“Imogen looked after my cats for the first time recently, and I could not recommend her more highly. I have seven cats, all with very different personalities and needs. Some are extremely high-maintenance, some are incredibly friendly, others are very shy, and three of them have epilepsy and require close monitoring. It can definitely be a bit overwhelming for someone who isn’t used to a busy multi-cat household, but Imogen handled everything amazingly. From the moment she came for a meet-and-greet, it was obvious how naturally good she is with animals. Two of my cats immediately gravitated towards her, which I think says everything, as cats are usually very good judges of character! All of the cats absolutely loved her, and I felt completely reassured knowing they were in such caring and capable hands. I was so undecided whether to bring Odin for our weekend away as he gets a bit fed up being dragged around on lead but didn’t want to leave him in kennels. About: We had our own beautiful border collie for 8 years, who has sadly passed. We have also looked after dogs for friends and love getting out walking with them. We have the beach, woods, parks and fields on our doorstep. We would love to give your dog a comfortable stress free home whilst you are away. We would prefer to meet them first to decide if we, you and your dog would be happy for us to care for them. My husband and I are both retired. We have no other commitments so your dog would be our priority. There would always be someone here, so the dog would never be alone. We have a small fenced back garden and spacious living room area. About: Most recently l worked for a dog sitting company and had lots of different sizes and abilities of pooches, staying with me. I am no longer able to offer boarding at my home, however l have recently started housesitting in the pets own Home, l am green fingered so can look after your plants and garden too. About: I absolutely adore animals since I know myself and working with dogs has been one of the best things I could do for myself and also other people. I have been surrounded by animals since I was a child and I find life empty without them. Being self employed allowed me to meet lots of great pets and that gave me a lot of joy. I've had my own reactive rescue that absolutely hated other dogs, and have lived with very large reactive dogs and ones with severe anxiety issues. At this point theres very little that can phase me! About: Most recently l worked for a dog sitting company and had lots of different sizes and abilities of pooches, staying with me. I am no longer able to offer boarding at my home, however l have recently started housesitting in the pets own Home, l am green fingered so can look after your plants and garden too. I want you to have peace of mind while you are away, l am very house proud and so will take good care of your home and your furry friend. I think it’s really important for you to return from your break to find your furry pals with the same behaviours and routines as you left. And they’ll have plenty of walks and cuddles whilst with me. I love to run and keep fit so if you’re pooch is able that can come too. I am currently house sitting at the moment for 3 characterful cats. I’m currently taking a break from the 9-5 so l can offer your pet all my attention, so keeping their normal schedule and plenty of belly rubs included I will care for your pets exactly how you do, hate to say it but they won’t even notice you’ve gone … that is until you return!

The garden is fully secure with 7ft fencing and a locked gate, so dogs can enjoy outdoor time safely. I live on a quiet, secluded street away from main roads, creating a peaceful environment that’s ideal for dogs of all temperaments. The garden is a great size for all breeds, with plenty of room to play, explore, and enjoy a good run around. Large patio doors open directly onto the garden, allowing dogs to move freely between inside and outside when appropriate. They can also be closed to create a calm, cosy space for rest and nap times. Inside, the home is open-plan with plenty of room to relax, along with soft furnishings and lots of toys to keep dogs happy and entertained. For added safety, all human food is kept well out of reach, so you can feel confident your dog is in a secure and carefully managed environment.

About: I originally trained and worked 10 years as a qualified veterinary nurse, caring for both cats and dogs. I developed an interest in dog behaviour, I then retrained to become a certified dog trainer in 2020 and have been a full time dog trainer ever since. I have a passion for gundogs and I am a Spaniel, reactivity and puppy specialist. I have a great passion for helping dogs owners to meet their dogs needs and resolve their behaviour struggles. I am currently in the process of completing a level 6 Diploma in canine clinical behaviour to further expand my business. Dogs and cats in my care will be well understood and looked after. All breeds and temperaments welcome. I am quite flexible with hours and times and happy to do weekends when I’m available. Looking after and training animals is what I do best. About: I’ve had dogs in my life since I can remember, my parents were always into bigger dogs and I’ve grown up around all sorts of animals, I’ve had horses, chickens, dogs, cats, rats and smaller animals. I’ve also looked after birds of prey and farm animals. Nothing will put me off and No breed of dog will put me off! When I left home I got my own dog she was a rescue in need of help she was a bull mastiff and she was a bag of bones, she didn’t even know how to use the stairs, I trained her got the weight back on her and also taught her how to get along with my horses. She was the most caring loving dog I ever had if anything she helped me with my anxiety. Sadly she’s gone now but I would love to be able to help others with their pets so they are cared and loved while your away I’m currently not working full time at the moment to have loads of free time to be able to fit in a schedule that will work round you I have a fenced off garden, loads of walking routes around my area, I can help with training if needed. I do have a cat in the house but she just keeps herself to herself

About: Myself and husband Alan were raised with family dogs and once married we got our first family pet Billy who was a golden Labrador. He was loved by all due to his temperament and behaviour around everyone and we were devastated to lose him aged 13. After 18 months we missed the companionship we always had with Billy and chose Mabel the labradoodle who was 12 weeks when she came to live with us. She became our 3rd child and was cherished from the start. Sadly we lost her aged 12 years and 6 months 2 years ago. Both our grown children now have dogs which we regularly look after when they go away. We both love having them for ‘sleepovers’ and love walking with the ‘grand’ dogs as they both fit into our family unit. Due to commitments we now have with 4 grandchildren we are not in a position to have another dog full time but miss the company and regular walks. We would love to have the opportunity to help people out on a short term basis. I work part time and look after grandchildren for one day. Alan works full time. Looking after a dog on a short term basis on the days we can where we are completely free to will mean we can give regular exercise & love. We have an enclosed garden for safety & security. All dogs will have full access to our house at any time they are here with us.
