Availability

Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I currently have a flexible schedule and plenty of time to dedicate to walks and drop-in visits. I am available during weekdays and can accommodate morning, afternoon, or early evening visits. I can also offer some weekend availability when scheduled in advance. Having pets of my own has already made feeding, walking, playtime, and attentive care an important part of my everyday life. I carefully plan my schedule so every pet receives dependable, unrushed, and personalized attention.

About Nancy V.

Safety, trust & environment

Safety and trust are always my top priorities. I carefully follow each pet parent’s instructions regarding feeding, walking routes, routines, and any special needs. Before every walk, I make sure the leash, collar, or harness is properly secured, and I remain alert to traffic, weather conditions, other animals, and anything that could make the pet uncomfortable. During drop-in visits, I respect the client’s home and privacy. I make sure doors, gates, and crates are securely closed, and I never leave a pet outside unattended. I provide a calm, clean, and loving environment while giving each pet personalized attention. I will also send photos and detailed updates so pet parents know their pet is safe and well cared for.

Information Nancy V. would like to know about your pet

Before caring for your pet, I would like to learn about their personality, daily routine, energy level, and any special needs. Please let me know about any medical conditions, allergies, medications, fears, triggers, or behavioral concerns. For walks, it is important for me to know whether your dog pulls on the leash, tries to escape, reacts to other dogs or people, or becomes nervous around traffic or loud noises. I would also like to know which commands they understand and what helps them feel comfortable. Please share feeding and potty instructions, emergency contacts, veterinarian information, and anything else that will help me provide safe, personalized, and stress-free care for your pet.

A typical day

A typical day for me already revolves around caring for animals. I have several pets of my own, including two dogs and a Quaker parrot named Kiwi, so feeding schedules, fresh water, walks, playtime, cleaning, and giving plenty of attention are all part of my everyday routine. When caring for a client’s pet, I adjust the visit to their normal routine and individual personality. A typical visit may include a walk, a potty break, feeding, refreshing water, playtime, and lots of affection. I also take time to make sure the pet is comfortable and the home is secure before leaving. Pet parents will receive photos and an update after every visit.

I am patient, attentive, dependable, and committed to following each pet parent’s instructions carefully. During walks and drop-in visits, I will prioritize your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness. I will also keep you updated with messages and photos so you can feel confident that your pet is receiving loving and responsible care.
