Growing up, I developed a profound appreciation for a variety of pets, many of which I have cherished and lovingly cared for over the years. For as long as I can remember, I've found true joy in the unwavering companionship of most animals, especially dogs. Most of my pet sitting experiences stem from my own 20+ year journey as a pet owner, but I’ve also gained invaluable insights into relationship-based, obedience, and positive reinforcement training methods for dogs of all sizes. Though I have a full-time job, my workplace is just a short ten-minute drive from my home, allowing me the flexibility to attend to your pets' needs at a moment’s notice. My heartfelt promise as a pet sitter is to create a safe, happy, and nurturing environment that feels like an extended home, ensuring your pet's needs are met with love and care.

Our dog loves going to his house. We always get detailed messages on how she is behaving, sleeping and eating, plus photos of her enjoying being there. He's a great dogsitter and we are very happy with his services.
Highly recommend Matthew. He’s very communicative, timely, and caring. My old girl had a great time getting spoiled by his kiddos interacting with other dogs of all ages during her visit. Knowing my girl was in good hands was one less thing I had to worry about while being out of town.
This was the first time we had to leave our 10 year old lab with someone other than her normal dog sitter and somewhere other than our home, so I was a little apprehensive. Matthew eased my mind tremendously! He sent wonderfully detailed updates each day along with pictures. I will definitely book him again if the need arises.

Matt always treats our dog like shes part of his family. He is quick to communicate and easy to work with. The daily updates help us not to worry about our dog while on vacation.

Schedule
My current work schedule typically spans Monday through Friday during regular business hours. While I can’t offer consistent 24/7 care, I do have the flexibility to take short breaks and enjoy lunch at my own pace, which means that any dog I pet sit will always receive attention and care, never going without it for more than 2-3 hours at a time.

I care for all pets in a loving, home-based environment where they are treated like part of the family. I have a fully fenced-in backyard that gives them plenty of safe space to play, explore, and relax outside. My home is in a quiet, safe community that's perfect for daily walks and outdoor time. Inside, pets have free roam of the house and are always supervised. I follow each pet's routine as closely as possible to help them feel right at home - and of course, there's no shortage of belly rubs, snuggles, and attention!

I generally lead an active lifestyle, yet I am more than happy to adjust to your pet’s unique needs. Whether that means enjoying endless cuddles during the day or going for walks and runs multiple times, I am here to provide the support that perfectly suits your dog.
