I grew up with dogs and have 4 years of professional dog and cat caretaking experience - I worked at an animal hospital in the boarding department taking care of dogs and cats (giving meds, feeding, nail trims, and daycare). Then I moved states and I worked at a local grooming salon for 2 years. I am available most days as I have a remote job that is very flexible. I currently don’t have my german shepherd dog with me as she lives with my dad.

Marissa was so helpful and reliable during our vacation. She watched our home and dog and provided thorough communication and daily photo updates. I would recommend her for your dog and house sittings.
We were very satisfied with how Marrisa handled the assignment of walking our dog Maggie. Marrisa contacted us prior to the "meet n greet" walk to make sure all was OK with the scheduled timing. We were staying at a local Coronado hotel so the situation was not normal. Marrisa handled the situation wonderfully. We would not hesitate using Marrisa again.
Marissa did a few overnights and did great with my 2 frenchies! Frenchies can be considered high maintenance pups and 1 of my boys, requires 3 different eye drops 2 times/day—Marissa had no issues with administering. Marissa had no issues with my very detailed long set of instructions and I came back to 2 happy boys. I will definitely use her again to watch my babies!
Marissa is excellent with our dog. She is reliable and the only problem I have is when I get home from a trip, my dog wants to go with her instead of staying at home. She always makes sure she’s fed and is always taking her on walks alone with providing her plenty of attention. She deserves a 10 out of 10.!
Marissa is an extremely reliable and communicative walker for Hank. I have a very unpredictable work schedule, and she’s almost always available last minute; if she’s not free, she’s very quick to respond so I can make other arrangements. When I ask her to come walk my dog, I know he’ll be well fed and walked, and I won’t have to check in on them. The peace of mind she provides is worth every bit of her fee. I will always recommend her!
Five star review for Marissa! She has cared for our four animals (2 cats, a German shepherd and a gecko!) several times. Marissa is loving and responsible, and our animals love her! She is also extremely responsive and proactive, keeping me informed of her visits to the house and the status of our pets at every visit, which I appreciate when far from home. I highly recommend Marissa as your next pet sitter!

I can take as much time as you need as my remote job is very flexible and allows 1:1 time with your pet. I love to take morning and evening walks!

During the week I work until the afternoon then will get out for some physical activity. When it’s hot I love to start the day early with a walk and can also get your pup out in the evening as well.
