My husband works from home 100% of the time, so there will always be company for your dog. I have a secure, large fenced garden with plenty of grass and space for playing. It is clean and hazard free, and easily accessible from the kitchen.

About: My experience of cats is extensive, with my parents having 4 of their own which I regularly look after. 3 of these we have had from kittens, with the 4th being a rescue. The rescue was incredibly nervous when we first took him in, as such I understand thoroughly how nervous cats can be. Everything will always be adapted to your dog’s usual routine, age and needs — particularly with brachycephalic breeds. Walks and outings will be adjusted or avoided during hot weather, and I’m very mindful of temperature and breathing. My home is very dog-friendly, with a completely secure fenced garden, gates on doors/stairs where needed, and plenty of cosy places to relax. I also have steps for getting on and off the sofa and a dog buggy available for dogs with IVDD, back problems or limited mobility. My main approach is to make their stay feel as much like home as possible. I’ll follow your dog’s normal routine, feeding times, sleeping arrangements, medication and house rules — even the little quirks that might sound silly to anyone else! If they’re crate-trained, I’m happy to use their crate, and if they’re used to sleeping in bed with someone, they’re welcome to do that too. 🤍 Safety is really important to me. Dogs will always be kept on lead outside of secure areas, I’m cautious around unfamiliar dogs, and I’m particularly attentive to any existing health conditions or changes in behaviour, breathing, eating or general wellbeing. If anything concerns me, however small, I’ll contact you straight away rather than assuming it’s nothing. I’ll also keep you updated as much or as little as you’d like, with regular photos, messages and check-ins so you can relax knowing your dog is safe, settled and being very well looked after. 🐾

During the day, you dog will never be left for more than two hours. They layout of our house is slightly different, with the living area being on the first floor. I never expected to be as busy as I have been and I couldn’t ask for kinder people to welcome me into their homes. Whilst looking after your animals I only ever have one animal boarding at a time. “Monty had a WONDERFUL stay with Caroline and Steph!! She sent photos and videos every day so we could see he was happy and loved whilst with them. We also had a late return and they were very accommodating with that, which was very kind. To top it all off, Monty has come back super well behaved - it’s amazing! No more jumping and he’s been so relaxed and good as gold which only confirms how well cared he was. We won’t hesitate in leaving him with Caroline again. Thank you both for loving our baby as one of yours!”
About: We have a large fenced garden and a cosy home and your dogs will be treated as part of our family during their stay. I understand the importance of routine, especially when dogs are in a new environment, and will ensure they are cared for exactly as you request with plenty of photo updates throughout the stay. I totally understand the desire for your dogs to feel loved and cared for when you are away - rest assured they will be doted on! We have 2 friendly female resident dogs who love having doggy mates, Bonnie (7 yr old cockapoo) and Inka (3 yr old Frenchie), so your dog will have some canine company. I'm currently on maternity leave and have plenty of time to be with your pup and give them lots of attention, cuddles and exercise. My husband works from home 100% of the time, so there will always be company for your dog. I have a secure, large fenced garden with plenty of grass and space for playing. It is clean and hazard free, and easily accessible from the kitchen.

About: I have always owned dogs and have a genuine passion for their care and wellbeing. I also previously worked as a veterinary nurse for the RSPCA, giving me valuable experience caring for dogs of all ages, sizes and temperaments. I understand how important it is to leave your pets with someone you can trust, and I always treat every dog as if they were my own. I’m confident handling dogs, recognising their individual needs and making sure they feel happy, safe and comfortable while in my care. I work part time from home and am flexible, so easy to for me to fit pet care around my schedule. I make sure any bookings get my full attention and I love having animals as part of my daily routine. I offer drop in visits to make sure pet are happy and well looked after in their own home. I’ll follow their normal routine- whether that’s feeding, topping up water, letting them out for a toilet break, or just giving them some company and attention. I always aim to keep things calm and reassuring, especially if a pet is shy or nervous. Every visit is tailored to what your pet needs to feel safe and settled whilst your’re away. I also offer dog walking and home boarding. I’m happy to give your dog a good walk, some company and plenty of fuss, or have them stay with us in a home from home environment whilst your away. I have a fenced garden with two very friendly dogs, a chocolate Labrador and a cocker spaniel. I am confident handling dogs and recognising when they may need extra care or attention

About: Hello! My name is Aleksandra (or Sasha), and I’m a huge dog lover with plenty of hands-on experience caring for dogs. As a dog owner myself, I know how difficult it can be to find someone you truly trust to look after your beloved furry family member, so I’m always happy to answer any questions you may have about me or my experience. I have a 12-year-old dog whom I adopted from Japan over eight years ago, and I’ve also spent many years looking after other people’s dogs, whether hosting them in my home, doing drop-in visits, or taking them for walks. My dog has become a bit of a bossy and stubborn old lady, but she gets along well with other dogs, especially younger ones. I work as a scientist and have a flexible hybrid schedule, which means I can work from home several days a week and adjust my hours when needed. This allows me to check in on your dog, take them for walks during the day, or provide company while you’re away. I’ll always do my best to make sure your pup feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for. Drop me a message and I will be happy to chat! I have a hybrid schedule and work from home 2-3 days a week. My office days are usually Monday and Thursday, but can be adjusted if needed. My weekends are usually free, so I can easily help out with walks, drop-in visits, or dog sitting when needed. I live in a secure apartment building, so any dogs staying with me will be in a safe and supervised environment. I only take on a limited number of dogs at a time so that I can give each one plenty of attention and make sure they feel comfortable. I’m also available for house sitting, drop-in visits and walks within Saffron Walden, and I’m happy to follow your dog’s usual routine as closely as possible. I have a 12-year-old dog who gets along well with most dogs, although she can be a little bossy sometimes. For that reason, I would prefer to arrange a first meeting in a neutral open space, such as a park area, before any stay in my home. I find that this helps dogs get to know each other more comfortably and makes the experience much smoother for everyone. I’ll always keep you updated with messages and photos, and I’ll make sure your dog is treated with the same care and attention that I give my own.

About: I have a big love for animals and have spare time so want to help others and look after their loved animals and care for them. I look after my friends and families cats and dogs on a regular basis so have experience with different breeds and want to help others have the opportunity to go away on holiday or going to work and relax knowing their baby is getting a home from home experience in a relaxed environment. I work from home most days and if I need to go into the office I have a flexible timetable so would be out the house for no more than 4 hours but also happy to accommodate to your timings of each pet. I am also happy to take them out to places with me if this is something your pet is familiar with. I live in a house with a private fenced/brick wall garden. I have a park next to my house and multiple walks around my area with a mixture of fields, grass and pavement environments. I also have a car so am happy to take out with owners permission I also send photos and updates to the owners to let them know there babies are in safe hands
