“If you’re looking for a reliable Rover in Springfield, Brooke is your person. My corgi Diego instantly fell in love with her space and she did was so attentive to what he needed to thrive. She was quick with communicating and always sent photos of his time with her! I cannot recommend Brooke enough and will only be using her if I’m back in Springfield!”

“Kaitlin was especially communicative via txt during the whole process of setting up Maddy’s one night boarding. I felt totally confident on leaving and at pick up that Maddy was in good hands. I would not hesitate to use Kaitlin’s pet service again. She was accommodating about my short notice, rescheduling the right day, pick up and drop off times and dealt without complaint when Maddy reverted during her stay to an incident of nervous tinkles. Couldn’t be happier.”

“This was Kaycee’s 2nd stay with Amanda and her family, and it was just as wonderful as the first! 🐾 Amanda kept me updated with photos, videos and messages, and it was clear Kaycee felt right at home. She had plenty of playtime, attention, and love — I couldn’t ask for better care. Highly recommend!”

“Ashley was just absolutely amazing! If I could give her 10 stars, I 100% would! She really went above and beyond taking care of our girl! We really enjoyed the consistent check-ins and pictures and appreciate the extra time she took to let us know how Harley was doing while we were away! I was so thrilled that she actually seemed to take the time to get to know our fur baby and treated her like one of her own! This was our first time boarding Harley, but Ashley made it so smooth and stress-free! Would definitely recommend and will be booking with her again in the future!”

“Gretchen was great! She communicated with me daily and sent pics of my baby. It was my first time using Rover and I have a small dog (10 lbs) who is used to being at home with me. It was nice to know my fur baby was with other small dogs and the daily updates from Gretchen were comforting. I would recommend Gretchen, especially if you have a small dog. I will use her again.”

“Sydney was so amazing and accommodating with our dog Sally. She wrote us very thoughtful and thorough updates and sent lots of pictures. Sally came back relaxed and happy. Highly recommend!”

“Our sweet poodle is a most excellent judge of character, and he immediately went with Megan and enjoyed his evening with her. She even allowed us to pick him up late after a concert on a weeknight. We were very pleased and would definitely use her again.”

“Olivia was the perfect person for my senior dog! She knew I was nervous about leaving him and she sent pictures every day of our trip! He did so well and I will definitely be using her again!”

“Dillon was great! He sent me many updates on Beckett and was very flexible with pickup and drop off times- especially for this last minute booking. I will definitely be using him again!”

“Thank goodness the world has people like Gerrad in it. My parents were on a road trip when my mother landed in the ICU. With practically zero notice, he stepped in like the hero he is to provide excellent care to their dog. He was empathetic, checking in on my mother’s health, and provided regular photos and updates which truly made her smile every day. Their dog was well cared for, walked, and cuddled with. We cannnot recommend Gerrad enough!”

“Raelynn took time to send many photos and updates on our 3 labs. She LOVES dogs, and they were so well cared for! Thank you, Raelynn for your care of our 3 black labs. We rarely travel without them, and so needed to find a caring Rover!!!”
“Ashleigh was great with all aspects of our dog's stay. Great communication before and during the stay along with pictures of how our dog was doing. Lucy was comfortable with Ashleigh and her home, and we look forward to using her again!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Ozark
We were elated to find Megan to board our 18 month old highly energetic doodle mix dog and very pleased upon pick up after 3 days of being away. Our dog was happy to see us, but not the uncontrollable happy she typically has with separation anxiety thus telling us she had a good time with her new friends. Megan sent us a video of our dog playing with her dogs and let us know our dog was doing fine. Megan was flexible with a midday drop off on a Saturday and pick up on a Tuesday. We highly recommend Megan to care for your fur baby.

Megan did an incredible job caring for our Australian Shepherd, Gibbs! This was our first time having him stay with someone new, and she made the whole experience so easy and reassuring. Her communication was wonderful, and it was clear she genuinely cared for Gibbs as he seemed happy and well-loved during his stay. Thank you so much, Megan!
