I grew up with dogs and found a passion with horses that lead me to obtain a career in animal care and training. I started my career at a local zoo where I learned about basic health care and the well-being of animals. From there I was inspired to learn more and found myself partaking in marine mammal internships around the country. Through this journey I have worked with a variety or animals such as cats, dogs, birds, sharks, snakes, sea turtles, sea lions, and dolphins. These opportunities have allowed me to better understand and assist with veterinary care such as blood draws and administering injections for insulin in a positive low stress manner. I absolutely love spending time with animals of all shapes and sizes!

Michelle is the best (and Marvin, too!) She took great care of our two dogs while we were in town for an adventure race. She was very communicative, sent great photos of our pups, and even took them out for a hike while we were gone for the day. Highly recommend!!
Michelle was wonderful! I could tell that Apollo was relaxed and well taken care of. She sent updates and responded in a timely manner. I would highly recommend her to any other pet parent!
Michelle was amazing! This was our first time using Rover, and she took such great care of our two Boston Terriers. She was super kind, gentle, and patient with them. They instantly felt comfortable. Michelle took them on a nice long walk and kept us updated throughout the day. We came from Chicago to play golf at Arcadia and drop them off at Muskegon and had a long day, but Michelle was so flexible with timing and really went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for a caring and reliable sitter!
Michelle was exceptional. We were in a last minute bind and found Michelle on Rover and Michelle’s Muddy Paws LLC. She provided exceptional care for our 5 yr old Springer Spaniel, Scarlett. Scarlett enjoyed her daily walks in the woods, the special TLC of the fam, and the comfort of having such awesome doggies companions. I would use her services anytime and highly recommend.
Michelle was amazing! We decided to go to Michigan adventures during our camping trip and had no where for the dog to go. This was 4th of July by the way so a holiday last minute at that. I found her on this app close to the campground by us. Called her like an hour before we wanted to leave and to my surprise she said yes we can take her. My dog is 9 and blind so when I told her that she was fine with it to. She was so nice and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable being that we never met. She sent me a video of Minnie our dog! I would definitely recommend her to anyone and we will use her again on our next camping trip!
Michelle did such a great job with my very active lab puppy! She sent pictures and videos as well as followed all care instructions. Was great at communicating with me , would highly recommend and will use again !

The pups are ALWAYS supervised in a fenced yard and if taken on walks, leashes and harnesses are triple checked! I like to enter through the garage since it is a way to make sure there is extra security while entering the home.

A typical day
The beach is one of my favorite places because I see so many dogs enjoying the moment. Trail walks are another good spot to get their energy out.
