During Bella’s stay with Maria, I was provided multiple updates daily how Bella was doing along with pictures and videos. When Bella wasn’t eating her dry food, Maria went out of her way to get wet food to ensure Bella was eating. “All I can say is WOW! Right off the bat I was blown away by Adreana’s communication and professionalism. She is very organized and as a business person myself I loved and appreciated it. When meeting with Adreana and her husband I knew right then we made the right choice. It’s the little things that show that they really do love what they do and it’s in their heart! Her husband took Elsie and started walking her around while we were talking to Adreana during drop off. I know it seems small but to me that was a big deal❤️ This was the longest we have ever left our baby girl and it’s nerve wracking but we felt at ease with the amazing. Seriously AMAZING photos and videos of Elsie having the time of her life 😍🐾 she kept us I the loop daily on how she was doing. At the end we picked her up in the cutest bandana and goodie back. Plus she gave us a doggie report card! And most importantly our girl Elsie looked sooooo HAPPY 🥹🐾💕 When I tell you I was shook at the amazing quality service. THEY DESERVE 1000 STARS. “Mervat was fantastic taking care of our senior dog while we spent a day at the parks. Not only is our dog advanced in age, but she is 75% blind and requires oral medications and eye drops several times per day so I was worried about boarding her with someone new. However, Mervat clearly has a lot of experience with dogs including those with medical needs as she was gentle and skilled in delivering the drops from the moment we dropped our dog off. Mervat sent pictures throughout the day and was very accommodating of our drop off and pickup times - we picked our dog up quite late, at 11:30 p.m. after leaving Disney. We don't live in Florida, but if we did, we would definitely book with Mervat again as it was clear our pup was happy and well cared for. Thank you, Mervat!”
