About: I bring over 35 years of hands-on pet care experience, having grown up with and cared for cats, dogs, and a wide range of animals throughout my life. I’ve raised and trained dogs, including puppies, and have extensive experience caring for cats both personally and for friends and neighbors. My daughter Coral, who is almost 14, lives with me. She has grown up around animals as well and has learned how to safely bathe, walk, and care for dogs through helping with her friends’ pets and our shared love for animals. We live in a safe, beautiful, dog-friendly coastal neighborhood just steps from the ocean and beach park, offering an ideal environment for walks, exercise, and calm outdoor time. Pets in our care receive consistent attention, affection, and a peaceful environment. Cats are also welcome in our care and can enjoy a calm, secure home environment with safe outdoor exposure if appropriate. Above all, we treat every animal like part of the family and focus on creating a stable, loving, and attentive experience where pets feel comfortable, understood, and cared for. Pet care fits naturally into my daily rhythm and is something I can consistently and reliably integrate throughout the week. Mornings are ideal for early walks and I’m available for overnights any day of the week. I work for myself from home and see clients throughout the day, which allows me to be present and attentive while still maintaining a flexible schedule. While I may step out for appointments, I’m generally home and able to check in regularly. Weekends offer even more flexibility and availability for extended stays, outings, and focused attention. This structure allows me to provide consistent, dependable care and companionship for pets. In our home, pets are treated like family and given a calm, structured, and loving environment with consistent attention, comfort, and supervision. We maintain a clean, safe space with routines that support each animal’s needs, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, rest, and affection tailored to their personality. Because we live in a peaceful, walkable coastal neighborhood near the beach and parks, dogs receive enriching outdoor time and exercise in a safe environment. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize respecting their established routines to minimize stress and maintain stability. I follow all instructions closely, ensuring feeding, walking, medication, and comfort needs are met exactly as directed. I also provide calm companionship and regular updates so owners feel fully confident and connected while away. My focus is always on emotional safety, physical well-being, and creating a sense of trust and consistency for every animal in my care.
