Would book Kayla again in a heartbeat. My Frank can be a little spicy with new people but Kayla was patient with him and made sure he was safe and fed. Working with Kayla through rover was so easy and took away from the stress of leaving my guy for a few days! Thank you again Kayla!!

Kayla takes great care of my dog and cat and has helped in emergency situations. She is a blessing! Kayla is a pet lover and is very dependable. She is conscientious and she respectably follows their routine. My pets are happy after Kayla's visits and so am I!

I was disappointed with he last day of the previous visit and both days of this visit. Each day is booked for 30 minutes but she was only here 10, 5, and 4 minutes respectively. The primary purpose is for her to give Nala her meds, which she has done without fail. Although I've told her she doesn't need to scoop Nala's litter, I have asked that she cover whatever Nala doesn't and this hasn't been getting done. I goofed the last booking and scheduled one day too many. Not only did I pay for that extra day despite Kayla not coming (because I said it wasn't necessary), I also gave her a generous tip. I have actually tipped generously each time I've booked. Hopefully things will improve the next time. Kayla has consistently been here at the scheduled time and has been very respectful of my apartment. I would still recommend her, but with the advice that instructions be repeated for each visit to ensure satisfaction.

Kayla is always here when she says she will be. She is also always very patient with Nala, who is not very cooperative. Her updates and message responses are prompt and thorough. She is always my first choice and I highly recommend her.

Nala was Not cooperative this time around and tried her best to hide from Kayla. Kayla was very patient with her and made sure she got her meds. She communicated with me every day and sent photos. As before, I highly recommend her!

Kayla did a great job of taking care of Nala! The primary purpose of her visits was to make sure Nala got her meds and Kayla was able to do this successfully each day, despite some resistance from Nala. She also cleaned up Nala's vomit, the one time it was needed and sent multiple photos each day. She even alerted me to some nasty weather conditions that had the potential to impact my return home! I would definitely request her again and recommend her to others!

Kayla is so awesome. Not only did she come to our rescue at the last minute, but she sent us pictures of our kitty. Really appreciate her coming to the rescue with less than 24 hours notice to do a quick drop by to feed our cat. Would highly recommend Kayla!
