Leaving Ralph as a family would usually make us feel guilty but seeing him so happy with beautiful photos and videos from Miriam made us feel so relaxed and happy. Ralph actually had a luxury weekend break, made friends and enjoyed a bubble bath 🥰🙏🏼 Could not be happier that we found Miriam as she just made everything so easy and chilled even down to us needing an extra night stay at a last minute request. She kept contact throughout the day sending videos and information about how our dog was doing, which was great. On the first day, we were stuck in London and got back much later than we had initially anticipated. Ping Yan was very understanding and kept telling us not to worry as we waited on delayed trains to get back to Cambridge. She made us feel very reassured which really helped. About: I've had my dog for 8 years (she's a gorgeous black lab!) and have taken care of her since she was a puppy. For the first two years of her life we attended gun dog training together so I have a good understanding of how to properly look after and train a puppy. Of course it goes without saying that plenty of love, cuddles, enrichment play and walks are also super important, something which I also have plenty of experience in! In particular my dog loves to play hide and seek with her toys around our house! I work fully remotely so I'm really able to cater to your pets needs and keep them company so they don't get lonely. I am very used to the routine of having a dog/pet so feel very comfortable with getting up early to let them out, taking them for a walk first thing in the morning etc. I can be super flexible with my job so I really can adopt your routine to keep your dog happy and calm with the consistency they're used to. I have a secure garden with a fence around the perimeter. There is a stream at the bottom but this is also fenced off securely.

About: I may not have formal “professional” experience yet, but I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life, from pugs to German Shepherds, and have always loved caring for them.
