Our dog Mac had a great time with Max. We appreciated the regular updates and photos of Mac and Dahlia playing together or hearing that he was eating and sleeping to his normal schedule. It gave us peace of mind knowing that he was being well taken care of. Would highly recommend if you need someone to look after your dog.
Max is amazing with dogs. He’s always taking his dog on long walks and makes sure they get plenty of attention and exercise. You can tell how much he loves animals — dogs just light up around him. I’d trust Max with any pup!

I currently work from home remotely so will be able to give your pet the attention s/he deserves. I also take several nature walks throughout the day in the Catskill Mountains.

Caring for pets—whether in my home or a client’s home—is all about creating a safe, comfortable, and stress-free environment that supports the pet’s routine and well-being. I tailor my care based on each pet’s individual needs, personality, and the service I’m providing. In my home: When pets stay with me, I ensure they have a dedicated space that feels calm, welcoming, and secure. I maintain a clean environment, provide plenty of exercise and enrichment, and stick closely to their feeding, medication, and sleep routines. I supervise interactions with other pets (if applicable) to ensure everyone gets along safely. In the client’s home: I respect the pet’s familiar environment and stick to their established routines as much as possible. This includes timely feeding, walks, playtime, administering medications if needed, and giving them companionship and comfort. I also provide regular updates to the owner, including photos and notes about how their pet is doing. Whether in my home or theirs, I always treat every pet as if they were my own—with patience, kindness, and attention to detail.
