When caring for pets in my own home, I create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment tailored to their needs. This includes providing fresh water at all times, nutritious meals according to their feeding schedule, and designated areas for rest and play. I keep routines consistent to reduce stress and incorporate plenty of exercise, enrichment activities, and affection so they feel happy and secure. When caring for pets in my clients’ homes, I maintain their familiar routines to help them feel comfortable in their own space. I follow all instructions carefully- from feeding and walking schedules to medication needs- and I respect their home by keeping it tidy and secure. I make sure to check on their well-being throughout my visits, offering play, companionship, and attention. In both settings, I am attentive to each pet’s personality and needs, and I always prioritize safety, comfort, and regular communication with owners. My goal is to create trust, ensure pets feel loved, and give owners peace of mind while they’re away.

Vivien is always my go-to if I need a sitter. She’s reliable, never shown up late or unprepared, and when she’s there I’m getting constant feedback. My dog Dylan got into an altercation once with another dog while on a walk (which she let me know when they left the home before hand) and she separated the dogs, removed Dylan from the situation then assessed him for injuries- updating me the entire process with photos as well. She is calm in stressful situations, caring and quick witted. I’d choose her again and again.

Schedule
I typically work during the day, although I’ll have days off here and there. So I’ll mostly be doing night work or early mornings, either way I would check my schedule before accepting a job!
