My name is Meli and I love all animals that roam our beautiful planet. Ive enjoyed being around dogs of all ages and size since I was a little girl and have since then been dedicated to my passion. I have been professionally caring for animals for 5 years and am specializing in caring for dogs and cats that are elderly or have behavioral/special needs. Certified in pet CPR & first aid. They will always be spoiled by me as much as you spoil them! Ensuring your pet gets all the attention and care necessary is important and i’ll always take into consideration their individual personalities and traits. We can go on walks, runs, hikes, swimming or play time! The safety and well being of your furry or feathery family member is always my priority. I will always go over their needs , behaviors, schedule etc before caring for them. Please let me know if any special requests! All animals are unique and as our best friends/family, they deserve all the TLC.

I will be aware and attentive, stay in the common areas where they are most comfortable. Some of our furry family members require some space before getting to know someone new and i will always respect their boundaries while being aware and attentive of their safety and needs. I will always go over individual needs as each fur family member is different and require unique monitoring.

I can’t say enough good things about Melissa and the care she provided to our two dogs and cat. She sent us a detailed account of every visit, along with photos and videos. I could tell that our fur babies were very happy and engaged and my mind was at ease. I will definitely use Melissa’s services again!
Melissa did an amazing job with our dog, Rory. Rory had special needs and Melissa went above and beyond to accommodate her and make her feel comfortable while we were out of town. We received constant updates, pictures and videos and Rory clearly had a great time with Melissa. Melissa went the extra mile in every way and left our home in great shape! We highly recommend Melissa for any house sitting needs!
This was our first time using Rover. Melissa was great with Charlie & Maggie! They can be a little apprehensive meeting new people & they did great with her from the get-go. Communication with Melissa was great & timely. Overall, great experience with Melissa. Would definitely book with her again.

Schedule
I currently work remotely & am an animal caretaker full time. I desiccate the majority of my day to caring for animals in my home, dog walks, drop ins & house sitting. I am flexible & able to care for their needs.
