We unfortunately ended up booking Brandy after our first Walker cancelled 2 days before due to emergency. She was easy to book, thankful for that but we quickly came to understand why she had availability. We booked “5” 30-minute walks. We were charged for 4, but only 3 took place. Out of those 3 only 1 was an actual 30 minute walk. This is directly per the Rover app, although cameras also agree. We ended out services with her after she showed up on the 4th day 30 minutes late and 10 minutes AFTER she had started the walk in the app. Akin to clocking in early to work before you even turn down the street. She said it was an accident but I believe she didn’t expect anyone to be home and truthfully I wasn’t supposed to be. But thankfully I was. The visit starting before she arrived mixed with noticing they weren’t fully being walked the prior 3 walks just made us go ahead and cancel. Rover has become a money grab and it’s truly unfortunate.

Brandy was nothing less than amazing!! She was awesome with our 2 dogs and communicated with us each time she dropped in. She stepped in at the last minute when the boarding service fell through. We will definitely book with Brandy again!! If we could give her a higher rating, we definitely would have!
