Uw hond kan bij ons zijn van woensdagochtend vanaf 07.30 uur tot woensdagavond 21.00 uur zijn. vrijdagochtend vanaf 07.30 uur Of donderdag vanaf 17.30 uur tot vrijdagavond in overleg (afhankelijk van de plannen) Of aansluitend het weekend. In overleg en tegen betaling kan ik de hond ook halen / brengen. Wij ontvangen uw hond graag bij ons thuis, waarbij hij/zij onderdeel van het gezin zal zijn. Wij vinden het heerlijk om te kroelen of te spelen en wij zijn graag buiten met de hond, maar er zijn ook voldoende momenten van rusten. Naast dat wij binnen een zee aan ruimte hebben, hebben we ook beperkte buiten ruimte.

Over: I have grown up with dogs. Since i was 8 years old i started taking care of our family dog. Because of him i have experience in senior care. He was sick and is not around us anymore for 2 years now. Now we got a puppy of 5 monts, a belgian malinois. Because of him i also have experience in puppy care and training. Over: Ik heb als kind zelf altijd honden gehad en ze ook altijd uitgelaten en veel met ze geknuffeld en gespeeld. Zelf hebben wij een chihuahua gehad die hebben we helaas moeten laten inslapen. Maar de liefde voor honden is er nog steeds mijn kindjes zijn ook gek op dieren. Ik werk in de zorg als zzp’er maar werk nooit hele lange uren achter elkaar kom tussen door altijd naar huis. Daarom hoeft de hond nooit langer dan 4 uurtjes alleen te zijn. De kindjes vinden het ook leuk om te helpen met het uitlaten en het borstelen van de hond Ik heb een omheinde Thuin dus de hond kan niet weg lopen. De hond mag bij ons op de bank liggen en op bed liggen

Over: Hi! 😊 Honden zijn voor mij echt familie en ik vind het belangrijk dat ze zich veilig, geliefd en op hun gemak voelen. Ik heb een tijd op een ranch in Duitsland gewoond waar we twee Australian Shepherds en een Border Collie hadden. De Aussies heb ik grotendeels vanaf pup opgevoed en met onze Border Collie, die een lastig verleden had, ben ik ook meerdere keren naar de hondenschool geweest. Daardoor heb ik geleerd goed om te gaan met verschillende karakters en gedragingen. Daarnaast heb ik vaak opgepast op de Jack Russell van een vriendin tijdens vakanties en andere momenten. Ik hou van lange wandelingen, avontuur en actief bezig zijn met honden — vroeger nam ik ze zelfs regelmatig mee tijdens het paardrijden 😊 Ik ben geduldig, rustig en speels, maar durf ook duidelijk en consequent te zijn wanneer dat nodig is. Medicatie geven is geen probleem en ik sta open voor alle soorten honden. Ik geloof niet echt in “slechte rassen”, iedere hond is anders en verdient een eerlijke kans en liefdevolle begeleiding. Verder heb ik een auto, dus uitstapjes of ophalen is vaak mogelijk. En ja… als een hond graag bij je op bed kruipt voor extra knuffels, dan vind ik dat helemaal gezellig 🐾 Momenteel heb ik nog geen vaste baan, waardoor ik veel vrije tijd en flexibiliteit heb. Daardoor kan ik huisdieren veel aandacht geven, wandelingen plannen en mijn dagelijkse routine aanpassen aan hun behoeften Ik zorg voor een rustige, veilige en vertrouwde omgeving voor ieder huisdier en heb een omheind tuintje. Ik geef veel aandacht, houd rekening met hun karakter en behoeften en zorg voor duidelijke structuur, veilige wandelingen en goede verzorging

Over: I grew up around dogs my whole life, so I’m very experienced taking care of them. Since moving to Amsterdam, I’ve regularly pet sat for friends here, everything from quick drop-in visits to longer stays of up to 15 days. I live in a big apartment with my partner, who also loves pets, so we’d be two people looking after yours and it would rarely be alone. We’re close to Erasmuspark, great for walks and playtime, and our place has a big balcony too. I work from home most of the time and only go to the office once a week, so I’m around most days. Happy to take dogs on long walks, or just spend lots of time at home if it’s a cat! Sleeping in the bedroom with me is totally fine, or the living room if your pet prefers sleeping on its own. We currently don’t have any pets of our own. I can do both during the week and weekends. Right now I work from home 4 days a week and I go to the office once a week. This is flexible though, so I can also stay home full-time if needed. I love giving lots of affection and spending quality time with the pets in my care. I do have an active social life, but when I have an animal with me, I try to stay home as much as possible so they feel accompanied and don’t feel alone. If it’s a dog, I really enjoy long walks, so I’d take them along with me. I prefer looking after pets at my own place, but in some cases I’m also open to pet sitting at the owner’s home. As for sleeping, I’m flexible, they can sleep in the bedroom with me or in the living room, whatever they’re more used to. As for pets, I don’t own any currently.

I do have an 8-year-old child who is present after school hours. He is very gentle, respectful, and absolutely loves dogs. He enjoys playing and cuddling with them, but your dog will never be left alone with him—I am always present and supervising interactions to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety. I work full time, but I am self-employed, so can bring dogs with me to work. From there we can go for a longer walk around lunchtime, or shorter toilet breaks as necessary. Longer walks are also possible before or after work. On weekends we can go for adventures to the many parks of Amsterdam. I have a bakfiets, so if it’s ok with you, we can get around town with the wind in our fur! I have a clean and welcoming environment in my home, with room for playing and napping. I live on the third floor, and there are stairs inside my apartment too. I’m happy to carry smaller dogs up and down, but this might be something to consider. In general, when I am caring for a dog, it’s much like having a child to take care of. I do have an 8 year old (who is very sweet and gentle with dogs), so your dog has to be friendly and comfortable with children. I also need to know how your dog is with other dogs and people, so I can act accordingly. I never let dogs off leash before i know them very well, because I take my responsibility very seriously. And always pick up poop!

I work remotely so am quite flexible. I work a flexible schedule and spend a lot of time at home, which allows me to give dogs regular attention, walks, and potty breaks throughout the day. I’m available on weekdays and weekends and can adapt to your dog’s routine to make sure they feel comfortable and well cared for. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my priority. I live in a calm, pet-friendly home apartment in Amsterdam Oud Westand only host a limited number of dogs at a time so they receive plenty of attention. I follow the owner’s instructions carefully regarding feeding, walks, and routines, and I make sure pets always feel safe, relaxed, and supervised.

We welcome dogs into our home, and your dog can have a little playdate! I have experience with separation anxiety, and I will honor whatever care plan that you may have in place. I can administer medications and make sure your dog feels welcome and secure. I will provide as many updates you like on your pup because I know what it’s like to feel anxious about not being around them. My home is open to your fur baby! I am free most days and can walk your dog whatever their schedule is. I am very flexible with stays at my home or at yours any day of the week. In my home, I let them sniff the area first to get the lay of the land. This will give them space to get comfortable surroundings and understand that it is a safe space for them. Since my dog is also home with me, I prefer they meet in neutral territory for a meet & greet to ensure that it is a good match, however I’ve had other dogs come over without the need for one, and it has been okay. I just like to take the extra precaution to give both of us piece of mind. At the client’s home, I’ll follow yours and your dog’s routine. I’ll initially watch them closely to assess how they interact in their home. I do this for my own understanding so I can best read their needs.

Ik ben een vroege vogel en ik ga er graag op uit. Ik heb nog geen rijbewijs, dus wandelingen in de buurt voor nu! Over: I began working with animals in 2016 through Paws and Claws, an independent daycare and dog walking service in the UK. My responsibilities included walking, feeding, and caring for dogs throughout the morning and afternoon. I was also responsible for pick-up and drop-off, which involved being trusted with access to clients’ homes. Alongside this, I carried out house calls to help socialise dogs or check in on those who didn’t require a full day of on-site daycare. Over: Honden zijn altijd een groot onderdeel van mijn leven geweest. Ik ben opgegroeid met honden en heb al sinds mijn tweede levensjaar altijd één of meerdere honden thuis gehad. Daardoor ben ik gewend aan verschillende rassen, karakters en leeftijden en weet ik hoe belangrijk rust, structuur en aandacht zijn. Door mijn drukke werk en mijn regelmatige reizen vind ik het op dit moment niet eerlijk om zelf fulltime een hond te hebben. Toch mis ik de gezelligheid en liefde die een hond met zich meebrengt. Daarom is Rover voor mij de perfecte oplossing: ik kan honden een fijne, veilige en liefdevolle plek bieden, terwijl baasjes met een gerust hart weg kunnen. Ik behandel elke hond alsof het mijn eigen hond is. Betrouwbaarheid, goede communicatie en het welzijn van de hond staan voor mij altijd op de eerste plaats. Ik werk flexibel waardoor ik mijn planning goed kan afstemmen. Ik ben beschikbaar op zowel doordeweekse dagen als in het weekend en denk graag mee als er last-minute opvang nodig is. ik ben opgegroeid met honden, waardoor de verzorging voor mij heel natuurlijk voelt. Jouw hond verblijft in een ruim appartement van ongeveer 120 m² met voldoende ruimte om te ontspannen. Ik woon op loopafstand van zowel het Erasmuspark als het Rembrandtpark, waardoor we meerdere keren per dag fijne wandelingen kunnen maken in een groene omgeving. Of je hond nu graag actief is of juist behoefte heeft aan rust, ik zorg ervoor dat hij of zij zich veilig, ontspannen en thuis voelt.

Over: Honden maken me oprecht blij. Hun energie, hun eerlijkheid en het contact dat je zonder woorden kunt hebben daar geniet ik echt van. En eerlijk is eerlijk: van een kwispelende staart word ik gewoon blij. Wat begon als iets wat ik gewoon heel leuk vond, wil ik nu graag verder uitbouwen. Het voelt voor mij als een hobby die ik met liefde heb omgezet naar werk. Voor mij voelt het dan ook niet als “werk”, maar als gezelschap waar je aandacht aan geeft. Ik kies bewust voor 1-op-1 zorg, omdat ik merk dat rust en aandacht zoveel verschil maken. Geen groepswandelingen of haast, maar echt afstemmen op wat een hond nodig heeft. Ik heb inmiddels ervaring met veel verschillende honden. Ik vind een wederzijdse vertrouwensband opbouwen heel belangrijk! Een hond moet zich veilig voelen. Daarom neem ik de tijd om elkaar rustig te leren kennen en kijk ik goed naar lichaamstaal, energie en tempo. Elke hond is anders en dat vind ik juist mooi. De zorg voor honden plan ik bewust in mijn week in. Het is niet iets wat ik er even tussendoor doe, maar iets waar ik echt ruimte voor maak. Het zorgen voor honden is inmiddels een vast onderdeel van mijn werkweek geworden. Doordat ik mijn eigen planning indeel, kan ik zorgen voor rust, aandacht en een ontspannen ritme. Geen volle agenda’s of haast, maar tijd om echt af te stemmen. Voor de honden-uitlaatservice ben ik beschikbaar ik in de omgeving van het Erasmuspark, Westerpark, de Jordaan en de Houthavens fijne plekken waar beweging, veiligheid en veel honden samenkomen 😉 Daarnaast bied ik ook overnachtingen aan, zowel doordeweeks als in het weekend. Honden verblijven dan in een rustige, huiselijke omgeving. Ik vang nooit meer dan twee honden tegelijk op, zodat de aandacht persoonlijk en ontspannen blijft.
