Cat Babysitter
I fell in love with cats after sitting on TrustedHousesitters (THS). I like them more than people (!). To date, I’ve cared for over 65 cats (from kittens to seniors) as an overnight cat sitter on THS and over 50 cats via Rover on a drop-in basis. In cats, I have experience administering medication orally through a syringe, insulin shots, eyedrops, and an inhaler (for asthma).

I do my best to provide the same care that the pet parent provides. So I’ll follow your instructions to a tee (and maybe go above and beyond when appropriate!). I can’t stand when a kitty doesn’t like me (lol), so I will work hard to earn your cat(s)' trust, in their own time of course.
Ratings and reviews
I am psychotic about my cat and work from home so he is quite needy - our standards are HIGH. I frankly did not think anyone could meet them and yet Steph EXCEEDS the bar. My nervous boy was immediately put at ease by Steph, who gently and lovingly cared for him for over a month while I was away. She patiently cleaned up his floofy pantaloons when he had a nervous accident the first day and carefully removed the small mats his furry body tends to get. She gladly met his constant bids for playtime and got out every toy he’s ever owned to entertain him. He and my apt(!) are in better shape than when I left. She even washed all the bedding and changed the sheets which was a godsend after a long trip. We don’t deserve Steph and I think my cat is asking if she can adopt him now. Thank you Steph!!!
Steph took such good care of Charlie while I was away and made sure to play with her and make her feel comfortable during my trip. Thank you so much Steph!
Went the extra mile on looking out for my cats, was always prompt, and sent pics/videos while I was gone!

Schedule
These days I work out of the home part-time usually doing drop-ins or a various gig here and there. My schedule is pretty flexible and am usually able to work around your needs. Other than that, I'm often home just working on personal projects! For housesits, this means I'll be around more often than not spending time with your cat(s). :)
- CatsSteph can host up to 4 drop-ins per day
- 1) any 'abnormal-seeming' behavior or conditions that are entirely normal for your cat; 2) where you store the carrier(s); and 3) how many treats I’m allowed to give :)
