I have an extremely flexible schedule, as I work retail and my husband works at Hill AFB. We often work opposite shifts, which means someone is home to take care of your loved ones!

My home has a fenced in backyard. We have our own animals, so we know to keep doors and gates shut. We also have no children so our house is quiet and calm. We do have non-carpeted stairs, but we have a swinging/locking gate installed to keep animals who need stair supervision downstairs on the main level as needed. Our trash can has a lid and we can put plants up if animals tend to chew. We have room for additional crates in our house as well.

Information Victoria K. would like to know about your pet
I do already own one small dog under 20 pounds, another rescue that is 35 pounds and a cat, so it’s important any dog we sit is socialized and gets along well with other small to medium sized animals. We are comfortable with dogs around 60 pounds or less for this reason, but we can always arrange meet and greets ahead of time if you have a larger dog. We also ask your pet be up to date on shots, as well as neutered/spayed, and provide a kennel for times when we are not home or your pet needs some alone time in a safe space. At this time we are selective with bringing in cats, as we know cats can be territorial, but of course we can do a meet and greet for any of your animals! I am free to do drop-in visits for your cat if you are planning on being out of town. I do have Hill AFB access! Please ask and I can help!
A typical day
We have a very large, fenced backyard where we love to let animals run! We also live close to Kay’s Creek Parkway and other nature trails we’d love to visit on walks.

Pet care experience
YES! I only take one client family in my home at a time! This is a truly PRIVATE pet experience, where your pet can relax as if they are one of my own. No loud noises, no overcrowding, and plenty of one-on-one attention to keep them happy while you’re away. I have taken care of various cats and dogs most of my life, including those with special needs (mobility issues, blindness, seizure disorders, health concerns, etc.). I have extensive experience with seniors, pets that need medication (pills, eye and ear), have mobility problems, rescues with anxiety needs and I am not afraid to care for those who need some extra love and attention! I have a moderate sized home in Layton. I keep it clean and have a very beautiful and large fenced back yard! I’ll let your pets enjoy our home as if it was their own: they are free to roam and sit on the furniture!
Reviews

Victoria did a wonderful job watching my two babies. Sent me daily updates with pictures. She is amazing and very caring! Will be using her again.

Amazing! Sent photos regularly. Gave the meds when needed. Just amazing all around. Will use again!
Victoria was awesome she took such good care of our dog. Our dog had special needs and he is blind and was just getting over an injury.

We left our girl with Victoria for almost two weeks over Christmas. It was so heartbreaking that we couldn't take her on vacation with us, and she'd never been left with anyone before. Victoria made me feel super comfortable leaving Pheebs with her, though, and I really felt like our pup was safe. Thanks, Victoria!
