Over: I was born in a small town in Hungary, and I lived with lots of animals as a child. I would rather spend my free time with them than with people. I love them very much, especially dogs, cats, and horses. I wanted to be a veterinarian for a long time, but I wasn't a good enough student. I currently have a guinea pig; her old companion recently died (he was 7), so I'm looking for a companion for her. I work from home, and every day I go out to the park next to us to walk and get some fresh air, so it's not a problem to take your pet for a walk or two during the day. My work hours are flexible, so I can go and feed the cats. The size of the dogs is not important; I get along well with them, and they immediately feel my love and trust me. We have plenty of space in the house, with a comfortable sofa and soft blankets. I will be happy to take care of your dog and walk it. There are very nice parks in this area. I will also take care of cats, and I will be happy to be a sitter for a full day. If you go on vacation, you can safely trust me with your pets. I don't speak Dutch, but I'd be happy to learn a few phrases that your dog will listen to. :) Practical details about my services: Experience: Over 10+ years of personal experience caring for dogs and cats of all sizes and temperaments. Safety & Emergencies: In case of emergency, I can immediately take your pet to the nearest vet in Hoorn. (a quarter of an hour walk or a 5-minute bike ride) Daily routine: During dog boarding or day care, your dog will never be left alone for more than 1–2 hours, as I work from home. Active time: I provide 3-4 walks a day in the nearby parks, customized to your dog's energy levels. Updates: I will send you photo and video updates via WhatsApp or Pawshake during every walk or sitting session. My partner and I work from home, so my schedule is very flexible. I can go for a walk with your dog every 2 hours. I have a fenced garden and a big house. Your little pet will be safe here. I have two guinea pigs in a fenced cage.

Over: Ik zorg goed voor jouw maatje zodat jij met een gerust hart weg kan. Ik luister goed naar wat jouw huisdier nodig heeft, lange wandelingen, veel spelen of juist lekker met rust gelaten worden om te snoozen;) Ik werk voornamelijk vanuit huis en ben dus erg flexibel. Ik kan makkelijk langskomen voor een wandeling of kort verblijf. Ik heb zelf twee katten, dus als de hond katten gewend is, kan hij/zij ook bij mij verblijven. Ik heb een fijne lichte woonkamer en een kleine, omheinde tuin. Ik woon dicht bij een park om te wandelen. Ik neem de verzorging serieus alsof het mijn eigen huisdieren betreft!

Over: Ik liet al vanaf mijn basisschool de hond van de buren uit. Ik ben altijd graag buiten geweest en ook gek op honden. Heb zelf ook honden gehad. Ik zou het liefst zelf een hond willen, maar dit is lastig i.v.m. werk. Daarom kies ik ervoor om via deze weg toch nog in contact te blijven met de fijne viervoeters! Ik werk 4 dagen in de week, en ik werk op de lijndienst bij de Connexxion. Ik werk gebroken diensten, dit houd in van 6-7 uur tot 10-11 uur, en dan van 14:00-15:00 uur tot 18:00-19:00 uur. Dit verschilt per week. Zo zou ik dus 2 momenten hebben om de hond uit te laten en aandacht te geven. Tussen de werkuren in en eventueel erna. Ik heb zelf geen huisdieren maar loop nog vaak met andere honden lekker door het bos. Wel heb ik een grote achtertuin die volledig omheind is.

My house has a garden, but it is not fenced, so I only allow outdoor time under supervision or I go for regular walks instead. I always follow the owner’s instructions carefully and make sure pets feel safe, comfortable and supervised at all times. I enjoy taking dogs on walks and providing them with attention, exercise and care.

Over: I began working with animals in 2016 through Paws and Claws, an independent daycare and dog walking service in the UK. My responsibilities included walking, feeding, and caring for dogs throughout the morning and afternoon. I was also responsible for pick-up and drop-off, which involved being trusted with access to clients’ homes. Alongside this, I carried out house calls to help socialise dogs or check in on those who didn’t require a full day of on-site daycare. At the daycare facility, I comfortably handled groups of up to ten dogs of varying breeds, sizes, and temperaments on walks in the local woodlands. As demand grew, I expanded my services to include house and pet sitting across several nearby villages and towns. Over the years, I have cared for a wide range of animals, including dogs, cats, chickens, rabbits, and guinea pigs, and I am also happy to tend to gardens or house plants when needed. After moving to Utrecht for my studies, I began offering my own dog walking and pet sitting services to pet owners that I met in the city or at surrounding walking spots. During my time in Utrecht, I also worked for a local hondenuitlaat service, which gave me experience with a lot of common (and some less common) Dutch breeds. A few years later, I am now living in Amsterdam, working full-time with dogs at a fantastic farm facility outside of the city, and finishing up my Master's degree. I work a few days a week at a dog daycare organisation on a rural farmland property outside of Amsterdam. On my working days, if I am looking after a dog, I like to bring them with me so that they can socialise with the pack. All transport is done using a fully converted, dog-friendly wagon with additional AC (and lots of cookies!). If a dog needs to be left alone or doesn't get along with other dogs, this can also be easily accommodated during the day in a safe, penned-off area at the facility. On my days off, I am entirely flexible and work from home while finishing my Master's thesis, making my routine highly compatible with dedicated pet care. I live with my girlfriend in a large, multi-room apartment in the Rivierenbuurt neighbourhood of Amsterdam. The location is convenient for dogs and humans alike, being just a short walk from several metro stations and with easy drop-off outside via street access. We are lucky to be located just a stone's throw away from Beatrixpark and Martin Luther Kingpark, with the Amstel and the Amsterdamse Bos close by, providing some wonderful green spaces right on our doorstep for daily walks. Our apartment has two balconies (one of which gets the sun all day long ☀️☀️☀️) and plenty of comfy space inside for dogs to relax. All my dog guests get an entire room to themselves to ensure they have their own quiet and safe space to rest—unless, of course, they prefer to cuddle up with us on the sofa or in bed... Because of my professional background managing packs, safety, comfort, and routine are always my top priorities, whether looking after a pet in my home or yours.
