This was my first time using Rover and Zihan was amazing with my three cats! She took care of them and was consistently sending updates with photos, which I appreciated very much. It made the whole experience stress-free. Zihan is also very responsive, kind and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for care for their pets!
My cat has had a wonderful time with Zihan and they became best friends within just a few days! Zihan is also very responsive and responsible, sharing status and sweet moments with me constantly. It feels like a getaway for both me and my cat!
We had an amazing experience with Zihan. She took in our cat for three weeks and we are very happy with how it went. She was so patient and understanding, she sent us updates and pictures every day. We felt that she is a true cat lover.

Zihan was an amazing sitter for Watson. It was her first time taking care of a dog with reactivity and she did an incredible job with him. she was very patient while I described Watsons triggers, she asked a lot of questions, and made sure to apply them during the stay. She sent regular updates which showed Watson was very well settled! Thank Zihan for being patient and caring towards Watson 🥰
Leaving rover behind is never easy for me, but Zihan made the entire experience stress-free.
