“This was our first time using Rover. We selected Ellen because she had many positive reviews as well as multiple returning clients. We made the right choice selecting Ellen to watch our fur babies. She is extremely accommodating and understanding. Our 2 pups have a number of quirks, but Ellen worked with them and gave them a home away from home. She sent multiple pictures a day and some videos, along with an update of the daily activities. We will absolutely be using Ellen if we go away and need a sitter. I cannot speak any higher of Ellen. “My boarding experience with Lauren has been great. I felt really comfortable knowing she was well cared for during my extended trip away. Lauren is easy to communicate with and very responsive. We also do daycare with her and my Yorkie enjoys going back, which says a lot since she’s usually pretty anxious in environments outside of the house. Lauren is very kind and treats my little one like her own, and I really appreciate the care she gives her. We’ve had a great experience overall.”

I got tons of adorable updates and pictures and when I picked Ozzie up, he was very calm and happy, not anxious and ready to leave the way he’s seemed with some other pet sitters in the past. She seemed very thoughtful about how she did things and accommodated everything he needed (for example covering her floor in blankets and towels because he doesn’t like walking on smooth floors, lol). “Mary was amazing. My dog Thyon is a sweet but skittish boy. Since making a big move from the country to the city, he has suffered from anxiety which he needed to be medicated for. I tried traditional boarding facilities however they were not a good fit. There were too many loud noises and he always came home stressed and nervous. Mary provided a wonderful environment. Not only was he able to quickly adapt and feel comfortable, but he seemed to thrived there. He was running in the yard with her dog Elle. Which he has not done since we moved months ago. I have finally found a place where I am comfortable to leave my boy and know he’s being well cared for. Thanks Mary!”
