I’m pretty much free Thursday after 4pm through Sunday! During the week (Monday through Wednesday) is a little harder for me schedule, but I’m definitely still open, just let me know at least a week in advance so I can plan ahead😊

A typical day
When I arrive, I spend the first 15 mins taking care of feedings (if needed) and getting acquainted. This time is all about helping your pet feel calm, comfortable, and safe with me. Next, we’ll spend some time playing with their favorite toys, keeping things fun, engaging, and tailored to their energy levels! After we play inside, we’ll head outside for 15-30 mins depending on age/ energy/ weather. This gives them time to get fresh air, and to let all their energy out and potty breaks. If there’s a dog park nearby or if apartment complex has one, we will spend some time there for extra play and socialization. To wrap it up, we’ll wind down with some cuddles and light play so your pet feels relaxed and happy before I leave! Treats are always encouraged!! For extra love💛

I’m a lifelong animal lover with experience caring for pets of all kinds—dogs, cats, bunnies, and more! I’ve administered medications and eye drops, cared for elderly pets, and provided therapy support when needed. I grew up on a dairy farm, so I’m comfortable with animals big and small. I have two cats of my own and treat every pet like family. Available for dog walking, drop-ins, overnight stays, and all-around loving care.

Rachel has always been the person I call when I need somebody to watch my pets! She came over multiple times to make sure they were ok when I was on vacation and she’s always up to helping! I think that Rachel bonds really well with animas and makes them a priority when they need somebody. You can always count on Rachel!
Rachel was fantastic! She took great care of my two cats, while I was away for a week. The daily photo updates gave me complete peace of mind. The cats were happy, well fed, watered and the litter box was cleaned, thanks for going above and beyond
Rachel is so responsive and always leaves my dog Patches worn out from the good times they have together. Rachel is respectful of my space, and always willing to clean up after any accidents that happen with older dogs. She is patient and Patches is always excited to hear Rachel will be coming over to take her out or hang out with her. Patches in recent years has become more medically complex and has required more specific routines with meds and potty breaks to stay well, and Rachel is always willing to accommodate my girl. We love Rachel!
