Hello, I’m Violet and I have had pets all my life and I’ve been home boarding for some years now. I love any type of animal or reptile and have always owned dogs. After losing both my elderly dogs I feel emotionally unable to replace them just yet, but I miss having animals around. I work from home so I’m home throughout the week and my 3 children are all at school. I only take on dogs from one household at a time so I can ensure your dog or dogs are the centre of my attention. I wouldn't want to take a chance on them clashing with another dog in my home and put them through feeling intimidated, scared, or risk them being hurt. I also wouldn't want them to feel they had to share my attention. It can be a worrying time when a dog is away from their owners and I try to make it as much of a positive and fun experience for them as possible. My kids adore animals and above all else I’ve raised them to be gentle around all animals and to respect their space. They are always careful to give all the dogs I board space and know to give affection on the dogs terms. I’m very experienced with handling varying food, diet and care needs for an array of animals. The longest we have boarded a dog for was 10 weeks fairly recently, a lovely Frenchie who we still board when required. We are a stable, friendly and caring family who offer your pet a home from home in a family setting. With no dogs of our own the dogs I care for are always centre of attention as we are very aware how much they miss their own family and we try our best to take their mind off that and make them feel as though they’re with us as a special treat.

We have never left our dog Rollo with anyone other than family before so we was a bit apprehensive on leaving him with someone that Rollo did not know. However on meeting Violet for the first time Rollo made himself completely at home. Violet gave us regular photos etc and Rollo was enjoying his stay including playing with his toys. It was a nice touch when we collected him on our return with the children there to say goodbye. We would definitely highly recommend Violet to look after you dog and we would definitely use Violet to look after Rollo again and I think Rollo would agree!
I cannot thank Violet and her family enough for the incredible care they took of Poppy. We had a horrible health scare just one week before our holiday, to the point we almost cancelled it entirely. Violet was understanding, accepting, and reassuring of Poppy being unwell and needing extra special attention to ensure she didn’t further injure her back (on top of the other health issues she has on a regular basis). We knew Poppy would be in amazing hands, and we were 100% right! Violet sent us regular updates to ease our concerns, and Poppy has come back to us in better health than we left her, perhaps even a bit sad that her holiday is over. We are so grateful and will definitely return to Violet for future petsitting needs! Thank you Violet and family, you are amazing ❤️
Violet and her family are so lovely. From the frist time we meet, she was so welcoming. I was totally reassured Rocket would love his time with them. Violet kept me updated throughout our holiday, sending lots of photos, videos and texts. I would definitely recommend Violet and we will definitely use her services again. Thank you. C
I can’t say enough good things about Violet and her family. From the moment we met, I felt completely at ease leaving my beloved Fluffy in their care. Not only did they follow all instructions perfectly — including feeding, and walking — but they went above and beyond to make sure my Fluffy felt loved and comfortable the entire time I was away. Daily photo and video updates were much appreciated and I could tell my dog was genuinely happy and relaxed. It’s not easy finding someone who treats your pet like family, but that’s exactly what Violet does. I came home to a happy, healthy, and well-cared-for dog. Reliable, responsible, and clearly passionate about animals — I would 1000% recommend Violet and her family to anyone looking for a truly exceptional pet care experience. I’m beyond grateful and will definitely be booking again!
I couldn’t be happier with the care my dog received with Violet and her family. From the moment we walked in, Violet was warm, professional, and clearly passionate about dogs. I received regular updates and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. When I picked my dog up, he was happy, healthy, and clearly well-loved. Schedule
Looking for a daily boarder! The gaps between boards get too quiet! But holiday boarders or long term boarders are all welcome, I am reliable, flexible and full of care and compassion. I welcome pre-visits so you can check out where your pet will be staying and who they'll be staying with and we can talk through their personality, likes and dislikes, their routine, diet, exercise and care needs. I’m always careful to abide fully by care instructions and care for animals like they are children. They can feel fully at home, no sofa, bed or room is out of bounds, they go where they please. We have a spacious garden dogs have access to all day that is safely enclosed by walls and a high fence. The majority of dogs really enjoy being in and out of our garden all day.

I fully understand our pets are part of our family and I always provide consistent contact and regular updates in video, photo and message form as often as you need to know your pet is having a lovely holiday until you can get back to them. Happy for you to visit our home, it’s a 3 bedroom with a big garden, to see where your pet will stay.
A typical day
I can provide your dog with the perfect balance of excercise and activity and sofa love and chill time. We have a park on our road aswell as being close to Morden Hall Park, Wimbledon Park and Mitcham Common.
