I just graduated from college in December 2025 and I am working part-time before I start my masters program in June! I am generally available between 8:45am-12pm and 6pm-8pm on weekdays (besides Thursday mornings I am unavailable).

I don’t provide services in my own home, and I am not currently accepting new clients for house sitting, but this is what you can expect for drop-ins: I will be on time and meet your pet’s needs! Whether that means waiting to leave until they do their business/finish eating, or giving a longer snuggle (even if it means running over my scheduled time). Your pet’s wellbeing is my top priority!
Information Sofia T. would like to know about your pet
I would like to know about any specific behaviors such as nipping, humping, or jumping prior to watching the dog. I can handle these behaviors, but would like a heads up to set expectations. I would also like to know what verbal commands/gestures they use for sitting or being called. Any other important information such as health and safety concerns should also be disclosed as soon as possible after booking.
A typical day
I enjoy a balance of physical/mental activity and rest with your dog! I can take them on walks to get some energy out, play fetch in the yard, or play tug in the house! As I get to know your dog(s) and discover their energy level and favorite toys, I’ll be able to make them comfortable and stimulated. If you have puzzle toys or frozen treats it can be a great way to keep them busy! I also enjoy a good snuggle session (or some alone time for my more introverted pup clients).

Pet care experience
I worked at a doggy daycare for about a year. I have worked with dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. I have experience with feeding, bathing, light grooming, and administering oral and topical medications. I have also cared for my own dog for 4 years.

Sofia is amazing! She's great at keeping us updated through text updates, responsible, observant, and takes such good care of our pup! She goes above and beyond what's expected (i.e. dishes, laundry, etc.) and it makes being away that much easier knowing we are coming back to not only a well cared for dog, but also that the house is in good order. Can't recommend her enough!!

Sofia was a great sitter with our Pomeranian, Keiko. She kept our home clean and was very attentive with our pup. Great communication and will continue to work with her and book stays with her in the near future!
Sofia took such good care of our two dogs while we were away for 11 days. I hadn’t left my dogs with anyone other than family before and was very anxious to leave them with someone for so long. Sofia eased all of my anxieties. She loves your pets like they are her own but she also knows how to manage dog behavior including reactivity and is aware of dog body language so she knows how to keep your dogs safe and intervene before things escalate. Being that we live in a busy building with other dogs, this was extremely important to us. Sofia really worked to understand our dog’s needs and provided consistency for our dogs while we were away while providing them the same level of care and affection that we provide. I cannot recommend her enough!
