“Onze hond Marley heeft het prima gehad bij Michelle tijdens onze zomervakantie in juli 2022. Op de dagen dat het in Nederland tegen de 35 of zelfs 40 graden werd, stonden er in de woonkamer een mobiele airco en ventilatoren. Michelle woont in het huis waar ook de honden verblijven dus ze krijgen de aandacht die ze verdienen. We weten niet of de honden ook altijd op het veld achter het huis kunnen spelen wanneer de honden dit zelf willen. Michelle stuurde spontaan een foto van onze hond en vertelde hoe het met Marley ging. Erg leuk en geruststellend voor ons. Dankjewel Michelle voor de goede zorgen!”

I travelled the world with him (25+ countries) and trained him to be the best companion. He sadly passed in November 2025. I rescued Nuri two years ago and she is the happiest bundle of joy. She is just full of love and happiness. We look forward to welcome your lovely furr babies into our amazing home. I am self employed with my own companies. I work from home and I train every day but i own my schedule. The dogs are always with me, or if they are left at home it's only for a few hours where they can relax on the ultra comfy sofas. I have a very big fenced garden and huge comfy sofas. I live out of the city but easily accessible. I have two dogs in the house. One senior and one young.

Over: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up in a very pet-loving family where we always had at least three dogs, sometimes four, alongside rabbits, fish, and other pets. Over the years I’ve lived with and cared for a wide variety of different breeds, including Bernese Mountain Dogs, Newfoundlands, a Cocker Spaniel mix, a Maltese Poodle, and a Boerboel. Having had both giant breeds and smaller dogs as pets has really taught me how different every dog is and how important it is to adapt to their individual personality, energy level, and needs. I regularly took our three Bernese Mountain Dogs on hikes in the mountains and on adventures to forests and lakes, while our smaller dogs much preferred a relaxing walk on the beach or park. I now work from home full-time, with no pets currently, and live just a short walk from Vondelpark, which means I have the flexibility to give plenty of attention, walks and playtime throughout the day. I work from home full-time, which means I’m around throughout the day and can give pets plenty of attention and cuddles! I live just a 5-minute walk from Vondelpark and usually head there at least once a day, so dogs staying with me can enjoy regular walks and lots of time outdoors. Whether your pet loves being active or prefers a slower pace, I’m happy to adapt to their routine! Your pet’s safety and happiness are my top priorities! I live in a calm, pet-friendly apartment with a secure balcony and easy access to Vondelpark. I will follow your instructions carefully regarding feeding, exercise, and house rules, and I’ll keep you updated with regular photos and messages so you can enjoy your time away without a worry!
Over: I have taken care of friends dogs on multiple occasions, with them staying over night. I also enjoy walking a dog for as long as they need. I also have experience with seniour dog care. I currently work 2 times a week from home and have weekends free, so I can keep your pet company full time during those 4 days. I have a protected balcony and access to 3 parks nearby my home, so I am happy to take your pet on a walk for as long as needed. To avoid hurting the dog, I have a preference to carrying them upstairs.

Il cane si troverà sempre in compagnia di qualcuno perché gli orari lavorativi ci permettono di poter essere presente il più possibile Ho un appartamento situato nel cuore di Amsterdam a 5 minuti dalla stazione centrale nel palazzo abbiamo un cortile condiviso e appena sui canali dove ci sono strade chiuse al traffico in caso di un bisogno di emergenza, 10 minuti da westerpark . Sono anche un ottimo Chef capace di cucinare ottimi pasti salutari basati sulla dieta canina

Huisoppas Wanneer gewenst bied ik ook huisoppas aan. Dan verblijf ik langere tijd in jouw huis, zodat je huisdieren gezelschap hebben en er een vertrouwd iemand aanwezig is. Ik ga altijd zorgvuldig met je huis en spullen om en neem veiligheidsmaatregelen, zoals het controleren van deuren en ramen. Heb je vragen of specifieke wensen? Neem gerust contact met me op. Ik help met liefde! Ik heb een flexibele baan, waardoor ik mijn werkdagen goed kan indelen. Daardoor kan ik met veel plezier tijd vrijmaken om voor jouw kat te zorgen. Since I started pet sitting through Rover, I have stayed with and looked after all of different kinds of pups including senior pups, puppies, and all different sizes of dogs from toy to large. I’ve also cared for other caged pets in the same home like rabbits when needed. I care for them all like they are my very own Luna girl. My husband is also a Rover sitter and will sometimes accompany me. David has always been a dog lover and loves to give my clients some extra attention while you’re away. He is also a U.S. Coast Guard Veteran and as such is very good under pressure/does not hesitate to act when dealing with anything out of the ordinary like illness or injury. My clients and I are very lucky to have him by my side when he does come along during bookings. About My Services: I am confident with standard commands in English and am learning some in Dutch as well. I also speak French and am happy to learn and practice commands in any language that suits your pet. All of my services are customizable to your pets needs, but below is a list of what is typically included in my Standard Rate with and without overnight stay, as well as my Constant Care Rate, which I have limited availability to accept, but will consider if I am available and your pet’s needs require it. Standard Rate w/overnight stay: -potty breaks every 4-6 hours during awake hours, depending on your pet’s needs (can accommodate 3-4 hours for young puppies*) -feeding & medication 1-3x per day -1 30-60 min walks/playtimes time per day (can be split into 2 15-30 min walks/playtimes) -2-3 updates per day -overnight stay -2-4 hours/day of time spent at home during awake hours for your pet’s comfort, mental stimulation, or play time during the day Standard rate - no overnight stay: -potty breaks every 4-6 hours during awake hours, depending on your pet’s needs (can accommodate 3-4 hours for young puppies*) -feeding and medication 1-3x per day -1 30-60 min walks/playtimes time per day (can be split into 2 15-30 min walks/playtimes) -2-3 updates per day -no overnight stay -4-8 hours/day of time spent at home during awake hours for your pet’s comfort, mental stimulation, play time or other particular needs during the day Constant Care Rate (2x Standard Rate): -frequent potty breaks (less than 4 hours between) during awake hours -feeding & medication as needed (typically 2-3x a day) -1 30-60 min walks per day (can be split into 2 15-30 min walks) -2-3 updates per day -overnight stay -8-10 hours/day of time spent at home during awake hours for your pet’s comfort, mental stimulation, play time or other particular needs during the day -2-4 hours of time away for pet sitter per day (can be split up into 1-2 hour intervals) *All dogs are different and I will rely on your recommendation for your pets, but as a rule of thumb a puppy can typically hold its bladder for the number of hours equal to its age in months plus one Depending on distance from my location and time commitment required to travel to your location, additional travel fees may be applied to your booking. Charges will be communicated up front before confirming the booking. I work remotely and part-time and have plenty of flexibility to accommodate your pet’s unique routine and needs during the week or on the weekend. <~~>~~<~~>~~<~~>~~<~~> Pet and Pet Sitter Safety: I have stayed with dogs who have easy access to a fenced outdoor space and with those who do not, so I am comfortable with ensuring leashes and/or gates are always secure. I’ve also stayed with dogs who are crated and am comfortable with crate commands. For their safety, I highly recommend crating puppies under 2 years old and any dog with a pattern of chewing or swallowing household items (remotes, pillows, etc.) when you are not home. Crate-trained pets will be crated per the owner’s instructions. Having an 11-year-old husky means I have had my fair share of experience with unexpected veterinary visits and emergencies. I am comfortable communicating symptoms to veterinary professionals with thorough details as needed. I have years of experience monitoring pets’ symptoms when they are sick, providing at home first aid, and acting quickly when additional care is needed. Veterinary Care & Emergency Transport Policy: While veterinary care and especially emergency veterinary care is a rare circumstance of a booking, pets can be unpredictable. When a medical facility advises veterinary care based on a description of symptoms over the phone, pet sitter will advise seeking veterinary care. If pet owner objects to seeking veterinary care when medically necessary, pet owner will be responsible for either taking over care of their pet themselves or securing a different caregiver expeditiously. To ensure the pet sitter is adequately compensated in extenuating circumstances, please be advised that for any unexpected or emergency travel or transport, pet sitter will provide receipts and apply a charge for reimbursement of costs incurred to your booking. An additional charge will also be applied to the cost of your booking at an hourly rate starting at the time of departure to the vet and ending at the time of either arrival to your home or, if your pet is required to stay at the vet, departure from the vet + time it takes to travel to the pet sitter’s home from the vet. This will include any additional trips back and forth to and from the vet to visit or pick up your pet based on the roundtrip to the vet from pet sitter’s or your home. Hourly rates are as follows: 8am-5pm: €10/hr 5pm-10pm: €12/hr 10pm-8am: €16/hr Holidays & Weekends: €18/hr *veterinary emergency room visit wait times can exceed 8 hours on weekends and holidays Cleaning & Vehicle Damage Policy: If pet sitter is required to clean up bodily fluids due to illness (vomit, urine, blood, diarrhea, etc) in order to maintain a safe environment in your home, their own home, or their personal vehicle, a one-time fee of €40 will be applied to your booking. The pet sitter will also require reimbursement by the pet owner for any cleaning supplies that are not readily available in the pet owner’s home. Injury To Pet Sitter Policy: If, under any circumstance, the pet sitter is injured by a pet, the pet sitter will require reimbursement for related medical expenses by the pet owner.

Over: I have 2 dogs of my own and years of hands-on experience with dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities. Your dog will be coming into a calm, dog-savvy home run by people who genuinely love this - not somewhere treating it as a side hustle. I offer boarding at my place, house sitting at yours, and dog walks in and around Hilversum and the Gooi. I keep numbers small on purpose so that your dog gets real attention, a proper routine, and someone who actually notices if something feels off. I use an intake form with every booking so I know your dog's routine, quirks, health needs, and what they're like with other dogs before anything is confirmed. No surprises for either of us. I am additionally comfortable with senior dogs who need calm over chaos and dogs with specific routines or sensitivities. I ask for: honest answers on the intake form and a quick meet-and-greet before boarding or sitting bookings. Pet care isn't something I fit around a busy schedule, it is the priority when I have a booking. I work from home, which means dogs in my care aren't left alone for long stretches during the day. Walks, feeding, rest, and outdoor time follow your dog's natural routine as closely as possible, not mine. I keep bookings small so I'm never stretched across too many dogs at once. My home is calm, dog-proofed, and already shared with 2 dogs of my own, so incoming dogs arrive into a settled environment. Before any boarding or sitting booking I use a detailed intake form covering health, behavior, feeding, and emergency contacts, plus a meet-and-greet to make sure it's a good fit. I use a signed agreement with every client. If something feels off with a dog during a stay such as appetite, energy, behavior, I notice and I communicate that. Owners hear from me with updates; they don't have to chase me for them.
