Over: Dogs have been part of my life since childhood – for 14 years I had my own loyal companion by my side. Today I am actively involved in dog rescue and have looked after many dogs of all different breeds and age groups. My most defining experience: I spent six months living in Greece, where I rescued street dogs, nursed them back to health at home and provided medical care – while at the same time managing a shelter with 120 dogs. From newborns and puppies to elderly, sick or traumatised animals, I have experienced and cared for dogs at every stage of life. When dogs stay at my house, I tend to just cuddle with them and make sure they go on enough potty breaks, usually 3-4 times per day. I also make sure to take them to a dog park (if it’s possible with your pet) and let them play and tire out a bit. When it comes to sleeping, usually with small dogs I bring them to my room and let them sleep on the bed or on the floor (depending on your preference) and with larger dogs I tend to sleep with them downstairs on my couch haha!

Over: Toen ik klein was had ik al een hart voor dieren, daarom ben ik ook dierenartsassistente gaan studeren. Daarnaast heb ik me gespecialiseerd naar honden trainer en fokker. Naast mijn dagelijks leven heb ik ook nog 2 lieve honden in huis, die super goed zijn met kinderen. Want ik hebben ook een zoontje intussen. Momenteel werk ik deeltijds en kan mijn uren zelf kiezen. Daardoor heb ik tijd genoeg om met dieren bezig te zijn. Om met puppy's te spelen, honden te trainen,.... Ik ben daarom altijd beschikbaar, door de week en in het weekend. Ik heb een omheinde tijd van 2 meter hoog, en hebben zelf 2 honden die heel goed met andere honden om kunnen. En ik gaan elke dag minstens 2 keer werken.

Zelfs katten op straat komen vaak naar mij toe voor een knuffel. 🐾 Ik voel meteen een klik met elke kat, of het nu een verlegen poes is of een echte knuffelkont. Mijn katten en ik hebben een sterke band en ik geloof dat ik dat warme gevoel ook kan geven aan jouw kat tijdens jouw afwezigheid. 🐾 Ik heb ook 13 jaar lang een hond gehad, maar toen hij overleed, heb ik niet besloten om nog een nieuwe te nemen. Ik hou net zoveel van hondjes en zorg met enorm veel plezier voor ze, omdat contact met dieren mij een onbeschrijfelijke vreugde geeft. 🐕 Momenteel werk ik niet, daarom heb ik veel tijd om voor dieren te zorgen. Donderdagen van 18:00 tot 22:00 en zaterdagen van 10:00 tot 14:00 ben ik niet beschikbaar, elke andere dag wel. Ik heb 3 katten van 8 tot 11 jaar oud en één kat die tijdelijk bij mij woont van nog geen jaar oud. De katten zijn vriendelijk en hebben geen enkel probleem met contact met nieuwe dieren. De tuin is 70 vierkante meter groot, er is wat groen aanwezig en hij is volledig omheind, veilig voor zowel katten als honden.

Over: Ik heb jarenlang met veel plezier op verschillende honden gepast. Sommige kwamen bij mij logeren, anderen liet ik regelmatig uit. Elke hond is anders, en ik vind het belangrijk om goed te kijken naar wat een hond nodig heeft of dat nu veel beweging is, rust en regelmaat, of gewoon wat extra knuffels. Ik neem de tijd om een band op te bouwen met elke hond en zorg ervoor dat hij of zij zich veilig en op zijn gemak voelt. Bij mij krijgt je hond geen standaard oppasdienst, maar een warm welkom en de zorg alsof het mijn eigen dier is. Ik werk drie dagen per week (dinsdag, woensdag en donderdag) vanuit huis als zelfstandig ondernemer. Daardoor kan ik mijn tijd flexibel indelen en is het goed te combineren met de zorg voor een huisdier met voldoende tijd voor wandelingen, plaspauzes en aandacht. Op maandag en vrijdag ben ik ook thuis met mijn dochter van 3 jaar (een rustig, nieuwsgierig meisje) en een dochter van 3 maanden oud. Het is daarom wel belangrijk dat het huisdier goed met kinderen overweg kan. Op vrijdag en in het weekend is mijn man ook thuis en zijn we meestal vrij, dus dan is er volop tijd en aandacht voor een logeerhond. Kortom: een warm gezin en een flexibel ritme waarin jouw hond zich veilig en welkom zal voelen. Wanneer een hond bij mij komt logeren, zorg ik voor een rustige, huiselijke omgeving waarin hij zich snel op zijn gemak voelt. We hebben een omheinde tuin waar veilig gespeeld en ontspannen kan worden, en ik ben altijd in de buurt voor toezicht en gezelschap. Omdat elke hond andere gewoontes en behoeften heeft, vind ik het belangrijk dat het baasje een eigen bench meebrengt als de hond daar aan gewend is zo blijft de routine vertrouwd en voelt de hond zich sneller thuis. Ik zorg voor voldoende beweging, aandacht en knuffels, afgestemd op het karakter en de energie van jouw hond. Veiligheid, liefdevolle zorg en een vertrouwd gevoel staan bij mij voorop.

Over: Ik ben Angelica, ik ben 18 jaar en ik werk al 3 jaar bij een dierenhotel, en dat doe ik met heel veel liefde en plezier. Zelf heb ik een klein boomer hondje; Max. Ik hou ontzettend veel van alle dieren maar honden blinken er echt uit bij mij. Ik begrijp hun en hun begrijpen mij, soms wel beter dan de mens 😉. Ik ben ontzettend gefascineerd over het trainen van herdershonden, daar wil ik later ook echt iets mee doen, gecombineerd met een uitlaatservice en kleinschalige honden opvang. Alle honden zijn verder welkom bij mij; van klein naar groot en van jong tot oud. Ik hoop snel wat snuitjes te kunnen ontmoeten ☺️ Ik werk van woensdag tot en met zaterdag, meestal tot 6 uur. My schedule is quite flexible, my school hours are usually from 13:30-17:30. But it can vary. Either way, I ensure good and proper communication with every client about my availability!! When dogs stay at my house, I tend to just cuddle with them and make sure they go on enough potty breaks, usually 3-4 times per day. I also make sure to take them to a dog park (if it’s possible with your pet) and let them play and tire out a bit. When it comes to sleeping, usually with small dogs I bring them to my room and let them sleep on the bed or on the floor (depending on your preference) and with larger dogs I tend to sleep with them downstairs on my couch haha!

Over: Toen ik klein was had ik al een hart voor dieren, daarom ben ik ook dierenartsassistente gaan studeren. Daarnaast heb ik me gespecialiseerd naar honden trainer en fokker. Naast mijn dagelijks leven heb ik ook nog 2 lieve honden in huis, die super goed zijn met kinderen. Want ik hebben ook een zoontje intussen. Momenteel werk ik deeltijds en kan mijn uren zelf kiezen. Daardoor heb ik tijd genoeg om met dieren bezig te zijn. Om met puppy's te spelen, honden te trainen,.... Ik ben daarom altijd beschikbaar, door de week en in het weekend. Ik heb een omheinde tijd van 2 meter hoog, en hebben zelf 2 honden die heel goed met andere honden om kunnen. En ik gaan elke dag minstens 2 keer werken.
