Communication was easy and consistent the entire time. She kept us updated with pictures and videos, which gave us a lot of peace of mind while we were away. It was clear Boston was being treated like family. He looked comfortable, happy, and well cared for the whole time. When we met her in person, she was very kind and welcoming, and we also met her husband Will, who was just as great and very sweet with Boston. You can tell they genuinely care about the dogs they watch. We also really appreciated how flexible and accommodating she was. When we needed to book again, she was open and made the process easy for us. Overall, just really great people and an even better experience.
