I work part-time, mostly in the evenings, so I’m usually free to visit your kitties through the late afternoon. :) Otherwise, I’m often at home working on personal projects, and drop-ins help break up the day.

I do my best to provide the same care that the pet parent provides. So I’ll follow your instructions to a tee (and maybe go above and beyond when appropriate!). I can’t stand when a kitty doesn’t like me (lol), so I will work hard to earn your cat(s)' trust, in their own time of course.

A typical day
I will make use of your cat(s) toys and give lots of pets/brushes when/if they want it. Plus treats of course haha. Whatever will make them feel safe and loved. :)

Cat care experience
I fell in love with cats after sitting on TrustedHousesitters (THS). I like them more than people (!). To date, I’ve cared for over 65 cats (from kittens to seniors) as an overnight cat sitter on THS and over 50 cats via Rover on a drop-in basis. In cats, I have experience administering medication orally through a syringe, insulin shots, eyedrops, and an inhaler (for asthma).

Steph did a fantastic job caring for our 2 cats for a week! She sent detailed updates every day and our cats warmed up to her very quickly. She went above and beyond in her care for them!
Steph took such good care of our boy! She was so responsive and punctual. Our minds were at ease when we were away because he was so comfortable with her.
Steph was great with my Frida! Very clear communication, descriptive updates.
Steph was the best! Steph cared for our ragdoll for a few days and sent so many pictures and updates and I could tell both in videos and when we got back how happy and at ease our cat was with her. Will definitely book again!
