“This was our first time using Karen and our dog Lyra had a blast. Karen took her for hikes and walks, and Lyra was able to run free in the fenced in back yard. Karen sent photo updates a few times a day, which we appreciated very much because we could see how relaxed Lyra felt and how much she was enjoying herself. The atmosphere in Karen's home felt warm and welcoming and we felt totally confident leaving Lyra in her care. Lyra found a good friend in Karen and we will definitely use Karen's services again!”
