I follow their routine, serve their meals like a 5-star butler, and make sure no toy goes unplayed with. I always like to know a few important things ahead of time so I can keep your pet happy, safe, and drama-free. This includes any behavior triggers I should watch for, medications they need, allergies they have, and how they usually act around other animals and humans. I also like to know if there are any “red flag” behaviors between pets in the home so I can prevent sibling rivalries, snack theft, or surprise wrestling matches. The more I know, the smoother (and calmer) everything goes for your furry crew!
A typical day
A typical day includes feeding tiny dictators who act like every meal is a royal event, going on supervised sniffing missions that absolutely cannot be rushed, and handing out treats like a very enthusiastic vending machine. I provide emotional support during dramatic zoomies, applaud their impressive nap skills, and act as a personal concierge for all nap requests, cuddle demands, and “please watch me do nothing” moments. Basically, your pet runs the show, I just happily follow their schedule.

Pet care experience
My pet care experience is a beautiful mess of every animal personality imaginable. I’ve worked with cats who think they invented the universe, dogs who sprint like their taxes are due, guinea pigs that squeak demands like tiny dictators, birds with main-character energy, and reptiles who stare into my soul like they know my secrets. If it has fur, feathers, or scales, chances are I’ve cared for it — and probably hyped it up like it’s a celebrity. I’ve given basic oral meds to stubborn pets without losing a finger, handled strict and detailed feeding routines for sick pups, and provided soft, gentle care for older pets who move at the speed of “nap.” I do walks, playtime, enrichment, cuddle sessions, energy burn-offs, and emotional support during dramatic episodes. Basically, if it eats, sleeps, wiggles, slithers, squeaks, chirps, or side eyes, I can take care of it.
