Over: Hi my name is Raphael Cardoso. I was born in Curacao but my parents are Brazilian! I’m 18 years old and have had pets my entire life, I also have 5 years of experience pet sitting and dog walking. My mother is the person you can thank for giving me a lot of knowledge on how to take care of animals and how to take in account their feelings and emotions. The main reason I’m on this app is because I really miss my dogs and cats back home. So I would be more than happy to provide you the service of taking care of your pets!! I’m currently studying International Business at the Fontys university of Applied Sciences, in Eindhoven. Currently, I’m in the second year. My schedule is quite flexible, my school hours are usually from 13:30-17:30. But it can vary. Either way, I ensure good and proper communication with every client about my availability!! When dogs stay at my house, I tend to just cuddle with them and make sure they go on enough potty breaks, usually 3-4 times per day. I also make sure to take them to a dog park (if it’s possible with your pet) and let them play and tire out a bit. When it comes to sleeping, usually with small dogs I bring them to my room and let them sleep on the bed or on the floor (depending on your preference) and with larger dogs I tend to sleep with them downstairs on my couch haha!

Over: I have owned dogs all my life and truly believe they are key to a happier life. Since moving to Netherlands, I couldn’t own a dog of my own anymore, but truly miss taking care of one. I will care for it like my own :) I work remotely from my house five days a week, having the flexibility and availability to keep a dog company. I can take care of a dog during the week, but weekends are more busy for me. Fenced 80mtr2 garden, public park near by for walks. When we’re at home, the dogs have access to a spacious, safe environment and a fenced garden where they can play freely under supervision. Because I’m around throughout the day, I can keep a close eye on everyone, offer cuddles, maintain structure, and make sure each dog feels relaxed and cared for. Creating a safe and trustworthy environment is always my first priority. When a dog stays with me, I pay close attention to their individual personality and comfort level. I take time to let them settle in at their own pace, offering gentle guidance and structure so they feel secure. I keep a close eye on body language, energy levels, and interactions to make sure every dog feels respected and understood. I maintain clear routines, consistent supervision, and a calm atmosphere so dogs know what to expect throughout the day. I also make sure the space is clean, hazard‑free, and arranged in a way that allows dogs to rest, explore, or have quiet time when they need it. If a dog prefers more space, I can easily separate areas to give them a peaceful corner of their own. Health and well‑being are equally important to me. I’m attentive to signs of stress, discomfort, or fatigue, and I adjust activities accordingly. I’m also careful with introductions between pets, ensuring they meet slowly and safely. Before any stay, I like to learn about a dog’s habits, sensitivities, and any special care instructions so I can support them in the way that suits them best. Whether a dog is playful, shy, energetic, or more laid‑back, I aim to create an environment where they feel safe, understood, and genuinely cared for.

Over: Wij hebben samen jaren gezorgd voor alle soorten huisdieren. Wij zijn sympathieke mensen met liefde voor alle dieren. Ons dochtertje heeft affiniteit met katten en honden en wil graag voor haar best doen. Spelen, aaien, voeren, knuffelen allemaal hoort bij. We have taken care of all kinds of pets together for years. We are kind, caring people with a love for all animals. Our daughter has an affinity for cats and dogs and is eager to do her best for them. Playing, petting, feeding, and cuddling are all part of the fun of taking care of pets :) Momenteel wij zijn beschikbaar over het weekend. Het bedoeling is dat wij ons dochtertje in contact brengen met huisdieren op een leuk, veilige en prettig manier. Daarom zijn wij alleen over het weekend beschikbaar om te oppassen. Currently, we are available on weekends. The intention is to introduce our daughter to pets in a fun, safe, and pleasant way. That is why we are only available for pet sitting on weekends. Wij wonen in een hoekwoning met een ruime achtertuin die altijd op slot is. Verder, wonen wij in de buurt van een hondenuitlaat terrein voor veilige spelafspraakjes en ook bij open velden zijn tot ons beschikking (als dat voor jou ook fijn is, natuurlijk). We live in a house with a spacious backyard that is always securely locked. Additionally, we live near a closed dog walking field for safe playtime, and there are also open fields available to us (if that’s something you’d feel comfortable with aswell).

Over: I've had dogs since childhood, with some interruptions. I also have had a dog and cat in adult life, but currently work too much to take care of a furry friend for myself. I do miss them dearly, so this would be the perfect solution! Can't wait to meet them! I work in shifts, so there's a morning-evening routine going on, which means I'll be able to take them in on the mornings and evenings! I work 4 days a week, with Tuesdays off, and have most weekends off as well! I've got a big house where nothing is off limits. They're free to roam, and ofcourse also into the fenced backyard! I've got a big park nearby, and the forest is only 15 minutes walking away!
