Hi, I'm Mara! I'm a pet parent of three fur babies: my senior dog, Laney, and my two cats, Pip and Sushi. Growing up on a farm, I have always been an avid animal lover. I have over ten years of pet care experience, including dog and cat drop-in visits, doggy walks and hikes, overnight stays, play dates, and simply quality time. I have fostered 13 cats and kittens through Angel City Pit Bulls and Stray Cat Alliance — providing bottle and syringe feeding, medical care, and transportation to and from vet and adoption appointments. I would be honored to be your next loving and trustworthy sitter for your beloved furry family member(s).

I provide detail-oriented care customized to each pet's needs. My senior rescue pup, Laney, is doggy-aggressive, and I have 7+ years of ensuring safe walking and play environments for dogs and cats. I provide enriching play experiences for both dogs and cats, and always clean up after play and meal times.
Ratings and reviews
Mara is great! She’s been such a huge help taking Wilma out for a walk when our schedules get too hectic. She is very gentle and patient with Wilma, and is a great communicator. We’ll definitely book Mara again soon.
Mara is amazing with my baby Theo! She is so caring, reliable and attentive, and I always know he’s in great hands with her. Theo absolutely loves her, and it gives me so much peace of mind knowing he’s being so well taken care of. I truly wouldn’t trust anyone else and I can't recommend her enough.
