Over: Animals are one of my greatest loves in life. I have my own cat, who is currently living with my sister in South Africa while I arrange to bring him over to join me in the Netherlands. Over the years, I’ve regularly looked after friends’ pets and cared for animals while house sitting. I also spent three months living with a friend who had two dogs, and during that time I became one of their primary carers. I loved taking them for walks, feeding them, spending time with them and making sure their needs were taken care of. I’m very patient, loving and attentive, and I understand that every animal has their own personality, routines and boundaries. I take their health and wellbeing seriously and will always follow an owner’s instructions carefully. Most of all, I absolutely love being around animals. I’m the person who notices every cat I pass and gets excited about every dog I meet! Looking after someone’s pet isn’t just a job to me. It’s something that brings me great joy. I have a very flexible work schedule and work from home most days, with the option to work from home whenever needed. This means I can spend plenty of time with your pet and adapt my routine to their individual needs. I usually go for walks, go to the gym a couple of times a week and pop out for groceries, so when I do leave home it’s generally only for a few hours at a time. I’m also very happy to adapt this depending on how much companionship, exercise or attention your pet needs. I love walking and have great access to parks nearby, so dogs who enjoy getting outside will have plenty of opportunities to explore! My first priority is always to follow your guidance and keep your pet’s normal routine as consistent as possible. You know your animal best, so I’ll pay close attention to their feeding, exercise, medication, boundaries, house rules and anything else that helps them feel safe and comfortable. I live alone in a calm, peaceful home in a quiet neighbourhood. I occasionally have a friend visit, but otherwise it’s a very relaxed environment with plenty of attention available for your pet. I have a balcony, but access would always be managed according to your instructions. Indoor cats will stay safely indoors, and I won’t take unnecessary risks with any animal in my care. Whether I’m caring for your pet in my home or yours, their wellbeing comes first. I’m very happy to adapt my routine around them and give you updates so you can relax knowing they’re safe, comfortable and getting plenty of love.

Over: Wij zorgen al sinds jongs af aan voor honden. Met veel liefde en plezier. We hebben zelf momenteel geen hond, en zijn daarom maar al te graag oppas voor jouw hond. Tamara werkt 4 dagen thuis en Kees 2 a 3. Genoeg tijd om een hond veel aandacht te geven en lekker een stuk te gaan wandelen. We wonen in een rustige straat en hebben een omheinde tuin. Geen grote tuin, maar toch lekker om even naar buiten te kunnen. In de buurt is er mogelijkheid om langs het water te lopen of het groen op te zoeken.

Over: I worked with my family dog in therapy certification, agility training, and basic training like heel, play dead, etc (she is my pride and joy)! I have also walked dogs in the neighborhood and pet sat for a list of family and friends. I have a lot of availability right now and open to routine long or short walks, or just cuddles! I live near prospect park and happy to go there as many times as needed! I work from home now and live near a park with a lot of availability for walks. I do live on the 4th floor of a walk up - happy to carry small dogs if needed. I can also accommodate a crate if needed. Happy to also stay in home with the pup - I have done this before and very comfortable taking care of a place and letting the pup feel safe at home!

Over: I grew up around all kinds of animals (cats, dogs, bunnies and duckies) so l love every type of furry friend! Since I moved away from Greece, I miss every day my family dog but I find joy in taking care my friend's and colleague's pets while they are away and I love every second of it. I work hybrid, so my schedule is quite flexible with most days working remotely at home. Always happy to have a furry company to spend the day together and going for walks during my lunch break. I don't own other pets so my attention will be focused on treating your pet as part of the family. Ik werk parttime dus op de dagen van beschikbaarheid heb ik de volle aandacht voor uw hond. Ik hou ook enorm van wandelen en ga graag met uw hond op ontdekkingstocht. Over: Vanaf kleins af aan ben ik altijd al gek geweest op katten. Bij ons thuis hadden we dan ook altijd minimaal 2 katten. Deze katten heb ik altijd met liefde verzorgd, aandacht gegeven, mee gespeeld en hun ruimtes schoon gehouden. Over: Both of us are currently working from home, and our schedules allow us to be flexible to care for your pet. There will always be 2 pairs of watchful eyes on your pet and we will never leave them unattended even if they are sleeping. We also love taking walks in nature, so we would be very happy to walk your dog and spend time with them outdoors. Our weekends are very flexible, so we are open to also watching your pets for a longer duration! We have a quiet apartment, with plenty of space for the pets to run around and play. As we regularly pet-sit, we always ensure that the pet has the water bowl filled, and a cozy corner with their toys and blanket. We make sure that our balcony is closed, and all decorative objects in the house are out-of-reach. We love playing and cuddling with the pets and always keep a constant eye on them and send photo/video updates to the pet parents.

Over: I have a close relationship with my dog back home and now looking forward to take care or spend my time with some pets away from home. Love to take them for walks and overnight care. It is important for me to know there routines and behaviour for the best care I can give. I have a Labrador that is 8 years’ old he is hyperactive and I have been able to understand dog behaviours and needs to keep them happy. I have walked pets earlier too of different age and sizes. I'm mostly available on the weekends and evenings with flexible timings. Timings can be spoken based on the need and some days, I can also make it in weekdays and work while taking care of your pet. I have an decent sized apartment and wouldn't mind the pet going around the house and use my furniture's to chill if they are used to doing that. I will do my best to make them feel like home when I have them over at mine.

Over: I've taken care of cats for 11 years, and can care for senior/sick cats too! Having grown up with two cats at home, I am used to feeding, grooming, toilet-training, medication-giving, and other tasks catering cats from babies to elderlies. I have two cats back in my hometown, but in my current place of residence (where your cats will be hosted if you request boarding), there are no pets. So feel free to request boarding even if your pet is shy! I'm currently between jobs, so I am home almost fulltime other than a few hours out a day. Therefore I can pay full attention and love for your cats if necessary. If your pets need vitamins or medications, I am comfortable and experienced with mixing it into their food or feeding them directly. I can tend to all of their needs, so feel free to detail your cat's personalities and preferences!

Over: Vanaf jongs af aan hebben wij verschillende dieren gehad. Ik ben opgegroeid met paarden, honden, katten, konijnen en vogels, waar we allemaal voor moesten zorgen. Ik heb ervaring met zowel grote honden (van Duitse Doggen) als kleine honden (tot Jack Russels). We hebben verschillende honden gehad, zowel uit het asiel, en dus wat lastiger, als puppy's die we zelf hebben getraind. Ook heb ik vaker op honden, katten en vogels van andere mensen mogen passen intussen. Daarnaast heb ik op dit moment zelf 3 katten waarvan 2 geadopteerd en 1 vanaf kleins af aan. Op dit moment werk ik ontzettend veel thuis en kan mijn werk zoals ik zelf wil indelen, verder heb ik in de avonden veel tijd over. Door de vrijheid van het thuiswerken heb ik genoeg tijd om overdag te lopen met een leuke hond, of langs te gaan om katjes te verzorgen. Daarnaast zou ik s'avonds ook meer dan genoeg tijd hebben. Ik zou altijd graag een goede introductie hebben met het huisdier, of dit nu online is en je mij alle informatie stuurt, of in persoon. Hierdoor weet ik goed wat ik kan verwachten en het dier ook geven wat het nodig heeft. Of dit nou ruimte is, liefde en knuffels, extra aandacht of andere speciale omstandigheden. Verder zal ik altijd kijken naar de behoefte van het dier op dat moment.

Over: Wij zorgen al sinds jongs af aan voor honden. Met veel liefde en plezier. We hebben zelf momenteel geen hond, en zijn daarom maar al te graag oppas voor jouw hond. Tamara werkt 4 dagen thuis en Kees 2 a 3. Genoeg tijd om een hond veel aandacht te geven en lekker een stuk te gaan wandelen. We wonen in een rustige straat en hebben een omheinde tuin. Geen grote tuin, maar toch lekker om even naar buiten te kunnen. In de buurt is er mogelijkheid om langs het water te lopen of het groen op te zoeken.

I have also walked dogs in the neighborhood and pet sat for a list of family and friends. I have a lot of availability right now and open to routine long or short walks, or just cuddles! I live near prospect park and happy to go there as many times as needed! I work from home now and live near a park with a lot of availability for walks.
