No pet yet (still dreaming!), but lucky to care for yours. 🐶 My Dog experience I've taken care of a baby Shiba multiple times, which taught me how much patience and joy puppies bring. In Wageningen, I've done some daycare, boarding (a Teckel for one night, a Labrador for six days), and many walks. For boarding at my place, I prefer house-trained dogs because I live in student accommodation. On walks, I'll need a sturdy leash and snacks if your dog isn't friendly with others, I'll be careful to avoid other dogs too. 🐱 My Cat experience Living with a roommate's two cats for a whole year changed me. I went from not knowing much about cats to truly loving their company every day. I also cared for a friend's three cats during her vacation (feeding, medicine, and cleaning). In Wageningen, I've done multiple home visits. For boarding at my place, your cat can stay in my room or explore the corridor. 💕 My style I give cuddles but also space. I read animal body language carefully and never force interaction. Safety always comes first. I can give medicine if you provide clear instructions (paper or PDF for anything complex). 🏠 House sitting & doggy day care I live in student housing with roommates, but I'm the only one who will care for your pet. My typical day: morning feed, then a long walk plus ball play, then nap. Some dogs need three walks (afternoon and before bed). For cats: litter, grooming, play, and evening feed. Evenings are for movies, pets are very welcome on my bed, even big dogs, for lap time and cuddles. 📸 Updates I never leave pets alone for long periods. I'll send regular photos so you can relax. Since I can't have my own pet yet, I truly look forward to caring for yours. Walks, boarding, sitting, vacation care – whatever works for you. Walks & cat home visits: I'm available before and after classes, and often can work from home too. My schedule is adaptable, and I can often accommodate last-minute requests. My home & roommates I live on a student floor, and my roommates have given me permission to bring a pet. It's completely allowed and not a disturbance. The dog or cat will stay in my room. When I go to the kitchen, they might see my roommates (who usually enjoy it) but I'm the only one taking care of them! :) Preferences I prefer dogs that are house-trained because I live in a building. For cats, they are welcome to stay in my room or explore the corridor if they are comfortable doing so. Dog walks – what I need from you Please provide a sturdy leash and snacks in case your dog is not comfortable around other dogs. In that situation, I always change streets or take an alternate route when I see another dog approaching. Updates In all cases, I will send you regular photo updates so you can see your pet is happy and well cared for.
Over: I am friendly, kind and very good with animals. I have looked after stray animals for all of my life, and I have looked after 2 beautiful cats for more than 7 years. I have been providing animal care on these sorts of platforms since 2025. I am very experienced with difficult and not-so-friendly cats, also with administrating oral medication. I don’t mind when it comes to breed, size, and/or age, all animals are welcome with me. I have a followed a grooming course where I learned how to wash, dry, and style many dog breeds and cats. Additionally, I like taking care of plants in my house so if you have any in yours that needs to be watered, I can take care of that too!

Over: Ik heb mijn hele jeugd een hond thuis gehad, die mij, naast een beste vriend voor het leven, een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel heeft gegeven. Na school eerst naar huis om de hond uit te laten, als 15 jarige misschien niet waar je zin in hebt maar wel moet doen. En uiteindelijk altijd blij om even dat momentje buiten te hebben. In mijn volwassen leven heb ik katten gehad, die mij ook hebben geleerd dat dieren niet altijd zitten te wachten op knuffels en aandacht maar als je ze even laat ze vaak zelf die toenadering wel zoeken. Om vervolgens de hele avond met je te knuffelen ❤️ Op dit moment past een eigen huisdier niet in mijn leven maar ik mis het wel, vandaar dat ik me ook altijd aanbied als oppas voor de dieren van vrienden en kennissen. Ik heb een groot hart, geef elke hond en kat op straat een aai, en ben dol op een wandeling in de prachtige natuur die mijn omgeving te bieden heeft. Op dit moment werk ik veel vanuit huis, dus heb ik alle tijd om een fijne en gezellige plek te bieden voor huisdieren. Ik vind het fijn om lekker naar buiten te gaan en woon dichtbij het park en bos waar ik het heerlijk vind om te wandelen, zeker met een viervoetige vriend. Ik heb veel aandacht voor het dier en ben veel bezig met of die het naar z’n zin heeft en tevreden is. Mijn huis is niet al te groot maar ik heb een ruime woonkamer waar een huisdier lekker zijn of haar gang kan gaan. Als ik bij het baasje thuis oppas heb ik respect voor de dagelijkse routine van het dier en huis.
Over: Dag baasjes! Mijn naam is Maria en ik ben een dierenvriend(in) woonachtig in Nijmegen. Sinds mijn studietijd heb ik als hobby en bijbaan het oppassen op en uitlaten van huisdieren. “We zijn de laatste jaren nig nooit zo zorgeloos op vakantie gegaan als nu. Diezel had het helemaal naar zijn zin. Achter de hamster aanlopen, wandelen samen met hun hond, zelfgemaakt eten krijgen. We kregen dagelijks fotos en filmpjes. Dovile had zelfs zijn mandje en knuffels uitgewassen en Diezel gedoucht, hij ruikt nou nog steeds lekker. En dat vond hij allemaal goed. En hoe raar het ook klinkt, we hebben Diezel bijna 15 jaar maar toch kregen we nog tips over hoe met hem om te gaan en over voeding die we zelf niet kenden Hij smult nog steeds van de homemade hondensnoepjes waar we een zak van meekregen. Divile zou workshops voeding en omgang kunnen geven. En het mooiste is dat iedereen die bij ons komt het idee heeft dat hij weer helemaal opgeleefd is en dat hebben we allemaal aan Dovile te danken. Soms denk ik dat hij haar ook wel mist. En hun hond ook want telkens als hij een hind ziet die er op lijkt moet hij er naar toe. We hopen dat hij nog vaak bij haar terecht zal kunnen.”

Ik ben opgegroeid met honden en we hebben als gezin jarenlang een spaniel gehad (15 jaar), die helaas vorig jaar is overleden. Honden horen voor mij echt bij het leven, maar op dit moment wil ik me niet vastleggen op een eigen hond. Daarom pas ik met veel plezier op. Schrijf gerust voor vragen of een kennismaking. I kindly ask my clients to bring over any food, toys, beds etc. that the pet needs so that we can create a familiar environment for them and make them feel as safe and happy as possible. Of course, we make sure to keep around some treats in the house for our visitors ;) When I am at a client’s house, I make sure to respect the environment that I am in and make sure to keep/leave it clean. Additionally, I like taking care of plants in my house so if you have any in yours that needs to be watered, I can take care of that too!

Over: My love for animals it is not a secret, so of course my family and friends trusted me to feed, walk or check on their pets everytime they needed, and I did it gladly, because I know a pet it is not just a pet, it is part of the family. Right now I'm still studying and learning the dutch languague, so I have some free time to do whatever I need. This allows me to have some free time for this side job. I need to know certainly if the pets are ok with strangers, because as much as I like to interact with them I am not quallified to work with agresive dogs or cats, so I have to know this first. Then I like to know about their rutine, what they eat and if they have special needs. If I have to walk them I always like to bring them to the Park with their leash and let them sniff the grass, bushes etc. I don't let them interact with other dogs unless the owner request this. When it comes to feed them at your place I always like to give them their food or if the owner request me to play or walk their pet, I do this first so they can do whatever they have to do at the Park.

No pet yet (still dreaming!), but lucky to care for yours. 🐶 My Dog experience I've taken care of a baby Shiba multiple times, which taught me how much patience and joy puppies bring. In Wageningen, I've done some daycare, boarding (a Teckel for one night, a Labrador for six days), and many walks. For boarding at my place, I prefer house-trained dogs because I live in student accommodation. On walks, I'll need a sturdy leash and snacks if your dog isn't friendly with others, I'll be careful to avoid other dogs too. 🐱 My Cat experience Living with a roommate's two cats for a whole year changed me. I went from not knowing much about cats to truly loving their company every day. I also cared for a friend's three cats during her vacation (feeding, medicine, and cleaning). In Wageningen, I've done multiple home visits. For boarding at my place, your cat can stay in my room or explore the corridor. 💕 My style I give cuddles but also space. I read animal body language carefully and never force interaction. Safety always comes first. I can give medicine if you provide clear instructions (paper or PDF for anything complex). 🏠 House sitting & doggy day care I live in student housing with roommates, but I'm the only one who will care for your pet. My typical day: morning feed, then a long walk plus ball play, then nap. Some dogs need three walks (afternoon and before bed). For cats: litter, grooming, play, and evening feed. Evenings are for movies, pets are very welcome on my bed, even big dogs, for lap time and cuddles. 📸 Updates I never leave pets alone for long periods. I'll send regular photos so you can relax. Since I can't have my own pet yet, I truly look forward to caring for yours. Walks, boarding, sitting, vacation care – whatever works for you. Walks & cat home visits: I'm available before and after classes, and often can work from home too. My schedule is adaptable, and I can often accommodate last-minute requests. My home & roommates I live on a student floor, and my roommates have given me permission to bring a pet. It's completely allowed and not a disturbance. The dog or cat will stay in my room. When I go to the kitchen, they might see my roommates (who usually enjoy it) but I'm the only one taking care of them! :) Preferences I prefer dogs that are house-trained because I live in a building. For cats, they are welcome to stay in my room or explore the corridor if they are comfortable doing so. Dog walks – what I need from you Please provide a sturdy leash and snacks in case your dog is not comfortable around other dogs. In that situation, I always change streets or take an alternate route when I see another dog approaching. Updates In all cases, I will send you regular photo updates so you can see your pet is happy and well cared for.
Over: I am friendly, kind and very good with animals. I have looked after stray animals for all of my life, and I have looked after 2 beautiful cats for more than 7 years. I have been providing animal care on these sorts of platforms since 2025. I am very experienced with difficult and not-so-friendly cats, also with administrating oral medication. I don’t mind when it comes to breed, size, and/or age, all animals are welcome with me. I have a followed a grooming course where I learned how to wash, dry, and style many dog breeds and cats. I will make sure to play with them, perform tricks, and go on potty breaks as often as needed. Feel free to contact me for any bookings and questions! I’m currently working part time 2 days a week in the afternoon/evening, and by the time I’m gone my boyfriend comes home pretty soon therefore there is almost always someone in the house. I kindly ask my clients to bring over any food, toys, beds etc. that the pet needs so that we can create a familiar environment for them and make them feel as safe and happy as possible. Of course, we make sure to keep around some treats in the house for our visitors ;) When I am at a client’s house, I make sure to respect the environment that I am in and make sure to keep/leave it clean. Additionally, I like taking care of plants in my house so if you have any in yours that needs to be watered, I can take care of that too!
Over: I have been taking care of all kinds of pets for 7 years. My family, friends and neighbors trust me for the best treatment and for their peace of mind. Over: Dag baasjes! Mijn naam is Maria en ik ben een dierenvriend(in) woonachtig in Nijmegen. Sinds mijn studietijd heb ik als hobby en bijbaan het oppassen op en uitlaten van huisdieren. Ik heb zelf een heel lieve, rustige hond. Ik heb vooral ervaring met honden, maar ook met katten en knaagdieren. Ik ben niet bang voor een dier met een gebruiksaanwijzing, zo lang we elkaar dan eerst even goed leren kennen voor het oppassen of uitlaten. Momenteel werk ik veel thuis en daardoor ben ik regelmatig beschikbaar als oppas of uitlater. Ik laat niet graag ‘s avonds uit, maar ik ben wel een ochtendmens. Honden (mits ze goed kunnen opschieten met andere honden) zijn welkom bij oppas bij mij thuis, kattenoppas doe ik liever bij jou thuis. Ik heb een kleine omheinde tuin en zelf een lieve, rustige hond. Ik pas alleen bij mij thuis op honden die (minimaal) twee uur alleen thuis kunnen zijn.

De twee kleine kindjes van Maarten wisten van nature hoe ze met Stip om moesten gaan. Maarten communiceert superfijn, is flexibel en echt een topper!”
“We zijn de laatste jaren nig nooit zo zorgeloos op vakantie gegaan als nu. Diezel had het helemaal naar zijn zin. Achter de hamster aanlopen, wandelen samen met hun hond, zelfgemaakt eten krijgen. We kregen dagelijks fotos en filmpjes. Dovile had zelfs zijn mandje en knuffels uitgewassen en Diezel gedoucht, hij ruikt nou nog steeds lekker. En dat vond hij allemaal goed. En hoe raar het ook klinkt, we hebben Diezel bijna 15 jaar maar toch kregen we nog tips over hoe met hem om te gaan en over voeding die we zelf niet kenden Hij smult nog steeds van de homemade hondensnoepjes waar we een zak van meekregen. Divile zou workshops voeding en omgang kunnen geven. En het mooiste is dat iedereen die bij ons komt het idee heeft dat hij weer helemaal opgeleefd is en dat hebben we allemaal aan Dovile te danken. Soms denk ik dat hij haar ook wel mist. En hun hond ook want telkens als hij een hind ziet die er op lijkt moet hij er naar toe. We hopen dat hij nog vaak bij haar terecht zal kunnen.”
Over: Liebevolle und familiäre Hundebetreuung Voor Nederlands naar beneden scrollen :) Ich (berufstätig in Teilzeit, sozialer Beruf) lebe mit meinen drei Kindern (6, 11 und 13 Jahre) in einem Haus mit großem, eingezäuntem Garten in Emmerich, gut erreichbar über die A3 Richtung Arnheim. In direkter Nähe befindet sich ein großes Waldgebiet für ausgedehnte Spaziergänge. Ihr Hund hat Zugang zu einem großen, eingezäunten Naturgarten (650 m2) mit Schatten. Hunde gehören seit meiner Kindheit zu meinem Leben. Ich bin mit einem Dackel und einem Pekinesen aufgewachsen. Unser Familienhund (Spaniel) hat uns 15 Jahre lang begleitet. Da ich aktuell keinen eigenen Hund halten möchte, freue ich mich darauf, zeitweise liebevoll auf Hunde aufzupassen. Ich freue mich über Ihre Nachricht! Een klein dorp in de grensstreek vlak bij bv Zevenaar, Spijk en Babberich en goed bereikbaar via de A12. Onze oppashonden genieten van onze grote tuin (650 m2) met veel bomen, bosjes en schaduwplekken om te ontspannen. Bij ons krijgt je hond veel aandacht, beweging en echt gezelschap. We laten een hond hooguit 4 uur alleen thuis. De oppashonden horen volledig bij ons gezin en worden geaaid en er wordt met ze gespeeld (als ze dat willen). In de buurt ligt een groot bos waar we heerlijke wandelingen maken: minimaal 3 wandelingen (a 0,5 tot 1 uur) dagelijks. Ik ben opgegroeid met honden en we hebben als gezin jarenlang een spaniel gehad (15 jaar), die helaas vorig jaar is overleden. Honden horen voor mij echt bij het leven, maar op dit moment wil ik me niet vastleggen op een eigen hond. Daarom pas ik met veel plezier op. Schrijf gerust voor vragen of een kennismaking. Ich arbeite Teilzeit und max 4 Stunden am Stück außer Haus. Außerdem habe ich 2 Tage/Woche frei. Es ist durch die Kinder sehr häufig jemand zu Hause. Auf Wunsch betreuen wir Ihren Hund auch einzeln. Ich habe einen großen, eingezäunten Garten mit vielen schattigen Plätzchen. Ihr Hund darf im Wohn- oder Gästezimmer schlafen. In der Nähe ist ein toller Wald.
Over: I have taken care of many cats and dogs of friends, and have my own dog and 2 cats. They are very friendly and we live 2 minutes from an off leash forest! I am working part-time from home, part-time from the office in Wageningen. I am mostly home in the mornings and evenings on office days; when I work from home I may run an errand or go for a run, but should be mostly home to hang out with the animals! I am a calm person with a PhD in animal welfare and behaviour. Therefore, I know very well how to read animals, to ensure they have the best experience with me as pet sitter!
Over: Wij zorgen al sinds jongs af aan voor honden. Met veel liefde en plezier. We hebben zelf momenteel geen hond, en zijn daarom maar al te graag oppas voor jouw hond. Tamara werkt 4 dagen thuis en Kees 2 a 3. Genoeg tijd om een hond veel aandacht te geven en lekker een stuk te gaan wandelen. We wonen in een rustige straat en hebben een omheinde tuin. Geen grote tuin, maar toch lekker om even naar buiten te kunnen. In de buurt is er mogelijkheid om langs het water te lopen of het groen op te zoeken.
Over: I worked with my family dog in therapy certification, agility training, and basic training like heel, play dead, etc (she is my pride and joy)! I have also walked dogs in the neighborhood and pet sat for a list of family and friends. I have a lot of availability right now and open to routine long or short walks, or just cuddles! I live near prospect park and happy to go there as many times as needed! I work from home now and live near a park with a lot of availability for walks. I do live on the 4th floor of a walk up - happy to carry small dogs if needed. I can also accommodate a crate if needed. Happy to also stay in home with the pup - I have done this before and very comfortable taking care of a place and letting the pup feel safe at home!
Over: Growing up, I took care of several animals : birds, rodents, cats, dogs, horses… you name it ! From puppy training to senior care, I’ve done it all. Over: Ik heb sinds ik me kan herinneren een liefde voor dieren. Zo ben ik opgevoed en zo zit mijn familie in elkaar. Toen ik op mezelf ging wonen had ik een oudere kat genaamd Vegas geadopteerd, en toen kwam er corona en merkte ik dat zij het fijn vond dat er iemand altijd thuis was. Het werd tijd voor een maatje. Rio kwam bij ons wonen. Helaas werd Vegas heel erg ziek 2 jaar geleden en is ze er niet meer. De nu 6 jarige poes woont ondertussen samen met mij en Tommy, een mix Sharpei / Bosnische straathond van 2 jaar oud. Tommy is gevonden toen die nog geen 2 weken oud was en hij was er erg slecht aan toe. Hij mocht naar Nederland komen en nu is hij mijn leven. Hij is heel erg sociaal en kan goed zijn grenzen aangeven. Vooral met drukke jonge honden die sommige social ques nog niet helemaal doorhebben. Omdat ik 3 dagen in de week thuis werk en in het weekend vrij ben is er altijd ruimte om nog een hond in huis te nemen of om deze uit te laten. Ik ben geordend, streng, maar wel rechtvaardig. Belonen voor goed gedrag is dan ook het handvat met hoe ik werk bij mijn eigen hond. Ik zou het leuk vinden om met verschillende honden te mogen werken. Ook kan ik medicijnen toedienen (wel alleen pillen) en elke wandeling zoek ik weer een leuk rondje uit met nieuwe geurtjes. Ik werk 3 dagen in de week thuis, ik heb 3 kwartier lunchpauze en ik woon in een mooie omgeving waar leuk kan worden gewandeld. Tussendoor is er altijd ruimte om even te plassen buiten voor hoge nood. Na mijn werkdag is er gelijk weer tijd voor een lange wandeling. In het bos, of naar het hondenstrand of door de buurt heen waar ook een leuk park zit. Daarna kan er worden avond gegeten of je word gelijk opgehaald/naar huis gebracht. Ik woon in een appartement. Ik heb een balkon die volledig omheind is en er tussendoor een frisse neus kan worden gehaald. Als ik bij je langs moet komen om de hond uit te laten zal ik van te voren even een leuke route opzoeken die we kunnen wandelen.
