“This was an emergency booking. Charlotte suggested bringing Molly the day before for a sniff around and to meet us. Molly is an anxious dog and Charlotte gave her the time and space to explore. From the moment I took Molly into Charlotte’s home I felt reassured. She created a little area for Molly with her cushion, blanket and toys. There was also water available. Molly was happy to stay with her which was a relief. I got lots of updates and she clearly had a lovely time. Charlotte was so sensitive to Molly’s needs and didn’t put any pressure on her to do things she didn’t want to do. Over the two days Molly really grew in confidence. Molly has also had pancreatitis and Charlotte both understood and was prepared to give her painkillers if needed. I cannot thank Charlotte enough for the great care she showed Molly and would highly recommend her.”

“Duggie loved his stay with Charlotte. After an initial visit, we were very confident that it would work out well. Charlotte is very warm, friendly and knowledgeable about dogs and Duggie was comfortable with her immediately. Everything in Charlotte’s home and garden is set up to be dog friendly and she was very flexible about delivery and pick up times. During his stay, Charlotte sent me regular updates and pictures- he was clearly having a fab time. Duggie came home a very chilled and happy boy and a lovely touch was that Charlotte sent him home with a little diary of his holiday with her. About: I have always loved dogs and cared for them, I have grown up with dogs from foxhounds to staffs. About: Fully Qualified in pet sitting and dog walking. Full DBS has been completed. I have had previous experience working in a Boarding Kennels. I have had several Dogs myself of many different breeds. I also used to train Greyhounds and Whippets within the Racing environment. I set up the business to continue my love of working with animals. But mainly to provide a service that allows Clients to ensure their pets are well looked after when other commitments call. I know how close to us our pets are so clear communication with my Clients on how their pet is doing would be key. I set up Bark 4 the Lead at the beginning of 2024. This is my full time Job so the pets that are boarded here have my full attention throughout the day and night. I offer dog walking which I complete in the morning for a couple of my Clients. I live in a very quiet area down a service track. The property is fenced in with no other pets in the household. I recommend clients to visit with their pets prior to booking so they feel comfortable and reassured.

About: I’m now a retired medic & work some hours around being a medic and PT however I also now live more between Thailand & UK. Basically when in UK I plan my own work & days so very flexible. NON SMOKER & I have owned & loved all types of rescue dogs ever since I was married in 1998. I can’t reiterate enough how much I love dogs & cats & can’t wait to sit for people. I now spend a lot of time in Thailand and will update calendars accordingly but if I’m free I still look after pets as normal and enjoy the experiences with them although I accept more short term stays as opposed to longer due to the other commitments I also have. Feel free to message me and we can go from there. Being retired I’m flexible and work pet sits around bank work that I do so there are no real restrictions. If I’m not working and available then happy to accept bookings. My house is safe and garden is enclosed with fence. Pets have the run of anywhere downstairs and can only go upstairs when it’s bedtime. During the day apart from normal walks around the area we willl head to Starbucks for doggy coffee and cream treats. If weather permits we might go to the river or sea.

Our pets normally wake up early in the morning to go out for a toilet and go bed to sleep for skittle then get breakfast and play outside of the weather is nice. Later after walks they have dinner to settle them down for bed 🥰 We have a front fenced garden which is great safe place for dogs to play. We also have walks near by over the fields or along the river.

About: I have years of hands-on experience caring for a wide range of animals, having grown up surrounded by pets. I’m confident handling different breeds, temperaments, and needs. I’ve regularly cared for pets within my local community, including feeding, walking, administering medication, and providing companionship. I’ve also worked part-time as a dog walker, further building my confidence with dogs of all sizes and energy levels. My experience has made me patient, attentive, and highly reliable when it comes to ensuring every animal feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I work from home so I’m always available and flexible to provide any services you may need. I’m happy to work completely around your schedule. I’m not able to look after pets in my own home however I can do house sitting and any other services you may require.
About: I’ve had two cats for four years now and they are house cats , I love spending time with them. I have previously owned a staffy (dog) named daisy who I regularly took out for walks and fed. I myself go on walks daily so I would love to help someone out if their pets need walking :) I think it’s very important for pets to receive some good playtime and loving which I would love to provide for them when the owner is unable to do so. I will walk pets in evenings/weekends depending on the size and activity level of the pet. I am happy to look after cats at my home too and invest in toys for them. I have now been dog sitting on Rover for 5 years and have enjoyed dog sitting so much. I started out as a uni student but now I am now a Secondary school Geography teacher, so will be available any school holidays as well as evenings and weekends. I have a lot of compassion and love for cats and dogs. I love spending time with them and playing with them, feeding them etc. It’s a very fulfilling job for me. I have a fenced garden, with a spacious living room for comfort. I always try and arrange a meet and greet first so that the pets are familiar with me before the service

“This was an emergency booking. Charlotte suggested bringing Molly the day before for a sniff around and to meet us. Molly is an anxious dog and Charlotte gave her the time and space to explore. From the moment I took Molly into Charlotte’s home I felt reassured. She created a little area for Molly with her cushion, blanket and toys. There was also water available. Molly was happy to stay with her which was a relief. I got lots of updates and she clearly had a lovely time. Charlotte was so sensitive to Molly’s needs and didn’t put any pressure on her to do things she didn’t want to do. Over the two days Molly really grew in confidence. Molly has also had pancreatitis and Charlotte both understood and was prepared to give her painkillers if needed. I cannot thank Charlotte enough for the great care she showed Molly and would highly recommend her.”

Dropped my 5 month golden retriever off for the first time who can be very bitey and lively and was instantly reassured that this wouldn’t be an issue at all - was sent pictures/video throughout the time he spent there and updates on when he was walked/fed etc. There is access to a garden in back which is always handy and made friends Kirsty's dog. Also let me extend for one more night due to arriving back later than planned. Will be going back!”
