Maybe. In moderation, plain white rice is unlikely to harm your dog. Some pets have allergies or sensitivities to grains, however, and thrive on grain-free diets. With minimal nutritional value, rice isn’t the best option for your pet. But if your dog does not have adverse reactions, you can include rice with meals or as a snack.
