While I’m new to Rover, I’m not new to caring for pets. I’ve had two cats for the past 4 years and have pet sat for friends and family when they’ve needed help. I’m reliable, responsible, and happy to follow whatever routine and instructions help you and your pet feel most comfortable. I’ll make sure your pet gets plenty of attention and care, and I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages so you can relax while you’re away.

I use Rover myself so I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet and entering your home. I’ll always follow your instructions carefully, keep your home clean and secure, and make sure your pet gets the attention and care they deserve. Whether it’s a walk, playtime, or just keeping them company, I’ll make sure they feel comfortable until you’re back. I’ll also send plenty of updates and photos so you never have to wonder how they’re doing.

Serena was super attentive to my cats medication needs, provided ample playtime and connected with my cat while I was away. Her extensive experience with cats shows and I would definitely book her again. Serena did a great job.

We highly recommend Serena for any cat parents out there looking for someone to trust to take care of their little angels and bring in mail, etc while they go out of town. I was put at ease immediately upon meeting Serena because my shy boy Fitzgerald came out within a few minutes to give her hugs and was clearly comfortable with her right away. This only ever happens with him rarely and with true cat people! She also took great care of our sweet box turtle, and was willing to take on the chore of feeding her live mealworms which proves her dedication to animals 😅 Serena helped us out in a big way and replied quickly to fill in at the last minute and was willing to be flexible about when to meet up in the last couple of days before our trip. I also appreciate that she checked in at the end of the trip before dropping off the key to confirm our travel plans hadn’t been adjusted for some reason and maybe needed her to fill in. Very thoughtful and sweet. Thank you Serena!

Schedule
I work full-time (6am-2pm) as a scientist, so I’m generally available for afternoon, evening, and weekend visits. My schedule can be flexible though to accommodate for early morning visits. I’ll always be upfront about my availability and make sure I can give your pet the time and attention they need before accepting a booking.
