Prior to boarding we arranged a pre-stay meeting which was great and really helpful, from that initial meeting I knew Kobe would be very well looked after. Throughout his stay Mat kept us updated with Kobe's progress and sent lots of pictures which was so lovely. “Shane has been amazing with our Shar Pei, Luna. He made both her and us welcome from the start with our initial home visit and then her subsequent stay with him. It was her first time staying away from us and her home and all the time we were away Shane messaged and sent photos and videos of Luna regularly and we have to say she certainly looked very happy, comfortable and like she wasn’t missing us too much!!🤣 Shane was happy for us to message him too to see how she was as he knew we were worried as it was her first time away from home! She can be quite picky with her food but Shane said she was eating well which was so reassuring too. When we went to collect her we knew how much she loved Shane because she kept going to him for cuddles too before we left 😊 She has settled in well back at home and that tells us that she obviously felt at home with him and that not much had changed for her - she more or less has the run of our house and she did with Shane too. We cannot recommend him highly enough. He’s a lovely caring guy who obviously loves the dogs he cares for and treats them as his own 😊 Shane’s little boy was brilliant with Luna too. We’ll definitely be booking Luna to stay again though we think we’re going to have to book well in advance!🤣 Thanks again guys you’ve been fab. Luna sends a big sloppy kiss!!🤣 Bev & Jon 😊😊”
“This was an emergency booking. Charlotte suggested bringing Molly the day before for a sniff around and to meet us. Molly is an anxious dog and Charlotte gave her the time and space to explore. From the moment I took Molly into Charlotte’s home I felt reassured. She created a little area for Molly with her cushion, blanket and toys. There was also water available. Molly was happy to stay with her which was a relief. I got lots of updates and she clearly had a lovely time. Charlotte was so sensitive to Molly’s needs and didn’t put any pressure on her to do things she didn’t want to do. Over the two days Molly really grew in confidence. Molly has also had pancreatitis and Charlotte both understood and was prepared to give her painkillers if needed. I cannot thank Charlotte enough for the great care she showed Molly and would highly recommend her.”

About: Hello, my name is Jamie and I am 24 years old. Little but about me is that I have not long lived in Norfolk, moving from Grantham, Lincolnshire. I live with my partner Shannon who has also not long lived in Norfolk and we both share a love for animals. Having both grown up around pets and now not able to have one due to work life we would like to start helping others with theirs. I work 6am-6pm Monday to Friday. Around that I'm free to walk majority of the time. Happy to care for overnight on weekends if required. My partner works odd shifts and can be available midweek when necessary. “I was a bit anxious when i first left Bob (springer spaniel) with Gemma for day care as he has never been left before. However I have left him twice now and wouldn't hesitate in using her services again. I imagine having two spaniels to look after is quite exhausting (& fun!) but everything went to plan and Bob & Monty got along well. Gemma is very professional, caring and gives regular updates and photos which proved Bob had a great time and put me at ease! Thank you 😊”
About: I have had dogs all my life and enjoyed different breeds and characters. We have a large family home with a large safe and enclosed garden. Our entire family Michael my husband and the kids are dog lovers, and will make sure to create a warm and welcoming environment for any dogs who stay. We also have fields and parks within walking distance to exercise your dog. I am currently a stay at home mum so typically free between 9 and 3 to walk and play and care for your dogs. We are available 7 days a week for overnight stays. I have a safe home with a large ground floor and large enclosed garden. We have one friendly and very chilled golden retriever. Dogs will be allowed throughout the downstairs and will be regularly let out into the garden.

I’ve a sensible head, good common sense and your best friend will get the best care with me. I walk different breed of dogs daily, I adapt the walk to their pace, some older paws need to go a bit slower! I have first aid certificate for dogs and happy to give medication if required. Free most weekends, still have availability all day Wednesday, some on Monday and Friday mornings. Cat drop in morning and late afternoon are free every day. Please contact me to confirm. I will care for your pets on drop in visits as if they were my own. They will have time to play and have cuddles whilst feeding to your schedule and making sure there is fresh water. I do not have a licence to board dogs so not offering this service. Equally I cannot offer sitter services in your home due to having 3 dogs of my own.
About: I’ve had two cats for four years now and they are house cats , I love spending time with them. I have previously owned a staffy (dog) named daisy who I regularly took out for walks and fed. I myself go on walks daily so I would love to help someone out if their pets need walking :) I think it’s very important for pets to receive some good playtime and loving which I would love to provide for them when the owner is unable to do so. About: Fergus and I love walking at a different place everyday in Norfolk. We go to Thetford Forest for sniffing walks, the coast when it’s very hot, rivers when we want to paddle. We live near the UEA so that’s our local walk straight out the door and into the woods. Fergus is my second Fox Red Labrador Murphy was my first and they both have had a placid nature with other dogs and enjoy tug of war or chasing round the house. We have a great enclosed garden for all pets so very safe and we are at the end of a Cul-de-Sac which means it’s a quiet area. My family have had dogs all my life from Basset hounds to Labradors with a Shih Tzu thrown in (not literally) so at 61 I am experienced. Believe me when I say your dog will be part of our family when they walk or stay with us. Most walks will be 1-2 hours 3-4 miles with biscuits thrown in. I have retired so my day is mostly taken up by walking 3,4 or 5 miles in the morning and a shorter walk in the late afternoon. I have a lovely grass garden with 3 areas for the dogs to explore. It’s all fenced and enclosed so safe and secure. I live at the bottom of a quiet cul-de-sac so few vehicles about. Also my home is a bungalow which dogs have the full roam of and can follow Fergus anywhere.

About: With over five years of experience in looking after all kinds of animals as well as growing up in a house full of animals I am now available to look after furry friends whilst back home from university. Whilst my experience is mainly in the realms of dogs, cats, horses, hamsters and guinea pigs I have also looked after rabbits, birds and even a tortoise! “Shane has been amazing with our Shar Pei, Luna. He made both her and us welcome from the start with our initial home visit and then her subsequent stay with him. It was her first time staying away from us and her home and all the time we were away Shane messaged and sent photos and videos of Luna regularly and we have to say she certainly looked very happy, comfortable and like she wasn’t missing us too much!!🤣 Shane was happy for us to message him too to see how she was as he knew we were worried as it was her first time away from home! She can be quite picky with her food but Shane said she was eating well which was so reassuring too. When we went to collect her we knew how much she loved Shane because she kept going to him for cuddles too before we left 😊 She has settled in well back at home and that tells us that she obviously felt at home with him and that not much had changed for her - she more or less has the run of our house and she did with Shane too. We cannot recommend him highly enough. He’s a lovely caring guy who obviously loves the dogs he cares for and treats them as his own 😊 Shane’s little boy was brilliant with Luna too. “This was an emergency booking. Charlotte suggested bringing Molly the day before for a sniff around and to meet us. Molly is an anxious dog and Charlotte gave her the time and space to explore. From the moment I took Molly into Charlotte’s home I felt reassured. She created a little area for Molly with her cushion, blanket and toys. There was also water available. Molly was happy to stay with her which was a relief. I got lots of updates and she clearly had a lovely time. Charlotte was so sensitive to Molly’s needs and didn’t put any pressure on her to do things she didn’t want to do. Over the two days Molly really grew in confidence. Molly has also had pancreatitis and Charlotte both understood and was prepared to give her painkillers if needed. I cannot thank Charlotte enough for the great care she showed Molly and would highly recommend her.”
