Over: Dogs have been part of my life since childhood. For 14 years I had my own loyal companion by my side. Today I am actively involved in dog rescue and have looked after many dogs of all different breeds and age groups. My most defining experience: I spent six months living in Greece, where I rescued street dogs, nursed them back to health at home and provided medical care. At the same time managing a shelter with 120 dogs. From newborns and puppies to elderly, sick or traumatised animals, I have experienced and cared for dogs at every stage of life. With me, dogs are in loving, experienced hands. I treat them like my own. Having just moved to the Netherlands and not yet having a fixed job, I am very flexible with my time. Especially during the week I am available almost anytime. I can adapt spontaneously and flexibly to your dog's needs, whether it's for a few hours or several days. Over: I have been a horseback rider since I was 6 years old and, in the meantime, I was taking care of all the cats at the equestrian center. Apart from that, I have 3 cats at home that are under my care everyday. Cleaning the litter box, water, food and of course showing them that we love them, which is the most important thing.

Over: Ik ben opgegroeid met dieren en met mijn lieve hond rocky. Hij is 14 jaar bij ons geweest en was mijn maatje. Ook ging ik bij een boerderij oppassen waar ze 3 verschillende honden en puppy’s hadden. Ik behandel ze met alle liefde en geniet van hun aanwezigheid. Ik doe een sportopleiding en er zijn dus een hoop periodes waarin ik ontzettend veel tijd heb. Maar ook periodes waarin ik weg ben en helemaal 0 tijd heb. Ik ben op mezelf gaan wonen en leef nu in een appartement in Groningen. Ik heb een klein balkon en enorm veel groen in de buurt. Ik maak hier graag wandelingen. Helaas woon ik wel op de 3de verdieping en is er geen lift aanwezig. De hond moet dus klein zijn zodat ik hem kan optillen of zelfstandig naar boven kunnen.
Over: Ik ben een echte hondenliefhebber en ik heb al minimaal vijf jaar ervaring met het verzorgen, trainen en liefdevol opvoeden van honden van alle rassen en leeftijden 🐾 De verzorging van hondjes past op een vaste manier in de dagelijkse en wekelijkse routine. Dagelijks worden ze ’s ochtends en ’s avonds gevoerd en krijgen ze altijd vers drinkwater. Daarnaast worden ze meerdere keren per dag uitgelaten, zodat ze voldoende beweging krijgen en hun behoefte kunnen doen. Ook is er dagelijks aandacht voor spelen, knuffelen en korte controles van hun gezondheid. Wekelijks hoort daar extra verzorging bij, zoals het borstelen van de vacht, het schoonmaken van de mand en het controleren van oren, ogen en nagels. Op deze manier is de verzorging van hondjes een vast en belangrijk onderdeel van de routine. Wanneer een huisdier bij mij thuis verblijft, zorg ik voor een veilige, rustige en huiselijke omgeving. Elke hond is anders, en ik vind het belangrijk om goed te kijken naar wat een hond nodig heeft of dat nu veel beweging is, rust en regelmaat, of gewoon wat extra knuffels. Ik neem de tijd om een band op te bouwen met elke hond en zorg ervoor dat hij of zij zich veilig en op zijn gemak voelt. Bij mij krijgt je hond geen standaard oppasdienst, maar een warm welkom en de zorg alsof het mijn eigen dier is. Ik werk drie dagen per week (dinsdag, woensdag en donderdag) vanuit huis als zelfstandig ondernemer. Daardoor kan ik mijn tijd flexibel indelen en is het goed te combineren met de zorg voor een huisdier met voldoende tijd voor wandelingen, plaspauzes en aandacht. Op maandag en vrijdag ben ik ook thuis met mijn dochter van 3 jaar (een rustig, nieuwsgierig meisje) en een dochter van 3 maanden oud. Het is daarom wel belangrijk dat het huisdier goed met kinderen overweg kan. Op vrijdag en in het weekend is mijn man ook thuis en zijn we meestal vrij, dus dan is er volop tijd en aandacht voor een logeerhond. Kortom: een warm gezin en een flexibel ritme waarin jouw hond zich veilig en welkom zal voelen. Wanneer een hond bij mij komt logeren, zorg ik voor een rustige, huiselijke omgeving waarin hij zich snel op zijn gemak voelt. We hebben een omheinde tuin waar veilig gespeeld en ontspannen kan worden, en ik ben altijd in de buurt voor toezicht en gezelschap. Omdat elke hond andere gewoontes en behoeften heeft, vind ik het belangrijk dat het baasje een eigen bench meebrengt als de hond daar aan gewend is zo blijft de routine vertrouwd en voelt de hond zich sneller thuis. Ik zorg voor voldoende beweging, aandacht en knuffels, afgestemd op het karakter en de energie van jouw hond. Veiligheid, liefdevolle zorg en een vertrouwd gevoel staan bij mij voorop.

Over: I have two wonderful cats that I've been taking care of for the past five years, and I grew up with various pets, including dogs, cats, and even small animals like hamsters and fish. Pet care blends really naturally into my daily rhythm. I’m currently working from home while job‑hunting and doing some freelance work, so I’m home most of the day and able to give plenty of attention and supervision. I usually start my mornings around 9, and from there the day flows around the dogs’ needs. Kaya, my own dog, gets three to four walks a day—two of them longer ones—and any visiting dogs join in on that same calm, steady routine. There are also several dog parks nearby, which makes it easy to add extra playtime or a change of scenery. When we’re at home, the dogs have access to a spacious, safe environment and a fenced garden where they can play freely under supervision. Because I’m around throughout the day, I can keep a close eye on everyone, offer cuddles, maintain structure, and make sure each dog feels relaxed and cared for. We houden allebei ontzettend van honden en zijn ermee opgegroeid; we hebben dan ook veel ervaring en liefde daarvoor. Fabio volgt momenteel ook een opleiding tot Kynologisch Instructeur bij de Martin Gauss Academie (Edupet), waardoor we goed begrijpen wat verschillende rassen en honden nodig hebben. We kunnen tijdens het oppassen ook werken aan training zou je dat willen. We werken allebei grotendeels vanuit huis en plannen ons werk zo dat er altijd iemand thuis is. Hierdoor is er de hele dag door genoeg tijd voor aandacht, spel en natuurlijk de nodige knuffels. Zo is jouw hond nooit alleen 💕 We nemen jouw hond graag elk 2 uur mee naar buiten, en 1 à 2x per dag op een langere wandeling van 5 km door een prachtig natuurgebied (Heinis), zodat hij/zij regelmatig 5-10 km per dag beweging krijgt. Kan jouw hond mee in de auto? Dan is er ook de mogelijkheid om hem/haar mee te nemen voor langere natuurwandelingen (tot wel 20km!) in de omgeving zoals de Loonse Duinen, Vughtse Heide, Moerputten of langs de Maas 🌲 We hebben ook een volkstuintje op 10 minuten loopafstand in het Heinis-gebied, waar jouw hond lekker buiten kan spelen en snuffelen in een omheinde tuin. Uiteraard sturen we tussendoor veel updates en foto's, zodat je met een gerust hart van je vakantie kunt genieten of aan het werk kunt gaan. They are allowed to sleep on the bed or on the couch by themselves or wherever it feels like home for them. Our dogs are very friendly, playful and welcoming to other dogs too. They are happy to share their space as well as their toys. We will also make sure to share their photos or videos with you everyday so that you don't miss them much. Our dogs are spayed and neutered so there is no restrictions in that regard from my side. Your dog(s) have to vaccinated preferably. We only take small to medium sized dogs, but we can consider bigger sized dogs after meet and greet. We are also open for a dog walking service within 5km radius, in case if it is more the same can be discussed and worked out 😊 My husband and I both work 9-5 shift but mostly from home. And the days we visit office its either one of us so we dont have trouble taking care of the dogs 😊 We own a home, where we provide a dog environment so they feel like home.. we are two of them so we can easily share task and take care of the dogs in terms of walking, feeding and giving lots and lots of love

Today I am actively involved in dog rescue and have looked after many dogs of all different breeds and age groups. My most defining experience: I spent six months living in Greece, where I rescued street dogs, nursed them back to health at home and provided medical care.
