Ik hou van kattengedrag en de onvoorspelbaarheid ervan, maar vooral van het helende geluid en de energie van een spinnende kat. ◇ I was born and raised with cats. From cats sleeping with me in my baby cod to caring for feral cats in Greece to voluntaring for a non profit organisation in France, not to forget caring for my own cat babies for as long as 17 years. I love cat behavior and the unpredictabiliy of it, but most of all the healing sound and energy of a purring cat.
Over: Sinds ik klein ben heb ik een passie voor dieren. Thuis hebben wij verschillende huisdieren (gehad) en ook heb ik een kleine pony. Daarnaast ben ik werkzaam in de dierenkliniek als paraveterinair en ben ik in opleiding als voedingstherapeut voor hond en kat. Zelf heb ik een 5-jarige kruising uit Roemenië die helaas meerdere nare ervaringen gehad met andere honden waardoor ze soms reactief gedrag vertoont. Hierdoor heb ik ook ervaring met onzekere/reactieve honden. Verder ben ik bekend met het trainen van honden met positieve bekrachtiging. Met mijn eigen hondje ben ik momenteel bezig met Agility training. Ik sta stevig in mijn schoenen en besteed daarnaast graag tijd aan het verzorgen en een band opbouwen met een huisdier. Het lijkt mij leuk om u te kunnen helpen met het extra aandacht geven aan uw dier. Lijkt u mij een leuke oppas voor uw huisdier, stuur mij gerust een berichtje! Op dit moment werk ik 3,5 dag in de week in de dierenkliniek. Daarnaast ben ik bezig met zelfstudie voor mijn opleiding en besteed ik ook tijd bij mijn pony. Verder ben ik flexibel en help ik graag waar nodig. Ik kan bij u thuis langskomen voor de verzorging van uw geliefde dier. Hiervoor ben ik flexibel met tijd en pas ik mij graag aan aan de behoefte van uw huisdier.

Ik heb ervaring met zowel katten als honden maar ook kleine knaagdieren, reptielen en vogels, alle dieren zijn in principe welkom. Wij wonen in een rijtjeshuis van 143 vierkantemeter met tuin, in de omgeving is veel groen waar ook genoeg uitlaat plaatsen zijn, dit betekend dat er korte maar ook lange wandelingen gemaakt kunnen worden. For their safety, I highly recommend crating puppies under 2 years old and any dog with a pattern of chewing or swallowing household items (remotes, pillows, etc.) when you are not home. Crate-trained pets will be crated per the owner’s instructions. Having an 11-year-old husky means I have had my fair share of experience with unexpected veterinary visits and emergencies. I am comfortable communicating symptoms to veterinary professionals with thorough details as needed. I have years of experience monitoring pets’ symptoms when they are sick, providing at home first aid, and acting quickly when additional care is needed. Veterinary Care & Emergency Transport Policy: While veterinary care and especially emergency veterinary care is a rare circumstance of a booking, pets can be unpredictable. When a medical facility advises veterinary care based on a description of symptoms over the phone, pet sitter will advise seeking veterinary care. If pet owner objects to seeking veterinary care when medically necessary, pet owner will be responsible for either taking over care of their pet themselves or securing a different caregiver expeditiously. To ensure the pet sitter is adequately compensated in extenuating circumstances, please be advised that for any unexpected or emergency travel or transport, pet sitter will provide receipts and apply a charge for reimbursement of costs incurred to your booking.
