“Kaila was responsive to a last minute booking request for the following day and communicated quickly and frequently. Havi stayed for a night and had a great time socializing with Kaila's dogs and playing with their toys. We received lots of pictures and updates! Kaila clearly loves her pets and makes sure visiting pets are welcome and cared for. When Havi was being picky about breakfast Kaila hand-fed her to get her started. Kaila was honest about Havi slipping out the front door, but they immediately got her back inside. She also took the time to introduce us and Havi to her dogs one by one and show us her home, ask questions about Havi, etc. Havi was conked out when she came home and in good spirits!”
