of Darren and trotted off to be walked which was lovely to see! Great communications throughout too. Highly recommend!”

About: I shared my life with a German Shepherd for 15 years, so I've been through every stage of dog ownership — boisterous puppy energy, the steady adult years, and the slower, more careful pace that comes with senior care. That gives me a real feel for adjusting a walk or visit to what a dog actually needs that day, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. I've also always gotten on easily with friends' and relatives' dogs of all breeds and temperaments, so I'm comfortable reading a dog I've just met and adapting to their personality quickly. What sets me apart is patience and attentiveness — I'm not rushing through a walk or visit, I'm genuinely paying attention to your dog's mood, energy, and comfort the whole time. My work involves shift patterns rather than a fixed 9-to-5, which actually works in your dog's favour — I have varied windows throughout the day and week to fit in walks and drop-in visits, including times a standard office schedule wouldn't allow. Since I offer walks and drop-in visits, I'm coming into your home to care for your dog rather than the other way round. I always confirm entry details, feeding instructions, and any house rules with you in advance, and I follow your dog's routine exactly as you've set it out — same food, same schedule, same walking route if that matters to them. I keep an eye on the home while I'm there (doors locked, nothing left out of place) and I'll message you with an update or photo after each visit so you always know your dog was safe, walked, and happy.
“Joana is fantastic. Could not recommend her enough to anyone! Very friendly and a very responsible dog walker. Always keeps communication open and sends cute videos and pics of Sid on his walk. Even has helped me a lot get used to the app (I’m not very tech savvy) which has been super helpful. Me and Sid are very happy !!”

“Lexi has been super professional and reliable. She is always on time and accommodating when we’ve needed changes. Our Bruno loves her and enjoys his walks with her. She has learned quickly what Bruno needs for mental stimulation and he’s always ready for a nap after his walks. Lexi has been great at communicating with us and keeps us updated.”

About: I’m a reliable, calm and attentive sitter who genuinely enjoys caring for animals and making sure they feel safe, comfortable and well looked after while their owners are away. I’m comfortable with pets of all ages and temperaments, from energetic young pets that need patience and consistency, to senior pets that require a gentler, more attentive approach. I’m confident sticking to routines, feeding schedules, walks, playtime, basic training reinforcement and administering basic medication if needed. What sets me apart is the level of care and attention I give. I take the time to build trust with each animal, understand their personality and create a calm environment where they feel relaxed and secure. I’m also extremely clean, respectful and dependable, so owners can feel confident both their pets and home are in safe hands. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine and I’m able to give pets plenty of attention, consistency and companionship throughout the day. I enjoy staying active, so regular walks, playtime and keeping to feeding schedules are something I’m happy to prioritise. I’m also organised and flexible, which allows me to adapt to each pet’s individual routine and needs. I always prioritise creating a safe, calm and familiar environment for pets, whether I’m in my own home or caring for them in theirs. I follow the owner’s instructions closely so their routine stays consistent, including feeding, walks, medication and any specific care needs. In a pet owner’s home, I treat the space with respect, keeping it clean, secure, and exactly as I found it. I make sure doors, gates and windows are properly secured and that pets are never put in risky situations on walks or during play. I take time to build trust with each pet, moving at their pace and paying close attention to their behaviour so I can respond to their needs properly. My goal is always to keep them relaxed, safe and comfortable while their owner is away.

“Nell greeted Richard like an old friend from their first meeting. His confident and kindly approach saw Nell happily join her new friend for an afternoon walk. I had a report and photos showing their progress for my reassurance but I needn't have had any concerns as Nell looked totally relaxed. We shall book Richard again.”

“Very pleased to find Andrew round the corner from us! He regularly walks our dog, Olive, he is very reliable and took the time to get to know her. He is very friendly and easy to communicate with.”

“Our dog had a wonderful stay with Ekaterina and her family. She sent lots of photos and videos and we could see how settled and well looked after he was. Highly recommended her!”

“Nataliya clearly loves dogs! It was our first time leaving our puppy with her, and he got back to us so happy. She sends regular photos and videos, which is so lovely and reassuring. Would recommend to friends & family 100%!”

“Ganna has been lovely from start to finish. Able to accommodate boarding at short notice and worked with is flexibly when there were unforeseen circumstances for which I’m very grateful. It was lovely to pick up Stardisr and see her happy and relaxed. Thank you Ganna”

“This was the easiest booking I’ve ever made. Juste was amazing and took such good care of our boy. We were regularly updated with pictures and videos, which was really reassuring. We’re very happy with the service and will definitely book again. Thank you so much!”

“I couldn’t be happier with the care my dog, Shark, received. From the very beginning, it was clear how much love and attention she gives to the pets she looks after. She kept me updated with messages and photos, which gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. Shark instantly connected with her and came back happy, relaxed, and full of energy. It’s not easy to trust someone with your furry family member, but she went above and beyond. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and professional petsitter”

“Kobe had a great stay with Mel and her husband during the Easter holiday. We met with Mel before the stay to ensure everyone was happy and for Kobe to be familiar with Mel. We had regular updates with photos throughout the stay. Mel was extremely flexible with pick up and drop of times after our flights were changed. Kobe was very comfortable and got lots of walks and cuddles!”
