After reading all the great reviews for Emily’s service, we decided to place our dog with her for 13 days and let me tell you, we were completely satisfied with the whole experience. Emily was quick to respond when booking and was flexible with pick-up and drop off times. She sent lots of playful pictures and provided feedback throughout the 2 weeks that we were gone to include whether or not she was eating, letting us know that she was adjusting, and letting us know that she was doing well. These updates helped have ease of mind on vacation knowing that she was being well taken care of. Ellen sent me regular updates and pictures so I could see how he was doing. Her communication was excellent. She accommodated my drop off and pick up times. When she had a request to keep another dog for a couple of days in the middle of my dog’s stay, she contacted me to ask if that would be alright.
